Abstract

The invention relates to devices for preparing food on an open fire. A device has been developed for preparing food on an open fire that is compact, fast and easy to assemble, and convenient for use even on a hiking tour. The device contains a barbecue grill which could be opened with a handle and additionally comprises two separate identical supports and a rod-shaped holder for gridiron. Each support is designed as a pointed rod in order to fix it firmly in the soil and is connected in the upper part by means of a U-shaped clamp to support the barbecue grill. One end of the rod-shaped holder is folded at a 90 degree angle forming a bracing element of the top edge of the grill’s gridiron, but the other end is folded at a 90 degree angle an is sharpened in order to fix it firmly in the soil. The holder is divisible in its middle section and is fitted with a handle.
