Abstract

The present invention relates to a waterless flushing-free closestool, comprising a storage box (2), a closestool body (1) and a closestool ring (9) arranged above the closestool body (1), wherein a storage bag (3) used for storing excrement is arranged in the closestool body (1), a communication channel is arranged between the bottom of the closestool body (1) and the storage box (2), a one-way valve plate (4) is arranged on the communication channel, and the storage bag (3) filled with excrement falls into the storage box (2) through the one-way valve plate (4) to form bagged excrement (14). The waterless flushing-free closestool provided by the present invention does not contact excrement directly, thus is clean and sanitary without washing; therefore, water resource is saved, no pollution is caused to the environment and odor is isolated; at the same time, since disposable seat and storage bag are used, the spread of disease sources is avoided; the waterless flushing-free closestool is particularly suitable for high-speed rails, airplanes and public toilets

WATERLESS FLUSHING-FREE CLOSESTOOL
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a sanitary ware, and in particular to a waterless flushing-free closestool.
Related Art
Existing closestools mostly are water flushing closestools. On the closestool there is a water tank, the water in which flushes into the closestool body through a valve so as to discharge sewages into a drainage pipe, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning the closestool. Common closestool consumes about 9 to 11 liters of water one time; at present, available water-saving closestools consumes about 3 liters of water to flush out urine and consumes about 6 liters of water to flush out stool.
Existing water-flushing closestools have a defect of large water consumption, thereby leading to the waste of water resources; furthermore, the closestool needs to be cleaned usually; as water price becomes higher and higher, the usage cost becomes higher and higher; on the other hand, corresponding auxiliary facilities such as sewer municipal distribution system need to be equipped, measures such as the establishment of sewage treatment plant are needed, the increasing treatment amount of urban sewage also would bring a trouble to people’s daily lives.
Summary
In view of the above, the present invention aims to overcome the drawback in existing technologies and provide a waterless flushing-free closestool which is simple in structure and convenient and practical in use so as to solve the defect in existing water flushing closestools.
In order to achieve the above aim, the present invention adopts a technical scheme as follows: a waterless flushing-free closestool comprises a storage box, a closestool body and a closestool ring arranged above the closestool body; a storage bag used for storing excrement is arranged in the closestool body, a communication channel is arranged between the bottom of the closestool body and the storage box, a one-way valve plate is arranged on the communication channel, and the storage bag filled with excrement falls into the storage box through the one-way valve plate to form bagged excrement.
The waterless flushing-free closestool further comprises a storage bag feeding box, a rotating mechanism and a fixing mechanism; a storage bag pressing device is arranged in the storage bag feeding box, the storage bag is arranged in the storage bag feeding box and is pressed by the storage bag pressing device, the rotating mechanism is arranged on one side edge of the closestool body close to the storage bag feeding box, the rotating mechanism automatically sleeves the storage bag on the closestool ring, and the fixing mechanism is used for fixing the storage bag arranged on the closestool ring.
An exhaust port is opened on the storage box and a negative-pressure fan is mounted on the exhaust port.
The waterless flushing-free closestool further comprises a pressure sensor and a controller; the sensor is arranged on an upper end face of the closestool body, the closestool ring can abut against the sensor when the closestool ring is pulled down, the sensor is electrically connected with an input end of the controller and the negative-pressure fan is electrically connected with an output end of the controller. A one-way valve is arranged on the communication channel between the closestool body and the storage box.
The storage box is detachably arranged below the closestool body.
The storage bag is made of plastic materials, paper materials or degradable materials
The present invention adopts the above technical scheme to arrange the storage bag used for storing excrement in the closestool body and arrange the communication channel between the bottom of the closestool body and the storage box, wherein the storage bag filled with excrement falls into the storage box through the one-way valve plate to form bagged excrement. The storage bag having a function of toilet seat can be automatically placed; during defecation, a user and the closestool are separated by the storage bag; the bottom of the closestool body and the storage box are connected and the storage bag is conveyed into the storage box through air exhaust, which also can discharge odor at the same time. On the other hand, a one-way valve, which can isolate odor, is arranged between the closestool body and the storage box. The waterless flushing-free closestool provided by the present invention does not contact excrement directly, thus is clean and sanitary without washing; therefore, water resource is saved, no pollution is caused to the environment and odor is isolated; at the same time, since disposable seat and storage bag are used, the spread of disease sources is avoided; the waterless flushing-free closestool is particularly suitable for high-speed rails, airplanes and public toilets.

