Description
Lifting hook with self-locking function 19508811 Technical Field The disclosure relates to the technical field of mechanical devices, and in particular to a lifting hook with a self-locking function.
Background A crane refers to a multi-action lifting appliance capable of vertically lifting and horizontally transporting heavy objects within a certain range, also known as an overhead crane, an aerial crane, or a hoist. The most important part of the crane is a lifting sling. The lifting sling often uses a hook. The existing lifting sling lacks anti-dropping protection, and the amplitude of swing may not be too large during operation, otherwise the lifted items may slide out of the hook and injure people.
Summary The disclosure aims at providing a lifting hook with a self-locking function.
In order to achieve the purpose, the disclosure adopts the following contents.
A lifting hook with the self-locking function includes a hook body. One end of the hook body is connected to a rope, and the other end of the hook body is provided with a U-shaped mounting end. A self-locking hook body is arranged on the mounting end through a ratchet wheel assembly, and the self-locking hook body rotates on the mounting end. An electric locking assembly is arranged on the self-locking hook body, and when the hook body is in a heavy object bearing state, the electric locking assembly keeps the self-locking hook body in a fixed state.
Preferably, the ratchet wheel assembly includes a ratchet wheel, a mounting shaft and a locking block assembly. The mounting shaft is arranged on the mounting end. The ratchet wheel sleeves the mounting shaft and is matched with the locking block assembly. The locking block assembly is embedded into the mounting end.
Preferably, the locking block assembly includes a locking block and a spring. The longitudinal section of the locking block is triangular, one corner is coupled to the mounting end, and the adjacent corner is connected with the spring. When the ratchet wheel rotates, the locking block is extruded, and the spring enables the locking block to reset.
Preferably, the self-locking hook body includes an abutting part arranged in the LUS02311 direction in the hook body and a bending part located outside the hook body. The abutting part and the bending part are hinged to the mounting shaft. The bending part is provided with the electric locking assembly. The electric locking assembly enables the bending part and the abutting part to be connected into a whole.
Preferably, the electric locking assembly includes a motor, a pin rod and a battery. The pin rod is arranged in the bending part, and the tail end of the pin rod is provided with a rack. The motor is arranged in the bending part, and the output end of the motor is matched with the rack. The battery is located at one side of the motor and connected to the motor.
Preferably, the inner side surface of the hook body is provided with a threaded anti-slip strip.
Preferably, the cross section of the hook body is T-shaped.
The disclosure has the following advantages.
1. Through the design of the self-locking hook body, heavy objects are prevented from falling off to cause damage.
2. Through the design of the locking block assembly and the self-locking hook body, the characteristics of the ratchet wheel are utilized, so that the closing of the hook body is one-way motion, thereby ensuring the locking effect of the hook body.
3. Through the design of the electric locking assembly, the convenience for subsequent opening of the hook body by workers is ensured, and the automation degree is improved.

In the description of the disclosure, it should be noted that the terms "install", "connect", "set" should be broadly understood, unless otherwise specified and defined, for example, may be fixedly connected, set, or detachably connected, set, or integrally connected.
The specific meaning of the above-mentioned terminology in the disclosure may be understood by those skilled in the art in specific circumstances.
As shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, a lifting hook with a self-locking function includes a hook body 1. One end of the hook body 1 is connected to a rope, and the other end of the hook body is provided with a U-shaped mounting end 2. A self-locking hook body 4 is arranged on the mounting end through a ratchet wheel assembly 3, and the self-locking hook body 4 rotates on the mounting end.
An electric locking assembly 5 is arranged on the self-locking hook body 4, and when the hook body 1 is in a heavy object bearing state, the electric locking LUS02311 assembly 5 keeps the self-locking hook body 4 in a fixed state.
Further, the ratchet wheel assembly 3 includes a ratchet wheel 301, a mounting shaft 302 and a locking block assembly 303. The mounting shaft is arranged on the mounting end. The ratchet wheel sleeves the mounting shaft and is matched with the locking block assembly. The locking block assembly is embedded into the mounting end.
It is apparent that the ratchet wheel is fixedly connected with the mounting shaft.
Further, the locking block assembly 303 includes a locking block 3031 and a spring 3032. The longitudinal section of the locking block 3031 is triangular, one corner is coupled to the mounting end, and the adjacent corner is connected with the spring 3032. When the ratchet wheel rotates, the locking block is squeezed, and the spring enables the locking block to reset.
Further, the self-locking hook body 4 includes an abutting part 401 arranged in the direction of the hook body and a bending part 402 located outside the hook body. The abutting part 401 and the bending part 402 are hinged to the mounting shaft 302. The bending part 402 is provided with the electric locking assembly 5. The electric locking assembly 5 enables the bending part 402 and the abutting part 401 to be connected into a whole.
The bending part 402 may freely rotate around the mounting shaft, the abutting part is fixedly connected to the mounting shaft, and the bending part and the abutting part have a certain space.
Further, the electric locking assembly 5 includes a motor 501, a pin rod 502 and a battery 503. The pin rod 502 is arranged in the bending part, and the tail end of the pin rod is provided with a rack. The motor is arranged in the bending part, and the output end of the motor is matched with the rack. The battery is located at one side of the motor and connected to the motor.
When the pin rod shrinks, the abutting part is separated from the bending part. The pin rod stretches and is inserted into the abutting part, so that the bending part and the abutting part are integrated.
Further, the inner side surface of the hook body is provided with a threaded anti-slip strip.
The cross section of the hook body is T-shaped.
The working principle of the device is as follows.
In an unhooking state, the electric locking assembly controls the pin rod, so that LUS02311 the abutting part and the bending part are in a straight line. The weight of the bending part is greater than that of the abutting part, so that the bending part is located below, when the hook body bears the heavy object, the heavy object touches the abutting 5 part, and the bending part and the abutting part rotate by 180 degrees around the mounting end. Due to the action of the ratchet wheel, the rotation is irreversible, and self-locking is realized. When the heavy object needs to be disassembled, the pin rod of the electric locking assembly is controlled to shrink, and the bending part and the abutting part become two parts capable of freely rotating around the mounting shaft, that is, the bending part rotates by 180 degrees in the opposite direction, and the hook body is opened.
The ratchet wheel assembly is opened to restore the bending part and the abutting part to the original state.
It is apparent that the above-described embodiments of the disclosure are only examples of the disclosure and are not intended to limit the implementation modes of the disclosure. Other variations or modifications in various forms may be made by those of ordinary skill in the art based on the above description. There is no need and no way to exhaust all of the implementation modes. Any apparent variations or modifications derived from the technical solutions of the disclosure are still within the scope of protection of the disclosure.
