Abstract

The present invention discloses a lifting support for convenient installation of an electromechanical device. The lifting support comprises a bottom plate arranged horizontally and an install plate provided on a top of the bottom plate, a plurality of lifting mechanisms for lifting the install plate are provided between the bottom plate and the install plate, each of the lifting mechanisms comprises two symmetrically arranged support rods and a screw rod, one end of each support rod is rotatably connected to the install plate, and the other end of each support rod is provided with a moving block rotatably connected to the support rod and provided with a threaded hole. The device disclosed herein adjusts the height of the install plate through the lifting mechanisms, which is realized by changing the angle of the support rods through the screw rods.

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to the technical field of installation devices for electromechanical devices, and in particular to a lifting support for convenient installation of electromechanical devices.
BACKGROUND Electromechanical devices generally refer to machinery, electrical appliances and electric automation devices, and in building industry, usually refer to machines and pipe-line equipment except for equipment for soil working, woodworking, reinforcing bars and muddy water. When an electromechanical device is installed, if it is directly placed on the ground, its bottom is in direct contact with the ground and thus it is easy to be influenced by shaking, moist, etc., of the ground, which is unfavorable for safe and stable operation of the electromechanical device. Therefore, there's a need for an installation device. The existing installation devices for electromechanical devices can provide support, but the structure of the installation device is not stable enough, so that the installation device cannot be flexibly adjusted when used, and the electromechanical device is easy to generate heat and cannot be moved for convenient maintenance after being installed. Before an electromechanical device is used, it needs to be installed on a support. At present, most supports used for the electromechanical device are fixed table-type supports, and the height of the supports cannot be adjusted, and thus it is quite inconvenient in installation. Besides, after the electromechanical device is installed and put into use, the electromechanical device will vibrate during operation, and the stability is poor.
SUMMARY In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a lifting support for convenient installation of an electromechanical device, which enables convenient installation of electromechanical devices and adjustment of the height, and thus effectively solves the problem that the installation of an electromechanical device is very inconvenient as the height of the support cannot be adjusted during installation.

Preferably, a buffer cylinder is provided between the bottom plate and the install plate to prevent the install plate from falling due to failure of the lifting mechanisms.
Preferably, an output end of the driving motor is coaxially provided with a driving gear, the screw rod is coaxially and fixedly sleeved with a driven gear, the driving gear is meshed with the driven gear, and the driving gear is driven by the driving motor, so as to drive the driven gear and the screw rod to rotate.
Preferably, the bottom plate is provided with sliding grooves, the sliding grooves are connected to the moving blocks in a sliding manner, and side walls of the sliding groove are in contact with side walls of the moving block.
Preferably, a top of the moving block is provided with a rotary seat, and the support rod is rotatably connected to a rotating shaft of the moving block through the rotary seat.
Preferably, a bottom of the install plate is provided with a rotary seat, and the support rod is rotatably connected to a rotating shaft of the install plate through the rotary seat.
Preferably, a plurality of fastening grooves with inverted T-shaped cross profile are provided on a top of the install plate, install screws are provided in the fastening grooves in an inverted manner, and nuts of the install screws are in contact with side walls of the fastening grooves.
Preferably, install fixture blocks are further provided on a top of the install plate, the installation fixture block is rotatably connected to the install plate through a rotating shaft, a telescopic cylinder is provided in the middle of the install fixture block, the install fixture block is rotatably connected to a free end of the telescopic cylinder, and a fixed end of the telescopic cylinder is | y502433 rotatably connected to the install plate. Further, an output end of the driving motor is coaxially provided with a driving gear 8, the screw rod is coaxially and fixedly sleeved with a driven gear 9, the driving gear is meshed with the driven gear, and the driving gear is driven by the driving motor, so as to drive the driven gear and the screw rod to rotate.
In this part of structure, the driven gear and the screw rod can be driven to rotate through driving the driving gear by the driving motor, so that the ability of the device in adjusting the height of the install plate is further promoted, and thereby the moving blocks are stably driven to move so as to adjust the angle of the support rods, which is favorable for adjustment of install height.
Further, the bottom plate is provided with sliding grooves 10, the sliding grooves are connected to the moving blocks in a sliding manner, and side walls of the sliding groove are in contact with side walls of the moving block 5. Further, a top of the moving block is provided with a rotary seat 11, and the support rod is rotatably connected to a rotating shaft of the moving block through the rotary seat.
Further, a bottom of the install plate is provided with a rotary seat, and the support rod is rotatably connected to a rotating shaft of the install plate through the rotary seat.
Further, a plurality of fastening grooves 12 with inverted T-shaped cross profile are provided on 500133 a top of the install plate, install screws 13 are provided in the fastening grooves in an inverted manner, and nuts of the install screws are in contact with side walls of the fastening grooves.

In the device disclosed herein, the positions of the install screws can be adjusted through the fastening grooves provided on the top of the install plate, so that the electromechanical device can be conveniently installed, and the telescopic cylinder drives the install fixture blocks to further clamp the electromechanical device, which further improves the stability and convenience of the device disclosed herein.

2. The lifting support for convenient installation of the electromechanical device according to claim 1, wherein a buffer cylinder is provided between the bottom plate and the install plate to prevent the install plate from falling due to failure of the lifting mechanisms.

The lifting support for convenient installation of the electromechanical device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of fastening grooves with inverted T-shaped cross profile are provided on a top of the install plate, install screws are provided in the fastening grooves in an | y5021433 inverted manner, and nuts of the install screws are in contact with side walls of the fastening grooves.

The lifting support for convenient installation of the electromechanical device according to claim 1, wherein install fixture blocks are further provided on a top of the install plate, the installation fixture block is rotatably connected to the install plate through a rotating shaft, a telescopic cylinder is provided in the middle of the install fixture block, the install fixture block is rotatably connected to a free end of the telescopic cylinder, and a fixed end of the telescopic cylinder is rotatably connected to the install plate.
