Abstract

The present invention discloses a hardware board bending machine, which includes an upper board body, an upright and a lower board body, wherein a layer of shock pad is arranged between the upper board body and the lower board body, the lower side of the lower board body is equipped with a roller mechanism which includes an outer cover, a hub, shock holes, positioning holes, a spindle and a pin hole; the lower end of a piston rod of a first hydraulic cylinder is provided with a connection part of which the lower end is connected with a pressure head, a bending die is arranged right under the pressure head and includes a groove body, a mounting plate, a heating device and a bolt; a pressing plate is fixed and mounted at the lower end of a second hydraulic cylinder; and a protractor is vertically mounted at the left end of the upper board body. The hardware board bending machine provided by the present invention is convenient to use, is capable of regulating the degree of bending, rapidly measuring and rapidly regulating, and improving hardware processing production efficiency; the hardware board bending machine is convenient and rapid to move and firm to fix, and does not move; and the arranged shock pad can weaken vibration generated during operation so as to reduce generation of noise

HARDWARE BOARD BENDING MACHINE
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the technical field of machinery equipment, and particularly relates to a hardware board bending machine.
Related Art
When metal boards are machined into tool devices, it is required to bend the boards into different angles so as to satisfy different demands. The existing board bending machine can machine the boards into shapes required, but a lot of manpower and material resources are consumed during machining, and production efficiency is low; when the boards are bent, a phenomenon of excessive bending often occurs, so that machining quality is reduced, and product quality is influenced; a bending machine is extremely difficult to move and needs multiple people to be carried so as to consume more manpower, and it is not flexible to use so as to influence its use; in the bending machine, the running of a motor generates a lot of noise to cause influence on surrounding environment, which is not beneficial to the body health of a worker, and influences work efficiency.
Summary
With respect to the disadvantages of the above prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a hardware board bending machine.
In order to realize the above object, the present invention adopts the technical scheme as follows: A hardware board bending machine includes an upper board body, an upright and a lower board body, wherein a layer of shock pad is arranged between the upper board body and the lower board body, the lower side of the lower board body is equipped with a roller mechanism which includes an outer cover, a hub, shock holes, positioning holes, a spindle and a pin hole, the hub is mounted on a support rod through the spindle, the support rod penetrates through the outer cover, the upper end of the support rod is fixed and welded on the lower board body, the outer cover is in semi-round structure, the hub is located in the outer cover, rotates in the outer cover and is in round structure, a plurality of shock holes are formed in the hub and surround the hub, and a plurality of positioning holes are formed in the hub, the outer cover is provided with one pin hole which corresponds to the positioning holes; the upright is fixed and welded at the right end of the upper board body, a first cross beam and a second cross beam are fixed and welded on the upright, the first cross beam is located under the second cross beam, a first hydraulic cylinder is fixed and mounted at the tail end of the first cross beam, the piston rod of the first hydraulic cylinder is vertically downwardly, the lower end of the piston rod of the first hydraulic cylinder is provided with a connection part of which the lower end is connected with a pressure head, a bending die is arranged right under the pressure head and includes a groove body, a mounting plate, a heating device and a bolt, the left and right sides of the groove body are fixed on the mounting plate through the bolt, the section of the groove body is in a V-shaped structure, the pressure head is faces to the groove body, the heating device is mounted in the groove body, the mounting plate is mounted on the upper board body, and a pressure sensor is arranged between the upper board body and the mounting plate; a second hydraulic cylinder is fixed and mounted on the second cross beam, the piston rod of the second hydraulic cylinder is vertically downwardly, and a pressing plate is fixed and mounted at the lower end of the second hydraulic cylinder; and a protractor is vertically mounted at the left end of the upper board body.
Furthermore, the material of the shock pad is rubber, and the thickness of the shock pad is 30-50 mm.

Furthermore, the heating device is a heating wire.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the beneficial effects that the hardware board bending machine is convenient to use, is capable of regulating the degree of bending, rapidly measuring and rapidly regulating, and improving hardware machining production efficiency; the hardware board bending machine is convenient and quick to move and firm to fix, and does not move; the arranged shock pad can weaken vibration generated during operation and reduce the generation of noise, and also can weaken jounce during movement so as to protect electrical equipment and improve use safety.

