Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of metalworking and can be used for the cogeneration of electric power for the electric welding and useful heat (net heat). The objective of the invention is to simplify the construction of the device and reduce the expenditure of energy. Unlike the known device which consists of a single-phase decreasing transformer containing the primary winding, the secondary and reactive windings linked in an integrated connection, the pith billet for the regulation of the electric current and the circuit for the welding by voltaic arc is connected to the output clamps of the secondary and reactive windings. An autonomous module, cogenerating the useful heat of the technological equipment or the electric power necessary for the welding with two adjustable resistive heating elements, connected in a series and wired up to the line voltage are used in the cogenerating electric welding device. The welding circuit without any kind of a ballast resistance is attached to a summoned voltage of a neutral offset between the point of the mutual connection of the heating elements and the midpoint wire in the electric power network of the three-phase four-wire system. By changing the level in the difference of the capacity of the resistive heating elements, it is possible to achieve the optimal value of the welding current intensity and the arc maintenance voltage which ensures the high quality of the welded junction for the details.
