THE SAME AQUOUS COMPOSITION IS INTRODUCED INTO THE ANODIC COMPARTMENT OF THE ELECTROCHEMICAL REACTOR, SAID ANODIC COMPARTMENT CONTAINING A LIQUID MEDIUM IN WHICH THEY ARE PRESENT IN SUSPENSION OF THE ACTIVE PARTICLES ELECTRONICALLY AND AS A SIMULTANEOUSLY CONDUCTED OR CONTINUALLY CONTAINED.