Description of Embodiments
The technical scheme of the present invention is described below in more detail in conjunction with accompanying drawings and embodiments.
As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention provides a waterless flushing-free closestool, comprising a storage box 2, a closestool body 1 and a closestool ring 9 arranged above the closestool body 1 ; a storage bag 3 used for storing excrement is arranged in the closestool body 1, a communication channel (not shown in FIG. 1) is arranged between the bottom of the closestool body 1 and the storage box 2, a one-way valve plate 4 is arranged on the communication channel, and the storage bag 3 filled with excrement falls into the storage box 2 through the one-way valve plate 4 to form bagged excrement 14.
The waterless flushing-free closestool provided by this embodiment further comprises a storage bag feeding box 5, a rotating mechanism 6 and a fixing mechanism 7; a storage bag pressing device 8 is arranged in the storage bag feeding box 5, the storage bag 3 is arranged in the storage bag feeding box 5 and is pressed by the storage bag pressing device 8, the rotating mechanism 6 is arranged on one side edge of the closestool body 1 close to the storage bag feeding box 5, the rotating mechanism 6 automatically sleeves the storage bag 3 on the closestool ring 9, and the fixing mechanism 7 is used for fixing the storage bag 3 arranged on the closestool ring 9.
As a preferred embodiment, an exhaust port 10 is opened on the storage box 2 and a negative-pressure fan 11 is mounted on the exhaust port 10. In this embodiment, the waterless flushing-free closestool further comprises a pressure sensor 12 and a controller 13; the sensor 12 is arranged on an upper end face of the closestool body 1, the closestool ring 9 can abut against the sensor 12 when the closestool ring 9 is pulled down, the sensor 12 is electrically connected with an input end of the controller 13 and the negative-pressure fan 11 is electrically connected with an output end of the controller 13.
As a preferred embodiment, a one-way valve (not shown in FIG. 1) is arranged on the communication channel between the closestool body 1 and the storage box 2, to prevent the outflow of odor. The storage box 2 is detachably arranged below the closestool body 1. The storage bag 3 is made of plastic materials, paper materials or degradable materials.
The working principle of the present invention is illustrated hereinafter: during defecation, a user pulls down the closestool ring 9 and sits on the closestool ring 9 having a storage bag 3; in the present invention there also is a storage bag arrangement mechanism (not shown in FIG. 1); the pressure sensor 12 collects a signal and controls, through the controller 13, the storage bag arrangement mechanism to suck air to completely open the storage bag 3; after defecation, the user stands up, the pressure sensor 12 sends a detected signal to the controller 13, which then controls the negative-pressure fan 11 to open the bottom one-way valve plate 4 through air exhaust to convey the storage bag 3 into the storage box 2 and meanwhile discharge odor.
It is to be supplemented that in the present invention urine and stool are excreted to the storage bag 3, which may adopt a storage bag 3 having a urine-stool separation function depending on actual needs.
The present invention arranges the storage bag 3 used for storing excrement in the closestool body 1 and arranges the communication channel between the bottom of the closestool body 1 and the storage box 2, wherein the storage bag 3 filled with excrement falls into the storage box 2 through the one-way valve plate 4 to form bagged excrement. The storage bag 3 having a function of toilet seat can be automatically placed; during defecation, a user and the closestool are separated by the storage bag 3; the bottom of the closestool body 1 and the storage box 2 are connected and the storage bag 3 is conveyed into the storage box 2 through air exhaust, which also can discharge odor at the same time. On the other hand, a one-way valve, which can isolate odor, is arranged between the closestool body 1 and the storage box 2. The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiment; any person can obtain other various forms of products under the enlightenment of the present invention; however, no matter what change is made to the shape or structure, any technical scheme the same as or similar to this application is intended to be included in the scope of protection of the present invention.

Claims (7)

1. A waterless flushing-free closestool, characterized in that: the waterless flushing-free closestool comprises a storage box (2), a closestool body (1) and a closestool ring (9) arranged above the closestool body (1); a storage bag (3) used for storing excrement is arranged in the closestool body (1), a communication channel is arranged between the bottom of the closestool body (1) and the storage box (2), a one-way valve plate (4) is arranged on the communication channel, and the storage bag (3) filled with excrement falls into the storage box (2) through the one-way valve plate (4) to form bagged excrement (14).

The waterless flushing-free closestool according to claim 1, characterized in that: the waterless flushing-free closestool further comprises a storage bag feeding box (5), a rotating mechanism (6) and a fixing mechanism (7); a storage bag pressing device (8) is arranged in the storage bag feeding box (5), the storage bag (3) is arranged in the storage bag feeding box (5) and is pressed by the storage bag pressing device (8), the rotating mechanism (6) is arranged on one side edge of the closestool body (1) close to the storage bag feeding box (5), the rotating mechanism (6) automatically sleeves the storage bag (3) on the closestool ring (9), and the fixing mechanism (7) is used for fixing the storage bag (3) arranged on the closestool ring (9).
3. The waterless flushing-free closestool according to claim 1, characterized in that: an exhaust port (10) is opened on the storage box (2) and a negative-pressure fan (11) is mounted on the exhaust port (10).

The waterless flushing-free closestool according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that: the waterless flushing-free closestool further comprises a pressure sensor (12) and a controller (13); the sensor (12) is arranged on an upper end face of the closestool body (1), the closestool ring (9) can abut against the sensor (12) when the closestool ring (9) is pulled down, the sensor (12) is electrically connected with an input end of the controller (13) and the negative-pressure fan (11) is electrically connected with an output end of the Controller (13).
5. The waterless flushing-free closestool according to claim 1, characterized in that: a one-way valve is arranged on the communication channel between the closestool body (1) and the storage box (2).
6. The waterless flushing-free closestool according to claim 1 or 2 or 3 or 5, characterized in that: the storage box (2) is detachably arranged below the closestool body (1).
7. The waterless flushing-free closestool according to claim 1 or 2 or 3 or 5, characterized in that: the storage bag (3) is made of plastic materials, paper materials or degradable materials.