Description of Embodiments
The embodiment of the present invention is described in detail in conjunction with accompanying drawings, however, the present invention can be implemented in a multitude of different ways as defined and covered by claims.
By reference to FIG.1, a hardware bending machine provided by the present invention includes an upper board body 1, an upright 2 and a lower board body 8, wherein a layer of shock pad 7 is arranged between the upper board body 1 and the lower board body 8, the material of the shock pad 7 is rubber, and the thickness of the shock pad 7 is 30-50 mm, so that a shocking and buffering function is formed between the upper board body 1 and the lower board body 8; the lower side of the lower board body 8 is equipped with a roller mechanism 10 which includes an outer cover 101, a hub 102, shock holes 103, positioning holes 104, a spindle 105 and a pin hole 106, the hub 102 is mounted on a support rod through the spindle 105, the support rod penetrates through the outer cover 101, the upper end of the support rod is fixed and welded on the lower board body 8, the outer cover 101 is in semi-round structure, the hub 102 is located in the outer cover 101, rotates in the outer cover 101 and is in round structure, a plurality of shock holes 103 are formed in the hub 2 and surround the hub 2, a plurality of positioning holes 4 are formed on the hub 2, the outer cover 101 is provided with one pin hole 106 which corresponds to the positioning holes 104 to make any positioning hole 104 coincide to the pin hole 106, a pin simultaneously penetrates through the positioning holes 104 and the pin hole 106 to fix the outer cover; the upright 2 is fixed and welded at the right end of the upper board body 1, a first cross beam 3 and a second cross beam 4 are fixed and welded on the upright 2, the first cross beam 3 is located under the second cross beam 4, a first hydraulic cylinder 5 is fixed and mounted at the tail end of the first cross beam 3, the piston rod of the first hydraulic cylinder 5 is vertically downwardly, the lower end of the piston rod of the first hydraulic cylinder 5 is provided with a connection part 13 which is in a thread structure, the lower end of the connection part 13 is connected with a pressure head 14, a bending die 9 is arranged right under the pressure head 14 and includes a groove body 91, a mounting plate 92, a heating device 93 and a bolt 94, the left and right sides of the groove body 91 are fixed on the mounting plate 92 through the bolt 94, the section of the groove body 91 is in a V-shaped structure, the pressure head 14 faces to the groove body 91, the board is bent through the groove body 91, the heating device 93 is mounted in the groove body 91 and is a heating wire which is used for heating the groove body 91 and carrying out temperature control on the bending part of the board to facilitate bending, the mounting plate 92 is mounted on the upper board body 1, and a pressure sensor 11, which is used for detecting the pressure between the mounting plate 92 and the upper board body 1, is arranged between the upper board body 1 and the mounting plate 92; a second hydraulic cylinder 6 is fixed and mounted on the second cross beam 4, the piston rod of the second hydraulic cylinder 6 is vertically downwardly, and a pressing plate 15 is fixed and mounted at the lower end of the second hydraulic cylinder 6; and a protractor 12 is vertically mounted at the left end of the upper board body 1.
According to the present invention, the operation principle is as follows: a metal board is put on the groove body 91, the first hydraulic cylinder 5 is started so that the piston rod of the first hydraulic cylinder 5 is vertically downwardly and performs downward pressing through the pressure head 14 to realize the bending of the metal board, the metal board is heated on the groove body 91, and different temperatures are provided according to different metals, so that metal is easy to bend and difficult to break, the pressure sensor 11 can detect the pressure of the pressure head 14 on the metal board and displays the bending degree of the metal board, the groove body 91 is connected with the mounting plate 92 through the bolt 94, the different shapes of the groove body 91 can be changed as required; when there is larger difference compared with the required bending degree, the groove body 91 is placed under the second hydraulic cylinder 6, the bending part is bent back through the pressing plate 15 to reduce the degree of the bending; the bending machine rotates in the outer cover 101 through the hub 102, when fixation is needed, the pin penetrates through the pin hole 106 and the positioning holes 104 to perform fixation to make the hub stay still, and thus the bending machine is fixed. The hardware board bending machine is convenient to use, is capable of regulating the degree of the bending, rapidly measuring and rapidly regulating, and improving hardware processing production efficiency; the hardware board bending machine is convenient and rapid to move and firm to fix, and does not move; the arranged shock pad can weaken vibration generated during operation and reduce the generation of noise, and also can weaken jounce during movement to protect electrical equipment and improve use safety.

A hardware board bending machine, comprising an upper board body (1), an upright (2) and a lower board body (8), wherein a layer of shock pad (7) is arranged between the upper board body (1) and the lower board body (8), the lower side of the lower board body (8) is equipped with a roller mechanism (10) which includes an outer cover (101), a hub (102), shock holes (103), positioning holes (104), a spindle (105) and a pin hole(106), the hub (102) is mounted on a support rod through the spindle (105), the support rod penetrates through the outer cover (101), the upper end of the support rod is fixed and welded on the lower board body (8), the outer cover (101) is in semi-round structure, the hub (102) is located in the outer cover (101), rotates in the outer cover (101) and is in round structure, a plurality of shock holes (104) are formed in the hub (102) and surround the hub (102), a plurality of positioning holes (104) are formed in the hub (102), the outer cover (101) is provided with the pin hole (106) which corresponds to the positioning holes (104); the upright (2) is fixed and welded at the right end of the upper board body (1), a first cross beam (3) and a second cross beam (4) are fixed and welded on the upright (2), the first cross beam (3) is located under the second cross beam (4), a first hydraulic cylinder (5) is fixed and mounted at the tail end of the first cross beam (3), the piston rod of the first hydraulic cylinder (5) is vertically downwardly, the lower end of the piston rod of the first hydraulic cylinder (5) is provided with a connection part (13) of which the lower end is connection with a pressure head (14), a bending die (9) is arranged right under the pressure head (14) and includes a groove body (91), a mounting plate (92), a heating device (93) and a bolt (94), the left and right side surfaces of the groove body (91) are fixed on the mounting plate (92) through the bolt (94), the section of the groove body (91) is in a V-shaped structure, the pressure head (14) faces to the groove body (91), the heating device (93) is mounted in the groove body (91), the mounting plate (92) is mounted on the upper board body (1), and a pressure sensor (11) is arranged between the upper board body (1) and the mounting plate (92); a second hydraulic cylinder (6) is fixed and mounted on the second cross beam (4), the piston rod of the second hydraulic cylinder (6) is vertically downwardly, and a pressing plate (15) is fixed and mounted at the lower end of the second hydraulic cylinder (6); and a protractor (12) is vertically mounted at the left end of the upper board body (1).
2. The hardware board bending machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the material of the shock pad (7) is rubber, and the thickness of the shock pad (7) is 30-50 mm.
3. The hardware board bending machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connection part (13) is in a thread structure.
4. The hardware board bending machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heating device (93) is a heating wire.
