To achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides following technical solutions: A water-spraying device for flowers and plants on both sides of garden roads, wherein a transverse plate and two vertical plates are comprised; a top plate is provided on tops of the vertical plates; brackets are provided on the top plate; a crankshaft is provided on the brackets; one end of the crankshaft is connected with a driving motor provided on one of the brackets; a vertical double-sided rack is provided between the two vertical plates; a top portion of thé/502248 double-sided rack is connected with a middle portion of the crankshaft through a connecting mechanism; horizontal rotating rods are provided on both of the vertical plates; the two rotating rods are symmetrically arranged; sector gears are provided on the rotating rods near bottom portions of the double-sided rack; the two sector gears are respectively engaged with two sides of the double-sided rack; the rotating rods are hinged with the vertical plates through pin shafts; adjusting rods are provided on ends of the rotating rods far away from the double-sided rack; the rotating rods are hollow, and the adjusting rods extend into the rotating rods; water-spraying shells are provided on outer ends of the adjusting rods; a plurality of uniformly distributed nozzles are provided on outer sides of the water-spraying shells; two cylinder bodies are arranged on the transverse plate, and piston plates are arranged in the cylinder bodies; piston rods are provided on upper faces of the piston plates with tops extending out of the cylinder bodies; a movable plate is provided on a bottom portion of the double-sided rack; the two piston rods are fixedly connected with a lower face of the movable plate; upper and lower portions of the two cylinder bodies are communicated with a water storage tank arranged on the transverse plate through water inlet pipes; the upper and lower portions of the two cylinder bodies are connected with the water-spraying shells on the same side through water outlet pipes; and one-way valves are arranged on the water outlet pipes and the water inlet pipes.
As a further solution of the present invention: the connecting mechanism comprises a rotating sleeve arranged on the middle portion of the crankshaft and a rotating frame arranged on an outer side wall of the rotating sleeve; and the rotating frame is hinged with a top portion of the double-sided rack.
As a further solution of the present invention: universal rollers are arranged at four corners of a lower end face of the transverse plate.
As a further solution of the present invention: a plurality of reinforcing rods are also provided on the adjusting rods, and ends of the reinforcing rods are fixedly connected with inner sides of the water-spraying shells.
As a further solution of the present invention: matched adjusting holes are provided on both of the rotating rods and the adjusting rods.
As a further solution of the present invention: limiting frames are also provided on an outer side of the top portion of the double-sided rack; and the limiting frames are fixedly connected with the two vertical plates.

The present invention has a simple structure and can spray on both sides of the roads simultaneously, thus the irrigation efficiency is high; the present invention also has advantages of saving water resources and continuous spraying which improving spraying uniformity when watering flower beds; and additionally, the present invention is simple to operate and convenient to use.

Working principles of the present invention are as follows: the device is manually controlled to move on the garden roads, and at the same time, the driving motor 8 is started, and the crankshaft 7 is driven to rotate. The crankshaft 7 makes the double-sided rack 4 reciprocate up and down through the connecting mechanism, up-and-down movements of the double-sided rack 4 makes the rotating rods 12 swing around the pin shaft 14 through meshing with the sector gears 11, and the swings of the rotating rods 12 make the water-spraying shells 16 swing up and down; at the same time, the up-and-down movements of the double-sided rack 4 drives the movable plate 18 to reciprocate up and down, and the movable plate 18 drives the two piston plates 21 move up and down in the cylinder bodies 19 through the piston rods 21; when the piston plates 20 move downward, the piston plates 20 extrudes water at bottom portions of the cylinder bodies 19 into the water-spraying shells 16 and then the water sprays it out through the nozzles 17; space at upper portions of the cylinder bodies 19 increases, so that internal pressures decrease, and the water in the water storage tank 22 is diverted to upper portions of the cylinder bodies 19; when the piston plates 20 move upward, the piston plates 20 extrudes water at the upper portions of the cylinder bodies 19 into the water-spraying shells 16 and then the water sprays it out through the nozzles 17; space at the bottom portions of the cylinder bodies 19 increases, so that the internal pressures decrease, and the water in the water storage tank 22 is diverted to the bottom portions of the cylinder bodies 19, so that continuous spraying can be realized. The water from the nozzles 17 can be sprayed in a large area through the up-and-down swings of the water-spraying shells 16, so that spraying areas can be increased and spraying efficiency can be improved; distances between the nozzles 17 and the rotating rods 12 can be adjusted through arrangement of the adjusting rods 13 and the adjusting holes 15, so that swinging radians of the nozzles 17 can be changed, thus being suitable for different irrigatidd/502248 areas and avoiding wastes of water resources; and number of nozzles 17 can be increased through arrangements of curved surfaces on outer sides of the water-spraying shells 16, so that the spraying areas can be more uniform.

