Abstract

The invention relates to an environment-friendly plant softener cottonseed residual oil regenerated from waste rubber, which is a brown viscous liquid. The main components are 51.3% of linoleic acid, 23.2% of palmitic acid, 19.1% of oleic acid, 2.8% of stearic acid and 1.2% of gossypol detected by IR, NMR and GC-MS. The thermal weight loss analysis shows that these components are mainly unsaturated acids with high molecular weight, and their boiling points are all above 240oC.

The invention relates to an environment-friendly plant softener cottonseed residual oil for reclaiming waste rubber, belonging to the technical field of reclaimed rubber.
BACKGROUND
In 2017, China's tire production was the first in the world, and its automobile possession was the first in the world (about 194 million vehicles). The annual scrap quantity of automobile tires in China is more than 350 million, and the mass is about 12.7 million tons. China rubber's consumption is the highest in the world, about 9 million tons, of which 56% of rubber consumption needs to be imported. Therefore, China has listed reclaimed rubber as the third largest rubber resource after natural rubber and synthetic rubber, and developed it to realize the reuse of waste resources, which is conducive to the sustainable development of social economy.
Waste tires and other rubber products are used to produce reclaimed rubber. At present, most reclaimed rubber enterprises use dynamic desulfurization tanks to desulfurize at high temperature (200-300°C). In the desulfurization process, a large amount of toxic waste gas and wastewater are produced. These waste gases mainly come from coal tar and other softeners with serious pollution, which affect the health, especially the health of operating workers in enterprises, and may even cause cancer in severe cases. At present, the government attaches great importance to the environmental pollution, so the Environmental Protection Bureau has closed down many small reclaimed rubber enterprises that fail to meet the environmental standards. Some large reclaimed rubber enterprises have invested a lot of money to treat waste gas and wastewater. Although the environmental standards are up to standard, there is still a small amount of odor.
In the existing regeneration additives system, the amount of softener occupies l&/508527 heavy proportion. Commonly used softeners in the market include coal tar and petroleum extract, etc. Although their softening effect is good, the produced reclaimed rubber has moderate Mooney viscosity, high tensile strength and elongation at break.
However, due to its high viscosity (require heat treatment), it is difficult to weigh and transport. And their compositions are complex and the smell is big, which is the main source of pollution. At present, most reclaimed rubber enterprises no longer use them. In addition, soybean oil, naphthenic oil, gutter oil, etc. have low viscosity, can be weighed and transported without heating, and have a good softening effect. However, as the softener, the reclaimed rubber of them has a low tensile strength and a large loss of elongation at break. Pine tar and tall oil are both derived from plant residues, and they are pollution-free. As softeners, the reclaimed rubber of them has a high tensile strength and high elongation at break, but at present, the output is low and the cost is high, which can't meet the needs of reclaimed rubber enterprises. Therefore, it is of great significance to find a new type of environmental softener with low price and excellent property.
SUMMARY
In order to solve the problem of environmental pollution in the production process of reclaimed rubber, the invention provides a plant softener cottonseed residual oil which comes from plants, has no pollution, excellent softening effect and mechanical properties, and excellent thermal stability and aging resistance. The invention comprehensively analyzes, detects and characterizes the components, thermal weight loss property of cottonseed residual oil, Mooney viscosity, mechanical properties and thermal aging property of reclaimed rubber as softener. A large number of experimental results show that cottonseed residual oil contains no pollution and harmful substances, and has excellent softening effect, mechanical properties, thermal stability and aging resistance.
The technical schemes of the invention are as follows: 1. The environment-friendly plant softener cottonseed residual oil for reclaiming waste rubber is a brown viscous liquid tackifying softener; and the cotton residual 65093327 comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: 44.0-55.0% of linoleic acid, 21.6-24.8% of palmitic acid, 18-30.7% of oleic acid, 1.9-2.8% of stearic acid, 0.8-1.2% of gossypol, 0.05-0.1% of arachidic acid, 0.5-0.7% of myristic acid, 0.08-0.1% of vitamin E, 0.5-0.8% of phospholipid and 0.3-0.5% of pigment.
2. The method for preparing reclaimed rubber by using the environment-friendly plant softener cottonseed residual oil for reclaiming waste rubber as softener comprises the following steps: add reclaimed activator 510 and rosin into rubber powder on an open mill for mixing; then, put the mixed rubber into a desulfurization reaction kettle, add a certain mass part of plant environment-friendly softener and a corresponding mass part of water, under a certain desulfurization pressure and temperature, pressurize and stir, heat up for desulfurization for 30min, then cool down to 70°C, and place the reclaimed rubber for 24h; and at 40°C, refine the reclaimed rubber material by circulating thin pass on an open mill for 25min and then automatically cut and weigh it; then test the Mooney viscosity and mechanical properties of reclaimed rubber after refining, placing and vulcanization.
3. The excellent properties of reclaimed rubber obtained by using the environment-friendly plant softener cottonseed residual oil for reclaiming waste rubber as softener are as follows:
(1) cottonseed residual oil does not contain carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and it is in line with the REACH regulations of European Union;
(2) as a softener, the reclaimed rubber of cottonseed residual oil can retain the mechanical properties of waste rubber to a great extent; and it overcomes the disadvantage of poor physical and mechanical properties of general environment-friendly reclaimed rubber;
(3) the cottonseed residual oil can quickly soften the waste rubber powder to obtain the reclaimed rubber with appropriate Mooney viscosity, and the rebound of Mooney viscosity of reclaimed rubber is small;
(4) the reclaimed rubber with cottonseed residual oil as softener has excellent aging resistance; and the main reason is that the boiling point of the main components of cottonseed residual oil is above 240°C, and it contains 1.2% of gossypol: in addition, tHé/®03327 results of thermal oxygen aging test show that the aging resistance of reclaimed rubber with cottonseed residual oil is better than that with pine tar and rosin; (5) the 2.8% of stearic acid can form a synergistic effect with the reclaimed activator 510, etc.; and compared with other softeners, the process of adding stearic acid is eliminated, which reduces the cost. In order to test the property of the cotton residual oil used in the invention, the test is finished by the following standard formula and experimental steps:

