Description

DESCRIPTION LU502591
ANNULAR NEGATIVE PRESSURE SUCTION DEVICE AT
ANASTAMOSIS
TECHNICAL FIELD
The application relates to the technical field of medical equipment, and in particular to an annular negative pressure suction device at the anastamosis.
BACKGROUND
Enterostomy 15 to move the opening of the smail intestine or colon to the abdominal wall to form a anastamosis, which is often used as a permanent artificial anus or temporary artificial defecation. In clinical work, if patients have acute intestinal obstruction, intestmal perforation with severe infection, they often need ostomy in emergency surgery. In the above cases, the ostomy performed by surgery is often accompanied by inevitable complications such as infection of tissues around the anastamosis, exudation or effusion, and separation of the anastamosis, at present, the existing ostomy bag with a base can only drain liquid dung by intestinal peristalsis and posture change, and can't solve the problems of continuous inflammatory exudation around the enterostomy, soft tissue inflammation around the ostomy, and anastamous separation. The local inflammatory exudation and hydrops further lead to poor adhesion between the bottom plate of the ostomy bag and the skin, which makes the liquid dung and digestive juice retained in the ostomy bag soak and corrode the surrounding skin and soft tissues, and even the nearby surgical incision, causing a vicious circle, which makes the incision and anastamosis heal slowly,
When the infection is serious, it takes several months to heal, and nursing te difficult, which seriousiy hinders the recovery of patients and affects the quality of life,
SUMMARY
Aiming at the shortcomings of the prior art, the application aims to provide an annular negative pressure suction device at the anastamosis, which can continuously suck and remove inflammatory exudation and hydrops around the anastamosis, prevent the skin around the anastamosis from being soaked and corroded by dung and effusion, keep the skin and soft tissue around the anastamosis clean and promote healing.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the application is realized by the following technical scheme: an annular negative pressure suction device at the anastamosis comprises a body fixed at the anastamosis, where the body is annular, the anastamosis is arranged in the middle of the 50259 1 body, and a plurality of suction holes are evenly distributed on the inner and outer sides of the body; the outside of the body 1s also wrapped with a porous adsorption body, one side of the body is provided with a joint communicated with the inside of the body, and the joint is connected with a negative pressure pipe which provides negative pressure for the inside of the body through a central negative pressure suction machine or an electric negative pressure suction machine in the hospital, so that the suction holes adsorb the liquid exuded from the anastamosis into the porous adsorption body which is outside the body and flows into the negative pressure pipe through the suction holes on the inner side of the body; the upper part of the body is also covered with an annular semitransparent sealing membrane matched with the shape of the body, the middle part of the sealing membrane 1s provided with a hole for leaking anastamosis fistula, and the diameter of the hole is smaller than the inner diameter of the body; the periphery of the sealing membrane is bonded with the skin on the surface of the human body, so that the body and the adsorption body are in a sealed state, negative pressure is conveniently maintained, and meanwhile, excrement and water discharged by the intestinal tube are prevented from directly contacting separated or infected skin soft tissues around the anastamosis.
