Abstract
The present invention provides a multifunctional nursing bed, including a bed frame and a plurality of support rods fixedly arranged on a bottom side surface of the bed frame. Vertical baffles are fixedly arranged on two opposite sides of the bed frame along the length direction. Two opposite edges of an upper part of the bed frame along the width direction are rotatably connected to guard plates via rotating shafts. Driving mechanisms for driving the guard plates to rotate are fixedly mounted on a lower side of the bed frame. The guard plates are rotatable and adjustable around the axes of the rotating shafts. When changing bedsheets or assisting the patient on/off the bed, the driving mechanisms rotate the guard plates downward to a vertical position, creating more space for nursing staff and simplifying bedsheet replacement. Patients may move more easily without needing to be lifted over obstacles, improving convenience.
Description
MULTIFUNCTIONAL NURSING BED
The present invention relates to the technical field of nursing equipment, and in particular to a multifunctional nursing bed.
With the acceleration of global population aging, the number of elderly people continues to rise, and the scale of chronic disease patients is also expanding. Against this social backdrop, the nursing needs of mobility-impaired patients, long-term bedridden patients, and disabled elderly people have become increasingly prominent.
As a medical device specially designed for such special patients, nursing beds play a crucial role in hospitals, nursing homes, elderly care facilities, and other places. They not only provide patients with a comfortable and convenient lying environment but also effectively reduce the burden on nursing staff, improving the efficiency and quality of nursing work, so the market demand for them shows a growing trend.
At present, nursing beds on the market share certain commonalities in basic structural design. A typical nursing bed usually includes a bed frame and four mobile casters fixed at a bottom of the bed frame, which facilitates the movement and repositioning of the nursing bed. In terms of the edge configurations of the bed frame, vertically mounted baffles are mounted on upper two sides along the length direction of the bed frame, while guardrails are mounted on upper two sides along the width direction. The baffles and guardrails are mainly set to ensure the safety of patients, preventing accidental falls during bed rest and providing a certain guarantee for patients’ safety while lying in bed.
When nursing staff replace the bed sheets laid on the upper surface of the bed frame, the operating space is limited due to the obstruction of the guardrails, which increases the difficulty and reduces the efficiency of bed sheet replacement. This not only increases the workload of nursing staff but may also affect the comfort of patients. In addition, when patients need to get out of bed, they cannot do so by 602425 themselves due to the presence of guardrails. Instead, nursing staff need to lift the patients up and over the guardrails. This process is not only cumbersome to operate but also poses certain inconveniences and potential risks for both nursing staff and patients, indicating room for improvement.
An objective of the present invention is to provide a multifunctional nursing bed, addressing the inconveniences in the related prior art where nursing staff encounter difficulties in replacing bed sheets and patients face challenges in getting on and off the bed.
The multifunctional nursing bed provided by the present invention adopts the following technical solutions.
A multifunctional nursing bed includes a bed frame and a plurality of support rods fixedly arranged on a bottom side surface of the bed frame. Vertically upward baffles are fixedly arranged on two opposite sides of the bed frame along the length direction. Two opposite edges of an upper part of the bed frame along the width direction are rotatably connected to guard plates via rotating shafts, axes of the rotating shafts being parallel to the length direction of the bed frame, driving mechanisms for driving the guard plates to rotate are fixedly mounted on a lower side of the bed frame, and the guard plates are rotatable and adjustable around the axes of the rotating shafts.
By adopting the above technical solution, when it is necessary to change the bedsheet or allow the patient to get on/off the bed, the driving mechanisms on the lower side of the bed frame drive the guard plates to rotate downward around the rotating shafts to a vertical state. This provides a more spacious operation space for nursing staff, greatly reduces the difficulty of changing the bedsheet, and improves the replacement efficiency. For patients, after the guard plates are rotated to the vertical state, they do not need to be lifted by nursing staff to cross obstacles and may complete the action of getting on/off the bed relatively easily by themselves, reducing the operational trouble. 0002625
Optionally, gripping rods are arranged above the bed frame, bent rods are fixedly arranged at two ends of the gripping rods, and ends of the two bent rods are fixedly connected to side surfaces of the same guard plates away from the bed frame; and the gripping rods follow the two guard plates to rotate toward each other to an inclined state to facilitate the patient to grip and get up.
By adopting the above technical solution, when a patient needs to get up alone, the driving mechanisms drive the guard plates to rotate, causing the gripping rods to rotate toward each other to an inclined state along with the two guard plates. At this time, the patient may easily grip the gripping rods with both hands and, with the support force provided by the gripping rods, apply force to get up more conveniently.
