The application gets into data summarization processor (C) through the communication operators (B). The use of the data collection system and technique for organizing lotteries allows customers to gather important information about customers, consumers, as well as to ensure high quality of lottery performance.

The proposed lottery data collection system and the associated method are practically feasible using any communication device and equipment of the relevant communications service provider and lottery data processor.
