Claims (6)
1. Fin Wärmemanagementsystem für eine Schiffsbatterie mit neuer Energie, dadurch 22 gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Temperaturüberwachungsmodul, ein Kithimodul, ein Steuermodul, ein Wärmespeichermodul, ein thermisches Phasenwechsel-Stromerzeugungsmodul und einen Temperaturdifferenz-Stromerzeugungsregler umfasst; Das Temperatur ü berwachungsmodul ist zur Temperaturüberwachung mit der Schiffsbatterie verbunden. Das Kühlmodul ist unterteilt und an der AuBenseite der Schiffsbatterie angeordnet; das Kühlmodul tauscht Wärme mit dem Wärmespeichermodul aus, und das Wärmespeichermodul stellt eine Wärmequelle für das thermische Phasenwechsel-Stromerzeugungsmodul bereit und verwendet einen Temperaturdifferenz-Stromerzeugungsregler zur Steuerung der Temperaturdifferenz-Stromerzeugung.

Fin Wärmemanagementsystem für eine Schiffsbatterie mit neuer Energie nach Rechtsanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das thermische Phasenwechsel-Stromerzeugungsmodul TEG-Blätter enthält, die in einer seriell-parallelen Hybridtopologie verbunden sind, und dass zwischen dem kalten Ende und der Flüssigkeitskühlplatte wärmeleitendes Silikonfett eingefüllt ist.

Ein Wärmemanagementsystem für eine Schiffsbatterie mit neuer Energie nach Rechtsanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Temperaturüberwachungsmodul ein faseroptisches Sensorarray und eine Infrarot-Wärmebildeinheit umfasst, um die Temperaturfeldverteilung auf der Batterieoberfläche und im Inneren in Echtzeit zu erfassen.

Fin Wärmemanagementsystem für eine Schiffsbatterie mit neuer Energie nach Rechtsanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kithimodul in ein Fliissigkeitskithlungs-Submodul und ein Luftkü hlungs-Submodul unterteilt ist; die Flüssigkeitskühlplatte im Flüssigkeitskühlungs-Submodul verfü gt über eine korrosionsbeständige Mikrokanalstruktur und das Luftkühlungs-Submodul ist mit einem hydrophoben Führungsluftkanal ausgestattet.
5. Ein Wärmemanagementsystem für eine Schiffsbatterie mit neuer Energie nach Rechtsanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Temperaturdifferenz-Stromerzeugungsregler an ein Schiffsenergiemanagementsystem angeschlossen ist.

Fin Wärmemanagementsystem für eine Schiffsbatterie mit neuer Energie nach Rechtsanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Phasenänderungstemperatur des Wärmespeichermoduls einstellbar ist, einschließlich 45 ° C und 55 ° C, und zwischen benachbarten Bereichen des Wärmespeichermoduls eine Wärmeisolationsplatte angeordnet ist.
