Abstract

This invention is usable for compounding of poly-functionally components in one product. For example, the compounding could contain such components as soluble dietary fibrous beta-glucan, pre-biotics being formatted as products of cellulose partial hydrolysis, poly-unsaturated fatty acids from grains as well pro-biotics. Raw materials from grain - flour, groats or flakes have dispersed in water. Thermal treatment of that dispersion using hydrolases has resulted dissolving to 80 % of beta-glucan, as well has resulted inactivation of grain-glucanase. There is continued enzymatic- hydrolysis of cellulose after the cooling of biomass till optimally temperature for bacteria's growth. The enzymatic hydrolysis of starch is conducted under conditions of coenzymatic process and includes simultaneously cultivation of pro-biotically bacteria's. The constitutional structure of end-product is improved by addition of milky products to substrate. The perfect excluding of glucose and maltose in end-product is obtained using milk lactose, and end-product is stabilised by milk proteins.
