DESCRIPTION Grinding device for processing inner wall of stainless steel tubes Technical Field The present invention relates to the field of stainless steel tube processing, more specifically to a grinding device for processing inner wall of stainless steel tubes.
Background Steel tubes are steel with hollow sections whose length is much larger than the diameter or perimeter thereof, and are divided into circular, square, rectangular and special-shaped steel tubes according to section shapes; and the steel tubes are divided into carbon structural steel tubes, low alloy structural steel tubes, alloy steel tubes and composite steel tubes according to their materials; and according to intended use the steel tubes are divided into steel tubes for transmission, engineering structure, thermal equipment, petrochemical industry, machinery manufacturing, geological drilling, high-pressure equipment, etc.; and the steel tubes are divided into seamless steel tubes and welded steel tubes according to production processes.
The seamless steel tubes are divided into hot rolling and cold rolling (drawing), and welded steel tubes are divided into straight seam welded steel tubes and spiral seam welded steel tubes.
When processing stainless steel tubes, it is necessary to polish their inner walls.

The grinding device for processing inner wall of stainless steel tube of claim 1 or 2, wherein the drive mechanism includes a grinding motor (26), a driving pulley (6), a V belt (7) and a driven pulley (8); the driving pulley (6) is installed and fixed on an output shaft of the grinding motor (26), the driving pulley (6) is connected with the driven pulley (8) through the V belt (7), and the driven pulley (8) is installed and fixed on the transverse rotating tube (20).

The grinding device for processing inner wall of stainless steel tube of claim 1, wherein the curved grinding components (9) includes hinged supports (28), curved elastic plates (30) and grinding layers (31); the curved elastic plates (30) are uniformly distributed in a circumferential direction, and both ends of the curved elastic plates (30) are hinged with the mounting head (11) through the hinged supports (28) and a right end of the transverse rotating tube (20) respectively; outer sides of middle parts of the curved elastic plates (30) are also matched with the grinding layers (31).

The grinding device for processing inner wall of stainless steel tube of claim 4, wherein the section shape of the telescopic rod (10) is oval or a regular multilateral in shape; a plurality of air transmission channels (27) are arranged circumferentially on an outer side of the transverse rotating tube (20), one end of one of the air transmission channels (27) is connected with the inner cavity of the ventilation cover (23), and the other ends of the air transmission channels (27) are connected with the blowing heads (29), and the blowing heads (29) are arranged to be ends of the blowing heads (29) away from the transverse rotating tube (20) tilt outward.

The grinding device for processing inner wall of stainless steel tube of claim 4 or 5, wherein a right side of the base plate seat (19) is also symmetrically installed with two clamping plates (14) for fixing the two stainless steel tubes (18), and an inner sides of the clamping plates (14) are provided with a protective layer (33), outsides of the both clamping plates (14) are respectively installed and fixed with clamping telescopic cylinders (13), and a lower one of the clamping telescopic cylinders (13) is fixed on the base plate seat (19), an upper one of the clamping telescopic cylinders (13) is fixed on the support plate (12), and the support plate (12) is al$s/502286 fixed and connected with the right frame (2) .

The grinding device for processing inner wall of stainless steel tube of claim 6, wherein a right side of the clamping plates (14) is also slidably provided with a slide seat (17) on the base plate seat (19), the slide seat (17) is provided with a dust suction device (16), and a side of the dust suction device (16) facing the clamping plates (14) is provided with a dust suction cover (15).
