Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of soil remediation, in particular to an environment-friendly soil remediation device. The device includes a crushing chamber, specifically, a crushing component for crushing soil is arranged on the crushing chamber, a cleaning component for remediating the soil is arranged on one side of the crushing chamber, and a stirring component for fully mixing the soil and eluent is arranged on one side of the screw conveyor. According to the present invention, by arranging a spraying component and the stirring component, the spraying component controls liquid medicine to be sprayed evenly in an S-shape, so that efficient soil remediation is realized, and efficiency of soil remediation is improved.

The present invention relates to the technical field of soil remediation, in particular to an environment-friendly soil remediation device.
BACKGROUND
The remediation of soil contamination is mainly convey the remediation liquid medicine into the soil after loosening and crushing the soil, so that the remediation liquid medicine may react with the contaminants in the soil to achieve soil remediation. However, when the existing soil remediation devices spray the remediation liquid medicine, there are often problems that the soil sprayed with more liquid medicine is too thin and wet due to uneven spraying, and the soil sprayed with less liquid medicine is still contaminated, thus causing incomplete soil remediation, low efficiency of soil remediation and poor soil remediation effect.
SUMMARY
Aiming at the shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention provides an environment-friendly soil remediation device, so as to solve the problems of low soil remediation efficiency and poor soil remediation effect caused by uneven spraying of liquid medicine in the existing soil remediation device mentioned in the above background.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides the following technical solution: an environment-friendly soil remediation device includes a crushing chamber, specifically, a feed inlet is fixedly installed on the crushing chamber, a crushing component for crushing soil is arranged on the crushing chamber, a conveyor belt is arranged below the crushing chamber, a cleaning component for remediating the soil is arranged on one side of the crushing chamber, a screw conveyor is arranged on one side of the cleaning component, and a stirring component for fully mixing the soil and eluent is arranged on one side of the screw conveyor; and a spraying chamber is arranged on one side of the crushing chamber, the cleaning component includes a rotating shaft b rotatably installed in the spraying chamber, a disc harrow is fixedly installed on the rotating shaft b, a sprinkler is fixedly installed in the spraying chamber and located at one side of the disc harrow, one side of the sprinkler is fixedly connected to a water pipe, a fixed groove is fixedly installed on the sprinkler, and a spraying component TS 905451 arranged on the fixed groove.

According to the environment-friendly soil remediation device, by arranging the crushing component, the driving gear controls the driven gears to rotate, and the driven gears control two crushing rollers through the rotating shafts a to fully crush the soil, so that the soil may be crushed before contacting with the liquid medicine, so that the liquid medicine penetrates into the loose soil easily and then fully mix with the soil, so as to remediate the soil. 3. According to the environment-friendly soil remediation device, by arranging the cleaning component, the soil falling from the crushing chamber onto the conveyor belt accumulates into a mountain bag shape, when conveying soil, the conveyor belt may pass through the height limit of one side wall of the crushing chamber, the protrusion part may be flattened to make the flattened part become flat, and the rotating disc harrow will loosen the flattened soil again, so as to make the sprayed liquid medicine mixed with the soil, thus facilitating even spraying of appropriate liquid medicine on the soil. 4. According to the environment-friendly soil remediation device, by arranging the spraying component to spray in an S-shape, spraying amount of the liquid medicine may be controlled to avoid too much liquid medicine to be sprayed on the soil in a unit time, thus saving the liquid medicine for soil remediation; and the crushed soil is loosely and thinly spread on the conveyor belt, facilitating the penetration of liquid medicine and the rapid and further mixing of liquid medicine and soil by the stirring component.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The technical solutions in the examples of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the attached drawings. Obviously, the described examples are only some examples of the present invention, rather than all examples. Based on the examples of the present invention, all other examples obtained by the ordinary skilled in the art without creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
An environment-friendly soil remediation device provided by some examples of the present invention will be described below with reference to the attached drawings.
As shown in FIGs. 1-6, an environment-friendly soil remediation device provided by the present invention includes a crushing chamber 1, a feed inlet 101 is fixedly installed on the crushing chamber 1, a crushing component 2 for crushing soil is arranged on the crushing chamber 1, a conveyor belt 3 is arranged below the crushing chamber 1, a cleaning component 4 for remediating the soil is arranged on one side of the crushing chamber 1, a screw conveyor 5 is arranged on one side of the cleaning component 4, and a stirring component 6 for fully mixing 991 the soil and eluent is arranged on one side of the screw conveyor 5. To-be-remediated soil is poured into the crushing chamber 1 through the feed inlet 101, and crushed by the crushing component 2, the crushed soil is conveyed by the conveyor belt 3 to a concentration chamber 5 104, and is uniformly sprayed with remediation liquid medicine by the cleaning component 4 during the conveying, and the soil is conveyed into the stirring component 6 by liquid medicine so as to fully mix with the liquid medicine, thus realizing efficient soil remediation. The device is helpful to improve efficiency and effect of soil remediation.
