Abstract

The invention provides an active rehabilitation device for coordinated movement of bilateral limbs and a use method thereof. Patients can use the upper limb movement assembly and the lower limb movement assembly to realize the cooperative movement of both limbs and complete the first rehabilitation training, and cooperate with the limb movement assemblies respectively arranged on the connecting rod and the cross bar to complete the second rehabilitation training. S400: After the height adjustment of the two limb movement assemblies 34 is completed, the patient sits on the seat 20 and uses the two limb movement assemblies 34 for the second rehabilitation training.
