Abstract
A working platform for assembly of assembly-type asphalt storage tank and operation method thereof, the working platform comprises: a connection device; a sliding rail provided in the connection device; a workbench including a first workbench connected to the first end of the connection device and a second workbench connected to the second end of the connection device; the connection device drives the first workbench and the second workbench to move relative to each other; arc surface of a first storage tank wall faces to the workbench, and is placed on the first workbench and the second workbench, the second storage tank wall is aligned and assembled with the first storage tank wall. The working platform provided in the present application can improve the dismantling/assembling efficiency and safety of the storage tank wall of each group, reduce the cost of operators, and contribute significantly to the economic benefits about high-quality and high-efficiency and the social benefits about safety, environmental protection, energy saving and the like.

The present invention belongs to the technical field of the mechanical structures, and particularly relates to a working platform for assembly of a assembly-type asphalt storage tank.
Background Information
The asphalt storage tank is the most advanced fast-heating, energy-saving and environment-friendly asphalt equipment in China, and the demand for assembly-type asphalt storage tank is increasing for the current market.
As the asphalt storage tank is a large-scale equipment, it is very difficult for its mounting and assembly. At present, the prior art does not adopt the form of the working platform to splice and assemble the storage tank wall, thus it is difficult to solve the problems of inconvenient assembly, low efficiency and high loss of the storage tank.
In order to solve the above-mentioned deficiencies in the prior art, the present application provides a reliable and effective working platform for assembly of assembly-type asphalt storage tank that facilitates the dismantling/assembling of the tank. The improvement is that the working platform comprises: a connection device which is an annular body and includes a first connection piece and a second connection piece; the first connection piece has a larger cross section than the second connection piece; a sliding rail provided in the connection device, and connected the first connection piece and the second connection piece; the first connection piece and the second connection piece slide relative to each other via the sliding rail; a workbench including a first workbench connected to the first end of the connection device and a second workbench connected to the second end of the connection device; a holder which is a stripe-shaped object, and one end of the holder is connected to the workbench, the holder has a height difference from the workbench surface, and is 1

Preferably, the workbench further comprises a platform baffle 8 mounted perpendicular to the workbench surface, and is perpendicular to the movement direction of the connection device for limiting the movement of the first storage tank wall.

LU503569 first storage tank wall, the second storage tank wall and the third storage tank wall together constitute the arc surface; the programmable logic control system controlling all hydraulic jack; the mounting of tank wall is controlled by various hydraulic jack stroke sensors, and the programmable logic control system and hydraulic pump station is connected to realize real-time control and monitoring, so as to ensure the accurate alignment of storage tank wall and the overall safe and accurate operation of the workbench.
The working platform provided in present application 1s applicable to the assembly ofthe assembly-type storage tank and it comprises: a dismantled/assembled workbench where the mesa thereof uses the anti-skid steel plate; a platform outrigger reinforcement member ensuring the stability of the platform structure under the top stress state; a holder can support the storage tank wall, and support two pieces of the storage tank wall at the time of the dismantling/assembling operation; a hydraulic jack adjusting the distance of the workbench according to the height and width of the storage tank wall; a stiffener preventing the welding and deformation of the jack stressed structure; a telescopic sliding rail ensuring that the platform does not deflect during advancement; in the sliding rail, the gauge tie rod is added to prevent the change of rail gauge caused by the non-synchronization of jacks, thus affecting the smoothness of telescoping; the workbench mesa has baffles to fix the storage tank wall to prevent it from sliding off during assembly, and to improve safety during assembly operation. It can improve the dismantling/assembling efficiency and safety of the storage tank wall of each group, reduce the cost of operators, and contribute significantly to the economic benefits about high-quality and high-efficiency and the social benefits about safety, environmental protection, energy saving and the like.

