The invention is related to the transport industry, regarding transport thermal control systems, which provide efficient use of traction batteries for electric buses within the temperature ranges specified by the manufacturer at various loads and changes of the ambient temperature. The proposed thermal control system uses a single three-way control valve for heat flow regulation, adjustable for different fluid flow modes, while the airflow through the battery circuit radiator is controlled by the fan. As a result, the thermal control system of the electric bus is easier and less expensive to manufacture, and at the same time more reliable in operation. The invention enables the efficient use of traction batteries at low ambient temperatures by means of heat utilizing from an electromechanical converter and electrical equipment.
