The present invention discloses a volleyball training device for passing training, comprising a baseboard. The top of the baseboard is equipped with a storage box, and two fixed poles are symmetrically installed on both sides of the storage box. A telescoping mechanism is installed at the top of the two fixed poles, and an installation box is installed on the inner bottom surface of the storage box, which houses a lifting mechanism. Four self-locking universal wheels are symmetrically installed at the four corners of the baseboard's bottom. The present invention, through the installation of the lifting mechanism, achieves the elevation and lowering of the rebound board, facilitating the adjustment of the rebound board's height according to the actual height of the user, making it suitable for people of different heights and enhancing the practicality of the equipment. By installing the telescoping mechanism, when in use, the telescopic rods are extended in the direction of the installation sleeves, which makes it convenient to use the extended telescopic rods and the net pockets at the bottom to catch balls that are hit off-target, eliminating the need for manually picking up each ball. Additionally, when not in use, the telescopic rods can be retracted, which is beneficial for reducing the size of the equipment.
Description
VOLLEYBALL TRAINING DEVICE FOR PASSING TRAINING
The present invention relates to the field of volleyball training equipment technology, specifically relating to a volleyball training device for passing training.
Background Technology
During volleyball training, a variety of training equipment is required. The volleyball training device for passing training is one of them. There are many existing volleyball training devices for passing, such as the Chinese patent with the authorization announcement number CN 219072023 U, titled "A Volleyball Training
Device for Passing Training". This patent includes a support frame, a rebound board, a first electric push rod, and a slider, etc. The rebound board is connected to the support frame through a ball hinge and can rebound the volleyball for passing training. The slider is rotationally connected to the telescopic rod of the first electric push rod to drive the slider to move back and forth. This movement of the slider can drive the rotation of the rebound board to adjust its angle. The invention uses a deceleration motor as the driving force to adjust the position of the slider, and then the first electric push rod drives the slider forward, thereby pushing the rebound board to rotate and adjust the angle. Then, using a ball launcher, people hit the volleyball to the rebound board, which can rebound the volleyball upwards with a certain arc, allowing people to hit the volleyball again and improve training effectiveness. However, this patent still has certain defects in its use: 1. The main technique in this scheme relies on the rebound effect of the rebound board for passing training of the volleyball. However, the area of the rebound board is relatively small, and its height is fixed. People of different heights have different hitting points and passing positions. The existing technical scheme cannot adjust the height of the rebound board according to the user's height, reducing the effectiveness of the training. LU506185 2. This technical scheme mainly relies on the first rubber board and the second rubber board to catch balls that are hit off-target, subsequently using their angles to rebound the volleyball back into the ball launcher. Although the first and second rubber boards can catch off-target balls to some extent, they cannot successfully catch rebounding balls when there is a secondary rebound or when the hitting force is too strong, reducing the practicality of the equipment.

All other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art from these disclosed embodiments without creative efforts fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
Please refer to FIGs. 1-7 for an embodiment provided by the present invention: A volleyball training device for passing training, which includes a baseboard 1. At the four corners of the bottom of the baseboard 1, four self-locking universal wheels 3 are symmetrically installed, facilitating the movement of the equipment through the wheels. On top of the baseboard 1, a storage box 2 is installed, and on both sides of the storage box 2, two fixed poles 8 are symmetrically installed. At the top of the two fixed poles 8, a telescoping mechanism 5 is installed. Inside the storage box 2, at the bottom, an installation box 9 is installed, and inside the installation box 9, a lifting mechanism 4 is installed. When using the device, the lifting mechanism 4 facilitates the height adjustment of the device according to the actual height of the user. 7506185
The lifting mechanism 4 includes a rack 401, a block 402, a servo motor 403, a limit sleeve 404, a spur gear 405, a bearing block 406, and a connecting shaft 407. A servo motor 403 is installed at the top of one side inside the installation box 9, and the output end of the servo motor 403 is fixedly connected to a connecting shaft 407. One end of the connecting shaft 407 is rotationally connected to a bearing block 406, which is installed on the other side of the top inside the installation box 9. Two spur gears 405 are sleeved on both ends of the center of the connecting shaft 407, and two limit sleeves 404 are sleeved on the periphery of the two spur gears 405. The two limit sleeves 404 are symmetrically installed on both sides of the center of the top surface inside the installation box 9. Two racks 401 are engaged on one side of the two spur gears 405, with the center tops of the two racks 401 actively penetrating and installed on both sides of the top of the installation box 9. At the top of the two racks 401, two fixing blocks 13 are installed, and at the bottom of the two racks 401, two blocks 402 are installed. This facilitates the rotation of the spur gear 405 driven by the servo motor 403 in the lifting mechanism 4, subsequently driving the lifting of the rack 401, thereby achieving the height adjustment of the equipment. At the top of the two fixing blocks 13, a lifting plate 11 is installed, and at the center of the top of the lifting plate 11, a fixed plate 16 is installed. A fixing sleeve 12 is installed on top of the fixed plate 16.
