Abstract
La présente invention concerne l'élaboration d'un phytomédicament anti-inflammatoire traditionnel amélioré sous forme de sirop 100% naturel à bae de cinq plantes médicinales récoltées dans la région de rissani-errachidia (sud-est du maroc). Ce phytomédicament est obtenu par macération aqueuse à froid de cinq plantes (rosmarinus officinalis l., phoenix dactylifera l., artemisia herba-alba asso, mentha pulegium l.,mentha suaveolens ehrh.) sélectionnées soigneusement à la base d'enquêtes ertnopharmacologiques dans la région susmentionnée, et formulées sous forme de sirop.Dans un premier temps, le macérât aqueux des plantes sélectionnées, dosé à 1g/kg de poids corporel (p.C) du rat wistar est évalué par voie orale; le pourcentage d'inhibtion de l'inflammation est de l'ordre de 82.98%, en comparaison avec l'indométacine 61.7%, 5 heures après l'induction de l'inflammation à la carragénine 0,5% le pouvoir anti-inflammatoire du sirop formulé à 1g/kg p.C a été également évalué par voie orale chez les rats wistar. Nous avons noté un important pouvoir anti-inflammatoire de l'ordre de 84.04%, en comparaison avec l'indométacine, 5 heures après l'induction de l'inflammation.