As shown in Figs. 1-2, it generally divides the annular storage tank into 18 pieces of tank wall in the engineering, firstly, three pieces of tank wall are assembled on the workbench, and then the integral mounting of the storage tank is performed after grouping every three pieces of tank wall: hoisting three pieces of spliced tank wall to a circular bottom plate, wherein the bottom edge is correspondingly connected to the circumference of the circular bottom plate, and is placed perpendicularly to the circular bottom plate; and then hoisting the other three pieces of tank wall in a group to circular bottom plate, and successively connecting same to form a circle.
Therefore, as shown in Fig. 3, the present application provides a workbench for the assembly of storage tank wall, firstly, placing the first piece of the storage tank wall on the workbench, and then adding left and right two pieces of the storage tank wall.
The present application provides a working platform based on the dismantling/assembling of a at least 1000 tons load capacity asphalt storage tank comprising: two workbench, and a connection device for connecting the two workbench. The connection device can drive two workbench relative to each other on the ground.
The mesa 1 of the workbench uses an embossed anti-skid steel plate, including the following design types:
A preferred workbench may be a solid members of cuboid structure, cubic structure (not shown in the drawings).
A preferred workbench may be a mesa supported by four support rods, and reinforcement structures are provided between the support rods, such as: a cross- 5

LU503569 connect reinforcement member 2 between the support rods. The structural stability of the platform is guaranteed under stress on the top of the workbench. The strength requirements can be met by using common carbon steel for the support rod and the reinforcement member 2.
A preferred workbench may be a hydraulic lifting table being composed of the lifting mechanism.
The connection device includes the following design types:
A preferred connection device may be designed as the connection plate or connection rod 6, and includes the first connection piece and the second connection piece, which both are an annular body; a sliding rail is provided in the connection device for connecting the first connection piece and the second connection piece; the first connection piece has a larger cross section than the second connection piece, and the second connection piece slides relative in the first connection piece through sliding rail; a hydraulic jack is provided on the connection site between the first connection piece and the second connection piece; both end of hydraulic jack are fixedly connected with a stopper; a stiffener is further provided in the other surface of the stopper; the stiffener is vertically connected to among the stopper and the first connection piece, second connection piece.
If the connection mode of connection rod 6 is adopted, multiple pieces of connection rod 6 can be arranged in parallel, and 2-4 pieces are generally adopted. A retaining rod 7 being perpendicular to the connection rod 6 may also be provided between the connection rods 6 to ensure synchronous displacement of the connection device.
In order to facilitate the mounting of storage tank wall, the edge of the workbench is also provided with a support member 3 which is parallel to the ground and is placed perpendicular to the connection device, and the support member 3 has a height difference from the mesa 1; the support member 3 is used for supporting the tank wall, ensuring the stability of the structure, and facilitating the dismantling/assembling operations of the left and right two storage tank wall. Ordinary carbon steel may also be used for support member 3.

LU503569 or connection rod as used in the above-mentioned connection device. The height of the support rod and the length of the support member 3 is adjusted by the hydraulic jack.
À platform baffle 8 is also provided in the mesa 1 of the workbench; when the distance of the two workbench gets closer because of the retraction of the sliding rail, the two end of tank wall abut the platform baffle 8 to limit the movement of the storage tank wall in its length direction.
No matter how the various components of the various examples are replaced, it is within the scope of the present application that any combination of the above-described examples of the various components may constitute a working platform referred to in the present application, provided that no conflict or conflict arises.
The workbench is described below by way of example in any of the above preferred examples:
Example 1, as shown in Fig 4:
The workbench: a mesa 1 is supported by four support rods, and the cross-connect reinforcement member 2 are provided between the support rods.
The connection device: two connection rods 6 are provided in parallel, and includes the first connection rod and the second connection rod which are both hollow rods; a sliding rail is provided in the connection device for connecting the first connection rod and the second connection rod; the first connection rod has a larger cross section than the second connection rod, and the second connection rod slides relative in the first connection rod through sliding rail.
As shown in Fig. 7, a hydraulic jack is provided on the connection site between the first connection rod and the second connection rod; both end of hydraulic jack are fixedly connected with a stopper; a stiffener is further provided in the other surface of the stopper; the stiffener is vertically connected to among the stopper and the first connection rod, second connection rod.
A retaining rod 7 being perpendicular to the connection rod 6 is provided between the connection rods 6 to ensure synchronous displacement of the connection device.