As shown in FIGs. 3-5, a spraying chamber 102 is arranged on one side of the crushing chamber 1, the cleaning component 4 includes a rotating shaft b 401 rotatably installed in the spraying chamber 102, an end of the rotating shaft b 401 is connected to a driving element, the driving element controls a disc harrow 402 to rotate through the rotating shaft b 401, and a disc harrow 402 is fixedly installed on the rotating shaft b 401; the soil falling from the crushing chamber 1 onto the conveyor belt 3 accumulates into a mountain bag shape, when conveying soil, the conveyor belt 3 may pass through a height limit of one side wall of the crushing chamber 1, the protrusion part may be flattened to make the flattened part become flat, and the rotating disc harrow 402 will loosen the flattened soil again, thus facilitating spraying of liquid medicine. A sprinkler 403 is fixedly installed in the spraying chamber 102 and located at one side of the disc harrow 402, and the sprinkler 403 is connected to a water pipe 404 to spray the liquid medicine; one side of the sprinkler 403 is fixedly connected to the water pipe 404, and the water pipe 404 is filled with liquid medicine; a fixed groove 4031 is fixedly installed on the sprinkler 403, and the fixed groove 4031 fixes sliding trajectory of a steering plate 4055; and a spraying component 405 is arranged on the fixed groove 4031, so as to control spraying trajectory of the liquid medicine conveniently.
The spraying component 405 includes a fixed piece 4051 fixedly installed on one side of the sprinkler 403, far away from the water pipe 404, and the fixed piece 4051 fixes a position of a small motor 4052; the small motor 4052 is fixedly inserted into the fixed piece 4051; a rotating shaft d is fixedly installed at an output end of the small motor 4052, and the small motor 4052 controls rotation of a long ornament 4053 through the rotating shaft d; the long ornament 4053 is fixedly installed at an end of the rotating shaft d, and the long ornament 4053 controls circular movement of a control block 4054; the control block 4054 is fixedly installed at one end of the 905451 long ornament 4053, and the control block 4054 controls a steering plate 4055 to swing left and right through an annular block 4056; the steering plate 4055 is slidably inserted into the fixed groove 4031, a plurality of water outlets are disposed on the steering plate 4055, and the steering plate 4055 swinging left and right controls spraying of the liquid medicine on the soil in an
S-shape; one side of the steering plate 4055 is fixedly connected to the annular block 4056, and the control block 4054 is slidably inserted into the annular block 4056; protective shells 406 are fixedly installed on two sides of the spraying chamber 102, and two protective shells 406 are respectively sleeved on two sides of the spraying component 405 so as to protect the spraying component 405. Specifically, the small motor 4052 controls the long ornament 4053 to rotate through the rotating shaft d, the long ornament 4053 controls the circular movement of the control block 4054, the control block 4054 controls the steering plate 4055 to swing left and right along the fixed groove 4031 through the annular block 4056, and the steering plate 4055 swinging left and right controls the even spraying of the liquid medicine on the soil in an S-shape, thus effectively preventing excessive liquid medicine spraying on the soil.
As shown in FIGs. 2, 3 and 5, the crushing component 2 includes a fixed shell 201 fixedly installed on an outer side of the crushing chamber 1, and a driving piece is fixedly installed on the fixed shell 201; a main control shaft 202 is rotatably inserted into the fixed shell 201, and the driving piece controls rotation of the main control shaft 202; a driving gear 203 is fixedly installed on the main control shaft 202, and the rotating main control shaft 202 controls rotation of driven gears 204 through the driving gear 203; two rotating shafts a 205 are rotatably installed in the crushing chamber 1, and the rotating shafts a 205 drive crushing rollers 206 to rotate; the crushing rollers 206 are fixedly installed on the rotating shafts a 205 to crush the soil poured through the feed inlet 101; ends of the rotating shafts a 205 are rotatably connected to the fixed shell 201 through one side wall of the crushing chamber 1, driven gears 204 are fixedly installed on the rotating shafts a 205, and the driven gears 204 are engaged with the driving gear 203 for transmission. Specifically, the driving piece controls the driving gear 203 to rotate through the main control shaft 202, the driving gear 203 drives the driven gears 204 to rotate, and the rotating driven gears 204 control the crushing rollers 206 to crush the soil through the rotating shafts a 205.
