Abstract

The invention refers to wood-sawing devices, specifically- to a belt-saw device, and it can be used in the wood-sawing industry for elongated sawing of beams in stationary and field requirements. The offered belt-saw device has a belt saw 1, strained on two discs 2 and 3, one of which is made as the leading one, and these discs are located on a support base 8, contacting with the headings 9. The invention's novelty is, that the support base has interaction with two vertical bolts 10, tightly fixed on the main frame 11. The main frame is welded and has two course roller 12 pairs, interacting with the belt 13. The belt consists of at least two welded construction sections, made from squares and tightly connected with strength joists 25 with side hollows and welded to them metallic squares, making a beam support table. Each section has a beam tightening mechanism, which has support 32 and enforcement eccentric 33, and the gear engine 5 is fixed on a mobile foundation 6 with the chance of moving vertically by pressing the lever 7, but the saw's strains mechanism is made as a spring-lever mechanism.