The support member 3 provided on the edge of the workbench also uses the connection rod as used in the connection device described above. The telescopic length of the support member 3 is adjusted by a hydraulic jack provided in the support member 3.
A platform baffle 8 is also provided on the mesa 1 of the workbench; when the distance of the two workbench gets closer because of the retraction of the sliding rail in the connection rod 6, the two end of tank wall abut the platform baffle 8 to limit the movement of the storage tank wall in its length direction.
In operation, the first storage tank wall is hoisted onto the workbench with the arc surface of the first storage tank wall facing down towards the mesa 1. The connection rod 6 adjusts the distance between the two workbench via the hydraulic jack 4, so that the front end and the rear end of the first storage tank wall abut against the platform baffle 8, while the arc surface of the first storage tank wall contacts the two side edges of the mesa 1;
The retaining rod 7 is added between connection rods 6 to ensure synchronous displacement of connection rod 6 and smooth movement of the workbench. the second storage tank wall is hoisted, the support member 3 supports the edge of the second storage tank wall, the length of the support member is adjusted, and one side of the second storage tank wall is connected with one side of the first storage tank wall, and the second storage tank wall and the first storage tank wall form the arc surface; the connection plate is mounted on the side where the second storage tank wall contacting the first storage tank wall; the connection plate is provided with a mounting hole; the second storage tank wall and the first storage tank wall are provided with a bolt hole corresponding to the mounting hole; the second storage tank wall and the first storage tank wall is bolted via the connection plate; in the same connection manner between the second storage tank wall and the first storage tank wall, the third storage tank wall is further hoisted, one side of the third storage tank wall is connected to the other side of the first storage tank wall, and the first storage tank wall, the second storage tank wall and the third storage tank wall 8

This application uses programmable logic control system (PLC) to control all hydraulic jack. Through the hydraulic jack stroke sensors to master and control the mounting of storage tank wall, the PLC control system can be connected with the hydraulic pumping station to realize real-time control and monitoring, so as to ensure the accurate alignment of storage tank wall and the overall safe and accurate operation of the workbench.
The stroke sensors are mounted on each hydraulic jack. The stroke sensors are connected to the PLC control system and display screen for real-time monitoring of working platform status. The PLC control system controls the hydraulic oil pump station provided in the hydraulic jack and used for propelling the hydraulic jack, and the display screen can monitor the degree of propulsion of the hydraulic jack 4, 5 and the stroke distance moved by the connection rod through the distance signal fed back by the stroke sensor. The display screen can also monitor whether the stroke of the jacks are synchronized, and the stroke of two jacks mounted on the connection rod need to be synchronized so as to ensure that the platform baffle 8 better aligns the edge of the storage tank wall for bolt hole alignment.
By the same reasoning, the hydraulic jack mounted on the support member 3 is monitored and controlled by the PLC control system, so as to ensure that the left and right two pieces of the three pieces of storage tank wall in each group are moderate in height, the bolt hole is aligned, and the three pieces of storage tank wall can be assembled into an arc-shape.
Example 2, as shown in Fig.5:

The hydraulic jack is provided on the connection site between the first connection plate and the second connection plate; in order to stabilize the structure of the connection plate, the hydraulic jack can be placed at the center of the connection plate.
Both end of hydraulic jack are fixedly connected with a stopper, the length of the stopper matches the width of the connection plate; a stiffener is further provided in the other surface of the stopper; the stiffener is vertically connected to among the stopper and the first connection plate, second connection plate.
The connection rod 6 is fixedly connected to the support rod of the workbench and may be welded together.
The support member 3 provided on the edge of the workbench also uses the connection rod as used in Example 1. The telescopic length of the support member 3 1s adjusted by means of a hydraulic jack provided in the support member 3.

