Abstract

The patent discloses a mould for producing a mechanical component, and relates to the technical field of mechanical processing. The mould includes a base and a worktable, a connecting column is fixedly connected between the base and the worktable, a circular opening and several circular holes are provided on the worktable, the several circular holes are circumferentially distributed outside the circular opening, a fixing frame is fixedly connected to a top of the worktable, and a hydraulic press is fixedly connected to the fixing frame. After the mechanical parts have been stamped by the hydraulic press, the hydraulic press resets. The mechanical parts that are stamped out are ejected back onto the worktable by the force of the spring. At this moment, the electric push rod is activated to push the limiting plate to move, and all the parts that have fallen on the worktable are collected, so as to facilitate the next processing cycle quickly, and improve the processing efficiency of the mechanical parts. Mechanical parts are the basic elements that form machinery, which are the indivisible individual components that make up machinery and machines. After the mechanical parts are stamped by the upper mould, the mechanical parts tend to remain in the holes of the lower mould, making them inconvenient to quickly take out and collect, reducing processing efficiency. At the same time, it is not easy to quickly locate the stamping mould, which leads to errors in the mechanical components that are formed by stamping, affecting the processing effect.

Preferably, the stamping mould includes a stamping plate, a stamping column and a stamping rod are fixedly connected to a bottom surface of the stamping plate, an outer wall of the stamping column is insertable into an inner wall of the circular opening, a quantity of the stamping rods is several, and outer walls of the several stamping rods are insertable into the inner wall of the circular opening.
Preferably, a fixing member is provided on the fixing frame.
The fixing member includes a sleeve, a top end of the sleeve is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the fixing frame, a sliding rod is slidably connected to an inner wall of the sleeve, and a bottom end of the sliding rod is fixedly connected to a top outer wall of a stamping plate.
Preferably, a limiting member is provided at a top of the worktable.
The limiting member includes a protecting tool, a bottom surface of the protecting tool is fixedly connected to a top surface of the worktable, a through hole is provided on the protecting tool, a limiting plate 1s provided on an inner side of the protecting tool, and a bottom surface of the limiting plate is slidably connected to the top surface of the worktable.
Preferably, an electric push rod is fixedly connected to a top of the worktable, and an output end of the electric push rod is fixedly connected to an outer wall of the limiting plate.
Compared with the related art, a mould for producing a mechanical component provided by the patent has the following beneficial effects: 1. Embodiment 1:
With reference to FIGs. 1-5, the patent provides a technical solution: a mould for producing a mechanical component including a base 1 and a worktable 3, a connecting column 2 being fixedly connected between the base 1 and the worktable 3, wherein a circular opening 31 and several circular holes 32 are provided on the worktable 3, the several circular holes 32 are circumferentially distributed outside the circular opening 31, a fixing frame 4 is fixedly connected to a top of the worktable 3, a hydraulic press 5 is fixedly connected to the fixing frame 4, an output end of the hydraulic press 5 is fixedly connected to a stamping mould, and an elastic assembly is provided between the base 1 and the worktable 3.
The elastic assembly includes a first telescopic rod 11 and a second telescopic rod 13, top ends of the first telescopic rod 11 and the second telescopic rod 13 are respectively fixedly connected to a clamping cap 15 and a top plate 16, the clamping cap 15 and the top plate 16 are respectively clamped with inner walls of the circular holes 32 and the circular opening 31, a first spring 12 is fixedly connected to a top of the base 1 and located outside the first telescopic rod 11, and a top end of the first spring 12 is fixedly connected to a bottom surface of the clamping cap 15; a second spring 14 is fixedly connected to the top of the base 1 3

Embodiment 2:
With reference to FIGs. 1-4, on the basis of Embodiment 1, the patent provides a technical solution: a fixing member 7 is provided on the fixing frame 4; the fixing member 7 includes a sleeve 71, a top end of the sleeve 71 is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the fixing frame 4, a sliding rod 72 is slidably connected to an inner wall of the sleeve 71, and a bottom end of the sliding rod 72 is fixedly connected to a top outer wall of a stamping plate 6.
In this embodiment, during stamping, the stamping plate 6 moves downwards under the push of the hydraulic press 5, and the sliding rod 72 is limited by the sleeve 71, which has the effect of dispersing the force of the stamping plate 6 and improving the stamping stability.

A mould for producing a mechanical component, comprising a base (1) and a worktable (3), a connecting column (2) being fixedly connected between the base (1) and the worktable (3), wherein a circular opening (31) and several circular holes (32) are provided on the worktable (3), the several circular holes (32) are circumferentially distributed outside the circular opening (31), a fixing frame (4) 1s fixedly connected to a top of the worktable (3), a hydraulic press (5) is fixedly connected to the fixing frame (4), an output end of the hydraulic press (5) is fixedly connected to a stamping mould, and an elastic assembly 1s provided between the base (1) and the worktable (3).

The mould for producing a mechanical component according to claim 1, wherein the clastic assembly comprises a first telescopic rod (11) and a second telescopic rod (13), top ends of the first telescopic rod (11) and the second telescopic rod (13) are respectively fixedly connected to a clamping cap (15) and a top plate (16), the clamping cap (15) and the top plate (16) are respectively clamped with inner walls of the circular holes (32) and the circular opening (31), a first spring (12) is fixedly connected to a top of the base (1) and located outside the first telescopic rod (11), and a top end of the first spring (12) is fixedly connected to a bottom surface of the clamping cap (15); a second spring (14) is fixedly connected to the top of the base (1) and located outside the second telescopic rod (13), and a top end of the second spring (14) 1s fixedly connected to a bottom surface of the top plate (16).

The mould for producing a mechanical component according to claim 1, wherein the stamping mould comprises a stamping plate (6), a stamping column (61) and a stamping rod (62) are fixedly connected to a bottom surface of the stamping plate (6), an outer wall of the stamping column (61) is insertable into an mner wall of the circular opening (31), a quantity of the stamping rods (62) is several, and outer walls of the several stamping rods (62) are insertable into the inner wall of the circular opening (31).

The mould for producing a mechanical component according to claim 1, wherein a fixing member (7) is provided on the fixing frame (4); the fixing member (7) comprises a sleeve (71), a top end of the sleeve (71) is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the fixing frame (4), a sliding rod (72) is slidably connected to an inner wall of the sleeve (71), and a bottom end of the sliding rod (72) is fixedly connected to a top outer wall of a stamping plate (6).

The mould for producing a mechanical component according to claim 1, wherein a limiting member (9) is provided at a top of the worktable (3); the limiting member (9) comprises a protecting tool (91), a bottom surface of the protecting tool (91) is fixedly connected to a top surface of the worktable (3), a through hole (92) is provided on the protecting tool (91), a limiting plate (93) is provided on an inner side of the protecting tool (91), and a bottom surface of the limiting plate (93) is slidably connected to the top surface of the worktable (3).
