Disclosed is an instrument panel convenient to install, which relates to the technical field of instrument panels and includes a lower shell, an upper shell, a fastening part and a driving part. The upper shell is arranged on the lower shell. The fastening part is arranged in the interior of the lower shell. The driving part is arranged above the fastening part. The driving part controls the fastening part to act. The fastening part includes a fastening base. Two slide ways are formed in the fastening base. The slide ways are symmetrical about the fastening base. A fixing rod is slidably connected into each slide way. The end of each fixing rod penetrates through a through hole formed in the side wall of the lower shell and then is arranged outside the lower shell. By designing the fastening part and the driving part, the driving part is utilized to drive the fastening part to move, and therefore the instrument panel is fixed.

Further, a limiting clamping piece is arranged on the upper shell, and the limiting clamping piece abuts against the gear.
The disclosure has the following beneficial effects.
1. According to the instrument panel, the shell of the instrument panel is fixed to an external butt joint mechanism through a locking part, a gear and rack combined driving mode is adopted, and even if no special tool exists around a user, a locking mechanism may be pushed by rotating the gear, so that the lower shell is fixed.
2. The locking mechanism is arranged in the instrument panel, the position of the fixing rod in the slide way is changed through movement of a locking seat, so that the fixing rod extends out of the lower shell to fix the lower shell, and it is worth mentioning that the elastic part is arranged at the head of the fixing rod and may generate elastic deformation, so that the rack and the gear are prevented from being damaged by excessive extrusion between the fixing rod and the outside.

The elastic part is rhombic, and a spring 333 is fixedly installed between two opposite inner corners of the elastic part. When the top end of the elastic part abuts against the outside, the elastic part deforms, the two opposite inner corners of the elastic part are close to each other, the spring is extruded to generate counter-acting force, and the fixing rod is protected while it is guaranteed that the lower shell may be fixed by the fixing rod.
The driving part includes a rack and a gear. The rack is slidably connected into a limiting groove 12 in the lower shell. The gear is meshed with the rack and rotationally connected to a mounting hole 13 formed in the upper shell. One end of the rack is fixedly installed on the fastening base. Through the rotation of the gear, the rack is driven to move up and down, so as to change the position of a fixed seat and make the fixed seat rise or fall.
A limiting clamping piece 5 is arranged on the upper shell, and the limiting clamping piece abuts against the gear. When the lower shell is fixed by the fixing rod, the limit 02504 clamping piece is clamped into a gap of the gear, so that the gear is fixed.

The limiting clamping piece is clamped into the gap of the gear, the gear is fixed, and installation of the instrument panel is completed.
When the instrument panel needs to be disassembled, the limiting clamping piece is swung, so that the gear may rotate freely. Through the rotation of the gear, the fixing rod is separated from the fixed part, the instrument panel may be separated from the fixed part, and disassembly of the instrument panel is completed.

An instrument panel convenient to install, comprising a lower shell, an upper shell, a fastening part and a driving part, the upper shell being arranged on the lower shell, the fastening part being arranged in the lower shell, the driving part being arranged above the fastening part, and the driving part controlling the fastening part to act; and the fastening part comprises a fastening base, two slide ways being formed in the fastening base, the slide ways being symmetrical about the fastening base, a fixing rod being slidably connected into each slide way, and the end of each fixing rod penetrating through a through hole formed in the side wall of the lower shell and then being arranged outside the lower shell.
2. The instrument panel convenient to install according to claim 1, wherein the driving part comprises a rack and a gear, the rack being slidably connected into a limiting groove in the lower shell, the gear being meshed with the rack and rotationally connected to a mounting hole formed in the upper shell, and one end of the rack being fixedly installed on the fastening base.
3. The instrument panel convenient to install according to claim 1, wherein one end of the fixing rod is provided with a sliding block matched with the slide way, the sliding block slides in the slide way, and the other end of the fixing rod is provided with an elastic part.
4. The instrument panel convenient to install according to claim 3, wherein the elastic part is rhombic, and a spring is fixedly installed between two opposite inner corners of the elastic part.
5. The instrument panel convenient to install according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of instrument displays are embedded into the surface of the upper shell, and comprise a speed display, a rotating speed display, an oil quantity display and a tire pressure monitor.
