Abstract

Invention is connected to the field of hydrodynamics, and can be used in liquid pumping facilities. The aim of the invention is to create a method of pumping that allows simplifying the pumping process, reducing number of components, reducing number of friction pairs, eliminating need of the drive machine, increasing efficiency factor and reducing costs of device production and exploitation. Electric power supply block 7, which is connected to isolated electrodes 6, create electric discharge in working volume 3, which results with increase of pressure in liquid within working volume 3. That causes an opening of output one - way liquid flow valve 4 and some part of working volumes 3 liquid flows to consumer 5. As a result, pressure in working volume decreases, output one - way valve 4 closes and input one - way valve 2 opens, and liquid from source 1 flow into working volume 3, liquid pressure equalize and initial state is restored. After some time second electric discharge impulse has been given from power supply 7 and working process is repeated again. The positive outcome of the method is that it simplifies pumping process of liquids. Construction of pump contains little number of moving details (two one - way valves membranes) which are not a friction pairs. The pump need not drive machine, efficiency factor is high and product and exploitation costs are low comparing with existing pumping devices.

Description

The invention relates to hydrodynamics and can be used for pumping various fluids.

Par prototipu izvēlēts vispārpieņemtais virzuļsūkņa šķidruma pārsūknēšanas paņēmiens, kur darba cilindrā ar virzuļa palīdzību tiek radīts vakuums, kas izsauc šķidruma ieplūdi cilindrā caur ieejošo pretspiediena vārstu (pretvārstu), kam seko šķidruma spiediena paaugstināšana, izmantojot virzuli, kas izsauc šķidruma izplūdi caur izplūdes pretvārstu (http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/pumps/theory.htm).The prototype is the conventional piston pump liquid pumping method, which creates a vacuum in the slave cylinder which causes the liquid to flow into the cylinder through an inlet backpressure valve (backflow valve), followed by an increase in the liquid pressure through the piston outflow valve.

The disadvantage is that many moving parts (shafts, crank-to-crank bearings, bearings that cause mechanical losses, fluid-tight seals which are rapidly decreasing) and a drive unit (such as an electric motor), which is a complex assembly, have to be used which reduces operational reliability, brings mechanical and electrical losses, contains non-ferrous metals.

Izgudrojuma mērķis - izstrādāt šķidruma pārsūknēšanas paņēmienu, kas ļautu vienkāršot pārsūknēšanas procesu, samazinātu tā realizācijai pielietojamo detaļu skaitu, samazinātu berzes pāru skaitu, novērstu piedziņas agregāta nepieciešamību, palielinātu lietderības koeficientu.un samazinātu pārsūknēšanas paņēmienu realizējošās ierīces izmaksas un pārsūknēšanas procesa izmaksas. The object of the present invention is to develop a method of pumping a liquid, which would simplify the process of pumping, reduce the number of parts used for its realization, reduce the number of friction pairs, eliminate the need for a drive unit, increase efficiency and reduce the cost of the device.

The different and only operation of the liquid pumping method is to perform periodic electrical discharges between the electrodes in the liquid which fills the working volume to which the inlet check valve and the outlet check valve are connected.

Šķidruma pārsūknēšanas paņēmienu realizē iekārta, kuras shēma dota 1. zīm.The liquid pumping method is implemented by a device, the scheme of which is shown in Fig. 1.

Šķidruma avots 1 pievienots ieplūdes pretvārsta 2 ieejai. Ieplūdes pretvārsta 2 izeja pievienota sūkņa darba tilpuma 3 ieejai. Darba tilpuma 3 izeja pievienota izplūdes pretvārsta 4 ieejai. Izplūdes pretvārsta 4 izeja pievienota šķidruma patērētājam 5. Darba tilpumā. 3 ir ievietoti elektriski izolēti elektrodi 6, kam pievienots periodisku elektrisko signālu barošanas bloks 7.Fluid source 1 is connected to inlet check valve 2 inlet. The outlet of the inlet check valve 2 is connected to the inlet volume 3 of the pump. Output of working volume 3 is connected to inlet 4 of outlet check valve. The outlet of the check valve 4 is connected to the fluid consumer 5. In the working volume. 3, electrically insulated electrodes 6 are inserted with a power supply unit 7 for periodic electrical signals.

Pārspiediena rezultātā atveras izplūdes pretvārsts 4 un daļa šķidruma no darba tilpuma 3 izplūst patērētājamThe operation of the machine is as follows. The electrical supply unit 7, which is connected to the insulated electrodes 6, performs an electrical discharge in the working volume 3, which causes an increase in pressure in the fluid filled with the working volume 3. As a result, the outlet check valve 4 opens and some of the working fluid 3 discharges.

5. Tā rezultātā darba tilpumā 3 veidojas pazemināts spiediens, kas aizver izplūdes pretvārstu 4, atver ieplūdes pretvārstu 2 un darba tilpumā 3 ieplūst šķidrums no šķidruma avota'1, spiediens izlīdzinās un sākuma stāvoklis atjaunojas. Pēc noteikta laika perioda tiek padots nākošais elektriskais impulss no elektriskās barošanas bloka 7, un process sākas no jauna. Mainot elektriskā signāla spriegumu, tā garumu un atkārtošanās periodu, var regulēt pārsūknējamā šķidruma daudzumu un izejas spiedienu. Sūknis attiecībā uz šķidruma patērētāju var strādāt gan augstspiediena, gan zemspiediena režīmā.5. As a result, a reduced pressure is created in the working volume 3, which closes the outlet check valve 4, opens the inlet check valve 2, and the working volume 3 receives fluid from the fluid source'1, the pressure is equalized and the starting position is restored. After a certain period of time, the next electrical pulse is supplied from the electrical power supply 7 and the process begins again. By changing the voltage, length, and repetition of the electrical signal, the amount of fluid to be pumped and the outlet pressure can be controlled. The pump can operate in both high-pressure and low-pressure modes for the liquid consumer.

Paņēmiena pozitīvais efekts saistās ar to, ka šķidruma pārsūknēšanas process tiek vienkāršots. The positive effect of the process is that the process of pumping the liquid is simplified. The pump design has few moving parts (two non-return valves) and does not form friction pairs. No drive assembly required. The cost price of the pump is low and the efficiency is increased, the cost of pumping is reduced compared to existing devices.
