Abstract

Izgudrojums attiecas uz enerģijas pārveidošanu un elektrisko signālu formēšanu un ir paredzēts zema sprieguma elektriskās enerģijas pārveidošanai augsta sprieguma un lielas strāvas impulsos, kas piemēroti pjezoelektrisku manipulatoru un skeneru darbināšanai. Tas atrisina problēmas, kas saistītas ar enerģijas zudumiem tradicionālajos augstsprieguma pastiprinātājos, un ļauj darbināt minētās pjezoelektriskās ierīces hermētiski noslēgtos tilpumos, piemēram, kontrolēta gāzu maisījuma vai vakuuma apstākļos, neizmantojot tilpuma sienām cauri ejošus elektriskos savienojumus. Iekārta satur divpakāpju sprieguma pārveidotājus un tranzistoru tilta slēgumu ar impulsu garuma ierobežotāju, kas, izmantojot minētās pjezoelektriskās ierīces iekšējo kapacitāti, veido inerciālās slīdes nodrošināšanai nepieciešamo impulsu formu. Iekārta arī nodrošina minēto pjezoelektrisko ierīču darbināšanu skenējošā režīmā.
