Abstract
The present invention provides a limiting device for door and window hardware, which includes a diamond block mounted on a mounting bar, wherein the diamond block and the mounting bar are connected through a screw; the screw is provided with an elastic member pressed against a screw cap of the screw; and the lower end of the elastic member is pressed against the surface of the diamond block. The limiting device for door and window hardware provided by the present invention is reasonable and simple in structure, a certain friction force is formed by contact between the elastic member and the screw as well as the diamond block, synchronous rotation of the screw and the diamond block is realized through the friction force so as to improve operation efficiency, arrangement of clamp parts on the diamond block ensures that the limiting device is stably clamped on the C-shaped groove of the door and window so that use effect is good, and meanwhile, the limiting device is detachable so that later maintenance is convenient, and time-saving and labor-saving

BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the technical field of hardware fitting, and particularly relates to a limiting device for door and window hardware.
Related Art A diamond block aims to facilitate a slide stand to be stably mounted in a door and window so that the use of a window sash is facilitated. The traditional diamond block is often mounted on the slide stand in an active riveting manner, but, the active riveting mounting process is relatively tedious, position requirement on the diamond block is relatively high, it is required to be successfully mounted once, otherwise, later use can be influenced; and meanwhile, the diamond block adopts the active riveting manner to make later disassembling and maintenance difficult and easily result in minimal displacement of the diamond block, so that the slide stand is unstably mounted, comes out of the door and window as time passes, and can not bear strong outside influence, and safety factor is reduced.
Summary
With respect to the disadvantages of the above prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a limiting device for door and window hardware.
In order to realize the above object, the present invention adopts the technical solution as follows. A limiting device for door and window hardware includes a diamond block mounted on a mounting bar, wherein the diamond block and the mounting bar are connected through a screw, the screw is provided with an elastic member pressed against a screw cap of the screw, and the lower end of the elastic member is pressed against the surface of the diamond block. In this way, a certain friction force is formed through contact between the elastic member itself and the screw as well as the diamond block, the synchronous rotation of the screw and the diamond block is realized through the friction force, so that operation efficiency is improved, the slide stand is ensured to be stably clamped in the C-shaped groove of the door and window, and use effect is good.
Preferably, the upper end of the elastic member is disposed in the mounting bar. In this way, such an arrangement aims to facilitate the cooperative use between the elastic member and the screw, because the mounting bar has a certain thickness and the screw cap of the screw is in matching connection with the slide stand to be disposed in the mounting bar, and the upper end of the elastic member is disposed in the mounting bar.
Preferably, the elastic member is a conical spring. In this way, the elasticity of the conical spring is slightly worse than that of a column-shaped spring, but, the conical spring is higher in stability and more suitable for the limiting device.
Preferably, the diamond block is provided with a pair of clamp parts which are opposite in position and inclined downwardly. In this way, the clamp parts are arranged according to the groove shape structure of the C-shaped groove, the diamond block is more tightly clamped by utilizing the clamp parts and can not come out.
Preferably, the diamond block is provided with a protruded arc-shaped limiting ring, and the lower end of the elastic member is partially clamped in the arc-shaped limiting ring. In this way, the arc-shaped limiting ring is used for limiting the elastic member and preventing the fact that the elastic member is influenced by lower pressure to generate slipping between the elastic member and the diamond block so as to lose position, and thus operation efficiency is improved. Position change of the screw is limited so that the diamond block can rotate along with the rotation of the screw, and use effect is good.
The present invention has the beneficial effects that the limiting device is reasonable and simple in structure, a certain friction force is formed through contact between the elastic member itself and the screw as well as the diamond block, the synchronous rotation of the screw and the diamond block is realized through the friction force so as to improve operation efficiency, arrangement of the clamp parts on the diamond block ensures that the slide stand is stably clamped on the C-shaped groove of the door and window so that use effect is good, and meanwhile, the limiting device is detachable so that later maintenance is convenient, and time-saving and labor-saving.

Description of Embodiments
The embodiment of the present invention is described in detail in conjunction with accompanying drawings, however, the present invention can be implemented in a multitude of different ways as defined and covered by claims.
Referring to FIG.1-FIG.3, a limiting device for door and window hardware provided by the present invention includes a diamond block 2 mounted on a mounting bar 1, wherein the diamond block 2 and the mounting bar 1 are connected through a screw 3, the screw 3 is provided with an elastic member 4 pressed against a screw cap of the screw 3, and the lower end of the elastic member 4 is pressed against the surface of the diamond block 2.
The upper end of the elastic member 4 is disposed in the mounting bar 1.
The elastic member 4 is a conical spring.
The diamond block 2 is provided with a pair of clamp parts 2-1 which are opposite in position and inclined downwardly.
The diamond block 2 is provided with a protruded arc-shaped limiting ring 5, and the lower end of the elastic member 4 is partially clamped in the arch-shaped limiting ring 5.

Claims (5)
1. A limiting device for door and window hardware, comprising a diamond block (2) mounted on a mounting bar (1), wherein, the diamond block (2) and the mounting bar (1) are connected through a screw (3), the screw (3) is provided with an elastic member (4) pressed against a screw cap of the screw (3), and the lower end of the elastic member (4) is pressed against the surface of the diamond block (2).
2. The limiting device for door and window hardware as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the upper end of the elastic member (4) is disposed in the mounting bar (1).
3. The limiting device for door and window hardware as claimed in claim 2, wherein, the elastic member (4) is a conical spring.
4. The limiting device for door and window hardware as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the diamond block (2) is provided with a pair of clamp parts(2-1) which are opposite in position and inclined downwardly.
5. The limiting device for door and window hardware as claimed in claim 4, wherein, the diamond block (2) is provided with a protruded arc-shaped limiting ring (5), and the lower end of the elastic member (4) is partially clamped in the arc-shaped limiting ring (5).