This application uses programmable logic control system (PLC) to control all hydraulic jack. Through the hydraulic jack stroke sensors to master and control the mounting of tank wall, the PLC control system can be connected with the hydraulic pumping station to realize real-time control and monitoring, so as to ensure the accurate alignment of storage tank wall and the overall safe and accurate operation of the workbench.
Example 3, as shown in Fig.6:
The workbench: includes a mesa 1 supported by the hydraulic lifting table, the lifting frame comprises a rod piece connected end to end and arranged in an X shape via a cross hinge. An hydraulic device is mounted on both sides of the inside of the lifting frame, the hydraulic device adjusts the lifting frame up or down, and a fixing base is mounted below the lifting frame to increase the stability of the lifting frame body.
The connection device: two connection rods 6 are provided in parallel, and a retaining rod 7 being perpendicular to the connection rod is provided between the connection rod 6 to ensure the synchronous displacement of the connection rod 6.
The connection rod 6 is connected to the fixing base of the workbench and may be welded or bolted together.
The support member 3 provided on the edge of the workbench also uses the connection rod 6 as used in the connection device described above. The telescopic length of the support member 3 is adjusted by a hydraulic jack provided in the support member 3. 11

À platform baffle 8 is also provided on the mesa 1 of the workbench; when the distance of the two workbench gets closer because of the retraction of the sliding rail in the connection rod 6, the two end of tank wall abut the platform baffle 8 to limit the movement of the storage tank wall in its length direction.
In operation, the up or down of the workbench is more convenient for the adjustment of the butt joint of the two storage tank walls to reduce the difficulty in assemble of the storage tank wall.
The workbench operation is similar to that of examples 1 and 2 and will not be described in detail herein. 12
Claims (10)
1. A working platform for assembly of assembly-type asphalt storage tank, characterized in that, the working platform comprises: a connection device which is an annular body and includes a first connection piece and a second connection piece; the first connection piece has a larger cross section than the second connection piece; a sliding rail provided in the connection device, and connected the first connection piece and the second connection piece; the first connection piece and the second connection piece slide relative to each other via the sliding rail; a workbench including a first workbench connected to the first end of the connection device and a second workbench connected to the second end of the connection device: a holder which is a stripe-shaped object, and one end of the holder is connected to the workbench, the holder has a height difference from workbench surface, and is parallel to ground and is perpendicular to the sliding rail; the free end of the holder is provided with a bulge; the connection device drives the first workbench and the second workbench to move relative to each other; arc surface of a first storage tank wall faces to workbench, and is placed on the first workbench and the second workbench, the second storage tank wall is placed on the holder; the holder is fixed the first edge of the second storage tank wall to facilitate alignment and assembly of the second edge of the second storage tank wall with the first edge of the first storage tank wall.
2. The working platform according to claim 1, characterized in that, the connection device is a rectangular annular object, or the connection device is rod-shaped.
3. The working platform according to claim 1, characterized in that, the holder comprises the connection device.

The working platform according to claim 1, characterized in that, the workbench is a hydraulic lifting table comprising: a mesa; a lifting frame provided below the mesa for supporting the mesa; the lifting frame comprises a rod piece connected end to end and arranged in an X shape via a cross hinge; and a hydraulic device connected to the rod piece, the hydraulic 14

9. The working platform according to claim 1, characterized in that, the workbench further comprises a platform baffle mounted perpendicular to workbench surface, and is perpendicular to the movement direction of the connection device for limiting the movement of the first storage tank wall.

A operation method for the working platform according to any one of claims 1- 9, the working platform being used for the mounting of the storage tank wall, characterized in that, the operation method comprises: hoisting the first storage tank wall onto the workbench, the arc surface of the first storage tank wall facing the workbench surface and the arc surface in contact with the two side edges of the mesa; a connection rod adjusts the distance between the two workbenches through a hydraulic jack controlled by a programmable logic control system, so that the front end and the rear end of the first storage tank wall abut against the platform baffle; hoisting the second storage tank wall, the support member supporting the edge of the second storage tank wall, PLC system adjusting the length of the support member, and connecting one side of the second storage tank wall with one side of the first storage tank wall, and the second storage tank wall and the first storage tank wall forming the arc surface; mounting the connection plate on the side where the second storage tank wall contacting the first storage tank wall; the connection plate is provided with a mounting hole; the second storage tank wall and the first storage tank wall are provided with a bolt hole corresponding to the mounting hole; the second storage tank wall and the first storage tank wall is bolted via the connection plate; in the same connection manner between the second storage tank wall and the first 15