Inside one side of the fixing sleeve 12, a ball head is installed, and one side of the ball head is fixedly connected to a connecting rod 15. On one side of the fixing sleeve 12, a threaded fixing sleeve 14 is fixedly connected through a thread. One end of the connecting rod 15 is fixedly connected to a rebound board 6, and two side plates 7 are symmetrically installed on both sides of the rebound board 6. This facilitates passing training with the volleyball using the rebound board 6.
The telescoping mechanism 5 includes a catch head 501, an installation sleeve 502, a telescopic rod 503, and springs 504. At the top of the two fixed poles 8, two installation sleeves 502 are installed, and two telescopic rods 503 actively pass through both ends of the two installation sleeves 502. Four springs 504 are symmetrically 7906189 installed on the inner bottom surface of one side of the two telescopic rods 503, and four catch heads 501 are installed on top of the four springs 504. The tops of the four catch heads 501 protrude from the top of the telescopic rod 503 and installation sleeve 502. Net pockets are installed at the bottom of the two telescopic rods 503, and the bottom of the net pockets is fixedly connected to the top edge of the storage box 2. A ball outlet trough 10 is installed at the bottom of one side of the storage box 2. This facilitates the opening and storage of the net pockets at the bottom through the extension and retraction of the telescopic rods 503 in the telescoping mechanism 5, making it convenient to collect balls that are hit off-target, thereby enhancing the practicality of the equipment.
Working Principle: In the use of the present invention, the equipment is first moved to the training field using the self-locking universal wheels 3 at the bottom of the baseboard 1. Then, the net pockets are installed at the bottom of the telescopic rods 503. At this time, the height of the equipment is adjusted according to the height of the trainee. The servo motor 403 in the lifting mechanism 4 is started, and the output end of the servo motor 403 begins to rotate, subsequently driving the rotation of the connecting shaft 407, and then the spur gear 405. Since the spur gear 405 meshes with the rack 401, it drives the upward movement of the rack 401, subsequently lifting the fixing block 13, then the lifting plate 11, followed by the fixed plate 16, and then the fixing sleeve 12, subsequently lifting the threaded fixing sleeve 14, and then the connecting rod 15, finally moving the rebound board 6 and the side plates 7 upwards. Reversing the servo motor 403 results in the downward movement of the rebound board 6 and the side plates 7, which is beneficial for adjusting the height of the rebound board 6 according to the user's height, enhancing the practicality of the equipment. Before starting the training, once the installation of the net pockets is completed, the catch heads 501 in the telescoping mechanism 5 are pressed to move downwards, compressing the springs 504, releasing the catch fixation on the installation sleeves 502. Then, pulling the telescopic rods 503 in the direction away from the installation sleeves 502 along their axial line extends the telescopic rods 7506185 503, facilitating the opening of the net pockets. At this time, the user conducts passing training using the rebound board 6. Balls that are hit off-target fall into the frame formed by the telescopic rods 503 and then through the net pockets into the storage box 2, subsequently flowing out through the ball outlet trough 10. This helps to avoid the situation of balls flying away when hit off-target, increasing the difficulty of solo training. The bearing block 406 is used for fixing the connecting shaft 407, the limit sleeves 404 for limiting the installation of the rack 401, the installation box 9 for installing the servo motor 403, the baseboard 1 for fixing the storage box 2, and the fixed poles 8 for installing the installation sleeves 502.
