Abstract
The invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to substances and mixtures for soil improvement to be used in organic farming. A method of producing a growing medium is proposed. Method comprises peat, trace elements, minerals, and binder, where deciduous tree ash mass is added to the peat mass, then finely ground clay rocks are added to the mass peat-ash and it is mixed with mass of peat-ash so that to ensure the mass of clay rocks sticking around of peat-ash mass, forming granular soil substrate. The growing medium has the following composition: 50 to 75 weight % peat, 0.5 to 5 weight % deciduous tree ash, 2 to 15 weight % finely ground clay rocks and the rest is water.
