Claims (9)
1. Ein maschinell hergestellter Sand-Geopolymer-Alkaliaktivator-Beton, umfassend die folgenden Rohmaterialien in Masseteilen: 1470-1500 Teile Flugasche, 290-310 Teile Mineralpulver, 134-187 Teile Metakaolin, 2200-2700 Teile Kies, 18-24 Teile Graphenoxid und 303-402 Teile Wasser; die Dosierung des Alkaliaktivators beträgt 18-24% und der Sandanteil 28-35%.
2. Der maschinell hergestellte Sand-Geopolymer-Alkaliaktivator-Beton nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Alkaliaktivator aus Natriumhydroxid, Natriumsilikat und Natriumcarbonat zusammengesetzt ist und ein Massenverhältnis von (54-67):(344-430):(28-37) aufweist.
3. Der maschinell hergestellte Sand-Geopolymer-Alkaliaktivator-Beton nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Rohmaterial zur Steuerung des Sandanteils maschinengefertigter Sand ist.
4. Der maschinell hergestellte Sand-Geopolymer-Alkaliaktivator-Beton nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flugasche Flugasche erster Klasse ist und das Mineralpulver Mineralpulver der Klasse S95 ist.
5. Der maschinell hergestellte Sand-Geopolymer-Alkaliaktivator-Beton nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Metakaolin ein Pulver mit mehr als 200 Maschen ist, erhalten durch Kalzinieren von natürlichem Kaolin bei 500-800°C.
6 Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des maschinell hergestellten HUS04510 Sand-Geopolymer-Alkaliaktivator-Betons nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, umfassend: Wiegen von Rohstoffen nach Masse, Dispergieren von Alkaliaktivator in Wasser, Hinzufügen von Flugasche, Mineralpulver und Metakaolin nacheinander, langsames Rühren für 2 Minuten, Hinzufügen von maschinell hergestelltem Sand und kontinuierliches Rühren für 1 Minute; dann Hinzufügen eines Teils von Graphenoxid, langsames Rühren für 2 Minuten, dann Hinzufügen des restlichen Graphenoxids, langsames Rühren für 2 Minuten, dann Umschalten auf schnelles Rühren für 3 Minuten und dann Aushärten, um den maschinell hergestellten Sand-Geopolymer-Alkaliaktivator-Beton zu erhalten.
7. Das Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehgeschwindigkeit des langsamen Ruhrens 200-300 rpm und die Drehgeschwindigkeit des schnellen Rührens 3000-4500 rpm beträgt.
8. Das Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aushärtung eine natürliche Aushärtung über 24 Stunden nach der Standardaushärtung über 24 Stunden ist.
9. Eine Anwendung des maschinell hergestellten Sand-Geopolymer-Alkaliaktivator-Betons nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 als Baumaterial.