Optionally, outer peripheral surfaces of the gripping rods are arc surfaces, and elastic sleeves are fixedly sleeved on the outer peripheries of the gripping rods.
By adopting the above technical solution, the outer peripheral surfaces of the gripping rods are arc-shaped, which better fits the natural curvature of the human hand when gripping, making the patient feel more comfortable when gripping; the elastic sleeves fixedly sleeved on the outer peripheries are made of soft and elastic materials, which not only further improves the comfort of gripping but also has an anti-slip effect.
Optionally, accommodating notches are disposed on the guard plates, and receiving plates are detachably mounted in the accommodating notches; and limiting notches are disposed on edges of the side surfaces of the guard plates away from the bed frame, and the adjacent side surfaces of the two limiting notches are interconnected when the guard plates are in a vertically upward state; and the two receiving plates are removable from the accommodating notches and detachably fixed side by side in a straight line, and when the guard plates are in a vertically upward state, mutually far ends of the two receiving plates are engageable with the limiting notches.
By adopting the above technical solution, the receiving plates are detachably mounted in the accommodating notches of the guard plates and normally serve as part of the guard plates to ensure patient safety. When the patient is eating, the two 602425 receiving plates may be taken out and spliced in a straight line, with their ends snapped into the limiting notches to form a stable platform for placing meals. This design not only meets the daily protection needs of patients but also provides convenience for patients to eat, improving the practicality and flexibility of the nursing bed.
Optionally, in the accommodating notches, first insertion rods are fixedly arranged and first insertion slots are disposed, and on sides of the receiving plates, second insertion slots for inserting the first insertion rods are disposed and second insertion rods adapted to be inserted into the first insertion slots are fixedly arranged.
By adopting the above technical solution, the corresponding arrangement of the first insertion rods and the second insertion slots, as well as the first insertion slots and the second insertion rods, allows for quick mounting of the receiving plates by simply aligning and inserting the insertion rods into the insertion slots. During disassembly, only the reverse operation is required, making the operation simple and efficient. At the same time, the cooperation between the insertion rods and the insertion slots ensures the stability of the receiving plates after mounting, reduces shaking, and ensures that the receiving plates may safely and reliably function both as part of the guard plates and when used for placing items.
Optionally, when the two receiving plates are fixed side by side in a straight line, the second insertion rod on one receiving plate is inserted into the second insertion slot on the other receiving plate.
By adopting the above technical solution, during splicing, the structure in which the second insertion rod on one receiving plate is inserted into the second insertion slot on the other receiving plate enables quick and accurate positioning and tight connection of the two receiving plates in a straight line, with simple and fast operation.
Optionally, guiding slopes are arranged on edges of ends of the first insertion rods and the second insertion rods.
By adopting the above technical solution, during the mounting of the receiving plates, the guiding slopes allow the first insertion rods to be inserted into the second 602425 insertion slots more smoothly and the second insertion rods to enter the first insertion slots more easily; during the splicing of the two receiving plates, the guiding slopes also allow the second insertion rods to quickly align with and be inserted into the 5 second insertion slots of the other receiving plate.
Optionally, mobile casters with a braking function are mounted at lower ends of the support rods.
By adopting the above technical solution, it is convenient for nursing staff to easily move the nursing bed and adjust its position according to actual needs. After the nursing bed is moved to a suitable position, the braking function may quickly lock the mobile casters to prevent the nursing bed from sliding accidentally.
Optionally, gripping through holes are disposed in upper parts of the baffles, and guiding arc surfaces are arranged on opening edges of the gripping through holes.
By adopting the above technical solution, it is convenient for patients or nursing staff to directly grip the through holes to apply force when moving the nursing bed or adjusting the patient’s position, making the operation more convenient. The guiding arc surfaces arranged on the opening edges of the gripping through holes may avoid scratching injuries to the hands caused by sharp edges and corners.
Optionally, outer edges of the baffles are arranged as arc surfaces.
By adopting the above technical solution, the arc-shaped design may avoid injuries to the human body caused by sharp edges and corners, effectively reduce the impact force during collisions, and reduce the probability of accidents including abrasions and bruises.
In summary, the present invention has the following advantages.
When it is necessary to change the bedsheet or allow the patient to get on/off the bed, the driving mechanisms on the lower side of the bed frame drive the guard plates to rotate downward around the rotating shafts to a vertical state. This provides a more spacious operation space for nursing staff, greatly reduces the difficulty of changing the bedsheet, and improves the replacement efficiency. For patients, after the guard plates are rotated to the vertical state, they do not need to be lifted by nursing staff to cross obstacles and may complete the action of getting on/off the bed relatively easily 602425 by themselves, reducing the operational trouble.
