Abstract
The present invention relates to a hardware axle sleeve part die which includes a lower die body, a large cylinder lug, small cylinder lugs, an upper die body and a round boss, wherein the middle of the lower die body is provided with a large round groove; the middle of the inside of the large round groove is provided with a small round groove; the middle of the inside of the small round groove is provided with the large cylinder lug; the large cylinder lug is horizontal above the lower die body; the upper and lower sides of the lower die body are symmetrically provided with arc-shaped grooves; and the arc-shaped grooves are connected with the large round groove. The present invention provides a hardware axle sleeve part die which adopts a structure manner of multiple grooves and lugs, one-time die casting formation is carried out on a material by utilizing die casting equipment, so as to realize quick continuousness and mass production

HARDWARE AXLE SLEEVE PART DIE
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the technical field of hardware manufacturing devices, and particularly relates to a hardware axle sleeve part die.
Related Art A hardware tool refers to a general term of various metal devices manufactured by physical machining, such as forging, rolling and cutting, of metal, such as iron, steel and aluminum. According to the use of a product, the hardware tool can be divided into tool hardware, building hardware, daily hardware, lockset hardware, kitchen and batch hardware, home hardware, hardware parts and the like. Now, there is no special die in the production process of the hardware axle sleeve parts, and thus quick continuousness and mass production can not be realized.
Summary
With respect to the disadvantages of the above prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a hardware axle sleeve part die.
In order to realize the above object, the present invention adopts the technical solution as follows: A hardware axle sleeve part die includes a lower die body, a large cylinder lug, small cylinder lugs, an upper die body and a round boss, wherein the middle of the lower die body is provided with a large round groove, the middle of the inside of the large round groove is provided with a small round groove, the middle of the inside of the small round groove is provided with the large cylinder lug, the large cylinder lug is horizontal above the lower die body, the upper and lower sides of the lower die body are symmetrically provided with arc-shaped grooves, and the arc-shaped grooves are connected with the large round groove and are tangent to the large round groove, and each of the insides of the arc-shaped grooves at the two sides is provided with one small cylinder lug, the two small cylinder lugs are symmetric up and down, the middle of the upper die body is provided with the round boss, and the lower die body is matched with the upper die body.
Preferably, the materials of the lower die body and the upper die body are cast steel.
Preferably, the large round groove is 45 cm in diameter and 15 cm in height.
Preferably, the small round groove is 15 cm in diameter and 5 cm in height.
Preferably, the large cylinder lug (4) is 50 cm in diameter and 10 cm in height.
Preferably, the arc-shaped groove (5) is 8 cm in depth.
Preferably, the small cylinder lug (6) is 5 cm in diameter and 8 cm in height.
Preferably, the round boss (8) is 30 cm in diameter and 5 cm in height.
An operating principle is as follows: the middle of the lower die body is provided with the large round groove, the middle of the inside of the large round groove is provided with the small round groove, the middle of the inside of the small round groove is provided with the large cylinder lug, the large cylinder lug is horizontal above the lower die body, the upper and lower sides of the lower die body are symmetrically provided with arc-shaped grooves, and the arc-shaped grooves are connected with the large round groove and are tangent to the large round groove, and each of the insides of the arc-shaped grooves at the two sides is provided with one small cylinder lug, the two small cylinder lugs are symmetric up and down, the middle of the upper die body is provided with the round boss, and the lower die body is matched with the upper die body.
During operating, die casting is carried out on the upper and lower dies by using die casting equipment, so that an axle sleeve can be subjected to one-time die casting formation.
The beneficial effects are as follows: the present invention provides a hardware axle sleeve part die, a structure manner of multiple grooves and lugs is adopted, one-time die casting formation is carried out on a material by utilizing the die casting equipment, and thus quick continuousness and mass production are realized, operative efficiency is improved, operative schedule is quickened, the formed hardware axle sleeve part has ultrahigh support strength and passed quality, and safe and reliable.

The embodiment of the present invention is described in detail in conjunction with accompanying drawings, however, the present invention can be implemented in a multitude of different ways as defined and covered by claims.
Referring to FIG.1-FIG.6, a hardware axle sleeve part die provided by the present invention includes a lower die body 1, a large round lug 4, small cylinder lugs 6, an upper die body 7 and a round boss 8, wherein the middle of the lower die body 1 is provided with a large round groove 2, the middle of the inside of the large round groove 2 is provided with a small round groove 3, the middle of the inside of the small round groove 3 is provided with the large cylinder lug 4, the large cylinder lug 4 is horizontal above the lower die body 1, the upper and lower sides of the lower die body 1 are symmetrically provided with arc-shaped grooves 5, and the arc-shaped grooves 5 are connected with the large round groove 2 and are tangent to the large round groove 2, and each of the insides of the arc-shaped grooves 5 at the two sides is provided with one small cylinder lug 6, the two small cylinder lugs 6 are symmetric up and down, the middle of the upper die body 7 is provided with the round boss 8, and the lower die body 1 is matched with the upper die body 7.
The materials of the lower die body 1 and the upper die body 7 are cast steel.
The large round groove 2 is 45 cm in diameter and 15 cm in height.
The small round groove 2 is 15 cm in diameter and 5 cm in height.
The large cylinder lug 4 is 50 cm in diameter and 10 cm in height.
The arc-shaped groove 5 is 8 cm in depth.

A hardware axle sleeve part die, characterized by comprising a lower die body (1), a large cylinder lug (4), small cylinder lugs (6), an upper die body (7) and a round boss (8), wherein the middle of the lower die body (1) is provided with a large round groove (2), the middle of the inside of the large round groove (2) is provided with a small round groove (3), the middle of the inside of the small round groove (3) is provided with the large cylinder lug (4), the large cylinder lug (4) is horizontal above the lower die body (1), the upper and lower sides of the lower die body (1) are symmetrically provided with arc-shaped grooves (5), and the arc-shaped grooves (5) are connected with the large round groove (2) and are tangent to the large round groove (2), and each of the insides of the arc-shaped grooves (5) at the two sides is provided with one small cylinder lug (6), the two small cylinder lugs (6) are symmetric up and down, the middle of the upper die body (7) is provided with the round boss (8), and the lower die body (1) is matched with the upper die body (7).
2. The hardware axle sleeve part die as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the materials of the lower die body (1) and the upper die body (7) are cast steel.
3. The hardware axle sleeve part die as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the large round groove (2) is 45 cm in diameter and 15 cm in height.
4. The hardware axle sleeve part die as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the small round groove (3) is 15 cm in diameter and 5 cm in height.
5. The hardware axle sleeve part die as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the large cylinder lug (4) is 50 cm in diameter and 10 cm in height.
6. The hardware axle sleeve part die as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the arc-shaped groove (5) is 8 cm in depth.
7. The hardware axle sleeve part die as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the small cylinder lug (6) is 5 cm in diameter and 8 cm in height.
8. The hardware axle sleeve part die as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the round boss (8) is 30 cm in diameter and 5 cm in height.
