Abstract

The invention is water biological purification system in a pool for breeding fish with a closed water supply system comprising a biofilter, which is formed as a container (1), rectangular in a section, having slanted walls (2) at the bottom, an aerator (5) and a channel (6) for sludge collection. To improve circulation of water and silt, the biofilter is divided by two vertical partitions (7) in such a way, that inside the container the partitions separate the water flow, going to cleaning and aeration zone, but in the bottom part the partitions do not reach the slanted walls of bottom, creating penetration of down flow to the aerobic treatment. Offered structure of biofilter helps to get rid of turbulent flow and to avoid development of obstruction zones, where silt may get collected.