As shown in FIGs. 1, 3 and 6, a transmitting bin 103 is fixedly connected to a bottom of the 905451 crushing chamber 1, the conveying bin 103 is communicated with the spraying chamber 102, and the conveyor belt 3 is fixedly installed in the transmitting bin 103 to convey the crushed soil; a concentration chamber 104 is arranged on one side of the transmitting bin 103, an inclined guide plate 1041 is fixedly installed at a bottom of the concentration chamber 104, and the soil sprayed with the liquid medicine will be conveyed by the conveyor belt 3 and fall onto the inclined guide plate 1041; a cross section of the inclined guide plate 1041 is inverted trapezoid facilitating soil collection; one side of the concentration chamber 104 is connected to a conveying bin 105, and the soil slides from the inclined guide plate 1041 into the conveying bin 105; a cross section of the conveying bin 105 is circular so that a screw conveyor 5 clings to an inner wall of the conveying bin 105 to convey as much soil as possible; the screw conveyor 5 is rotatably installed in the conveying bin 105, and the screw conveyor 5 conveys the sprayed soil into a mixing chamber 601; a feeding port is arranged below one side of the conveying bin 105, and a conveying port is arranged above the other side of the conveying bin 105.
The stirring component 6 includes the mixing chamber 601 fixedly connected to the conveying bin 105, and the sprayed soil is stirred in the mixing chamber 601; a motor 602 is fixedly installed on the mixing chamber 601 to control rotation of a rotating shaft c 603; the rotating shaft c 603 is fixedly installed at an output end of the motor 602, and the rotating shaft c 603 drives stirrers 604 to rotate; and a plurality of mutually staggered stirrers 604 are fixedly installed on the rotating shaft c 603, and the stirrers 604 fully stir the soil, so that the liquid medicine is evenly mixed with the soil.
According to the examples, the to-be-remediated soil is poured into the crushing chamber 1 through the feed inlet 101, the driving piece controls the driving gear 203 to rotate through the main control shaft 202, the driving gear 203 drives the driven gears 204 to rotate, the rotating driven gears 204 control the crushing rollers 206 to crush the soil through the rotating shafts a 205, the crushed soil falls onto the conveyor belt 3, the conveyor belt 3 conveys the crushed soil to the concentration chamber 104, the conveyor belt 3 may pass through the height limit of one side wall of the crushing chamber 1, the protrusion part may be flattened to make the flattened part become flat, the driving element controls the rotation of the disc harrow 402 through the rotating shaft b 401, and the rotating disc harrow 402 will loosen the flattened soil again to rake grooves, thus facilitating spraying of liquid medicine; the small motor 4052 controls the long 905451 ornament 4053 to rotate through the rotating shaft d, the long ornament 4053 controls the circular movement of the control block 4054, the control block 4054 controls the steering plate 4055 to swing left and right along the fixed groove 4031 through the annular block 4056, and the steering plate 4055 swinging left and right controls the even spraying of the liquid medicine on the soil in an S-shape.
The soil sprayed with liquid medicine is conveyed to the concentration chamber 104 by the conveyor belt 3 and falls onto the inclined guide plate 1041, the soil slides to the conveying bin 105 along the inclined guide plate 1041 and is conveyed into the mixing chamber 601 by the screw conveyor 5 for stirring, and the motor 602 is started to control the rotation shaft c 603 to rotate, the stirrers 604 are driven to stir the soil falling into the mixing chamber 601, so that the soil and liquid medicine may be fully mixed to effectively remediate the contaminated soil.

The environment-friendly soil remediation device according to claim 1, wherein the spraying component (405) comprises a fixed piece (4051) fixedly installed on one side of the sprinkler (403), far away from the water pipe (404), a small motor (4052) is fixedly inserted into the fixed piece (4051), a rotating shaft d is fixedly installed at an output end of the small motor (4052), a long ornament (4053) is fixedly installed at an end of the rotating shaft d , and a control block (4054) is fixedly installed at one end of the long ornament (4053).

The environment-friendly soil remediation device according to claim 2, wherein a steering plate (4055) is slidably inserted into the fixed groove (4031), one side of the steering plate (4055) is fixedly connected to an annular block (4056), and the control block (4054) is slidably inserted into the annular block (4056).
