The field of use the invention is new building and heat insulation of existing buildings. The goal of the invention is to decrease the heat losses through the perimetral fastening around the window frame. The window frame (1) is installed in the frontal part of the heat-insulating layer (2). Around the window frame, a heat insulating material girdle (4) is wrapped. The heat conductivity of the girdle is less than these of the load-heating layer (3) at the wall. The width of the girdle (4) is corresponding to the thickness of the wall. The external edge of the girdle (4) is fastened at the window frame (1), but the internal edges are fastened at the load-bearing layer (3) of the wall.