The rubber powder in the standard formula can be tire top rubber powder, tread rubber powder and whole tire rubber powder, and the plant environment-friendly softené#508827 can be cottonseed residual oil, compound softener (cottonseed residual/other plant environment-friendly softeners), pine tar, rosin and tall oil.

Add 10g of reclaimed activator 510 into 500g of 26-mesh tread rubber powder on an open mill, mix for 20min, then put it into an environment-friendly desulfurization reactor, add 120g of cottonseed residual oil and 20mI of water, forming a desulfurization pressure of 0.15MPa. At the desulfurization temperature of 200°C, the stirring speed is 100rpm, and then pressurize and stir, heat up for desulfurization for 30min, then cool down to 70°C. Add 10g of reclaimed activator 510 into 500g of 60-mesh whole tire rubber powder on an open mill, mix for 20min, then put it into the environment-friendly desulfurization reactor, add 180g of cottonseed residual oil and 20ml of water, forming a desulfurization pressure of 0.18MPa. At the desulfurization temperature of 200°C, the stirring speed is 100rpm, and then pressurize and stir, heat up for desulfurization for 30min, then cool down to 70°C. Embodiment 3
Add 10g of reclaimed activator 510 into 500g of 26-mesh tire top rubber powder on an open mill, mix for 20min, then put it into an environment-friendly desulfurization reactor, add 100g of compound softener (cottonseed residual oil/glycerin, mixed by mass of 1:1) and 20m! of water, forming a desulfurization pressure of 0.13MPa. At the desulfurization temperature of 220°C, the stirring speed is 100rpm, and then pressurize and stir, heat up for desulfurization for 30min, then cool down to 70°C. Then placing the reclaimed rubber for 24h, and adjust the roll spacing to 0~0.5mm on the open mill at 40°C, refine the reclaimed rubber material by circulating thin pass on an open mill for 25min, then automatically cut and weigh it, and test the Mooney viscosity after placing for 24h. A environment-friendly plant softener cottonseed residual oil for reclaiming waste rubber is characterized in that it is a brown viscous liquid tackifying softener; and the cotton residual oil comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: 44.0-55.0% of linoleic acid, 21.6-24.8% of palmitic acid, 18-30.7% of oleic acid, 1.9-2.8% of stearic acid, 0.8-1.2% of gossypol, 0.05-0.1% of arachidic acid, 0.5-0.7% of myristic acid,
0.08-0.1% of vitamin E, 0.5-0.8% of phospholipid and 0.3-0.5% of pigment.