A water-spraying device for flowers and plants on both sides of garden roads, which comprises a transverse plate (1) and two vertical plates (2) and a top plate (3) is provided on tops of the vertical plates (2), wherein brackets (6) are provided on the top plate (3); a crankshaft (7) is provided on the brackets (6); one end of the crankshaft (7) is connected with a driving motor (8) on one of the brackets (6); a vertical double-sided rack (4) is provided between the two vertical plates (2); a top portion of the double-sided rack (4) is connected with a middle portion of the crankshaft (9) through a connecting mechanism; horizontal rotating rods (12) are provided on both of the vertical plates (2); the two rotating rods (12) are symmetrically arranged; sector gears (11) are provided on the rotating rods (12) near bottom portions of the double-sided rack (4); the two sector gears (11)are respectively engaged with two sides of the double-sided rack (4); the rotating rods (12) are hinged with the vertical plates (2) through pin shafts (14); adjusting rods (13) are provided on ends of the rotating rods (12) far away from the double-sided rack (4); the rotating rods (12) are hollow, and the adjusting rods (13) extend into the rotating rods (12); water-spraying shells (16) are provided on outer ends of the adjusting rods (13); a plurality of uniformly distributed nozzles (17) are provided on outer sides of the water-spraying shells (16); two cylinder bodies (19) are arranged on the transverse plate (1), and piston plates (20) are arranged in the cylinder bodies (19); piston rods (21) are provided on upper faces of the piston plates (20) with tops extending out of the cylinder bodies (19); a movable plate (18) is provided on a bottom portion of the double-sided rack (4); the two piston rods (21) are fixedly connected with a lower face of the movable plate (18); upper and lower portions of the two cylinder bodies (19) are communicated with a water storage tank (22) arranged on the transverse plate (1) through water inlet pipes (23); the upper and lower portions of the two cylinder bodies (19) are connected with the water-spraying shells (16) on same sides through water outlet pipes (24); and one-way valves (25) are arranged on the water outlet pipes (24) and the water inlet pipes (23).

The water-spraying device for the flowers and plants on both sides of the garden roads according to claim 1, wherein the connecting mechanism comprises a rotating sleeve (9) arranged on the middle portion of the crankshaft (9), and a rotating frame (10) arranged on an outer side wall of the rotating sleeve (9); the rotating frame (10) is hinged with a top portion of the double-sided rack (4).
3. The water-spraying device for the flowers and plants on both sides of the garden roads according to claim 1, wherein universal rollers (26) are arranged at four corners of a lower end)502248 face of the transverse plate (1).

The water-spraying device for the flowers and plants on both sides of the garden roads according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of reinforcing rods (27) are also provided on the adjusting rods (13), and ends of the reinforcing rods (27) are fixedly connected with inner sides of the water-spraying shells (16).
5. The water-spraying device for the flowers and plants on both sides of the garden roads according to claim 1, wherein matched adjusting holes (15) are provided on both of the adjusting rods (13) and the rotating rods (12).

The water-spraying device for the flowers and plants on both sides of the garden roads according to claim 1, wherein limiting frames (5) are also provided on an outer side of the top portion of the double-sided rack (4); and the limiting frames (5) are fixedly connected with the two vertical plates (2).
