Abstract

Izgudrojums attiecas uz rotējošu vēja turbīnu lāpstiņu optiskajām pārbaudes ierīcēm un sistēmām, it īpaši uz kustīgu vēja turbīnu lāpstiņu pārbaudes sistēmu.Piedāvātā sistēma rotējošas vēja turbīnas lāpstiņas pārbaudei ietver: kameru (1); pagriešanas līdzekli (2), kas paredzēts kameras (1) kontrolētai pagriešanai ap asi, kas nav kameras (1) objektīva rotācijas simetrijas ass; lāzera attāluma sensoru (3) un datorsistēmu (4); kamera (1), pagriešanas līdzeklis (2) un lāzera attāluma sensors (3) ir savienoti ar datorsistēmu (4); turklāt kamera (1) ir pielāgota uzstādīšanai uz pagriešanas līdzekļa (2); lāzera attāluma sensora (3) optiskā ass ir vērsta noteiktā attālumā no kameras (1) optiskās ass; turklāt datorsistēma (4) ir konfigurēta: (i) signāla saņemšanai no lāzera attāluma sensora (3); (ii) kameras (1) aktivizācijas laika noteikšanai, pamatojoties uz signālu, kas saņemts no lāzera attāluma sensora (3), un iepriekš iestatītu regulējamu aizkaves laiku; (iii) kameras (1) aktivizēšanai, lai iegūtu lāpstiņas pārbaudāmā apgabala attēlu.
