Abstract
The present invention discloses punching equipment for machining a metal product, which comprises a carrier, a positioning mechanism and a punching mechanism, wherein the positioning mechanism is mounted on a workbench; a metal product is placed on the carrier; the punching mechanism is located above the carrier; the carrier is located above the workbench; the metal product is a U-shaped pipe; an upper surface of the carrier is recessed inward to form a positioning slot matched with the metal product; the positioning mechanism comprises a connecting rod, a rotary rod and a locking post; the locking post is provided with a locking head; the rotary rod is provided with a locking hole matched with the locking head; the rotary rod is rotatably connected to the connecting rod; the connecting rod is fixed to the workbench; the locking post passes a mounting plate; the mounting plate is fixed to the workbench.

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention belongs to the technical field of metal product machining, and in particular relates to punching equipment for machining a metal product.
BACKGROUND The metal product industry comprises manufacturing of structural metal products, manufacturing of metal tools, manufacturing of containers and metal packaging containers, manufacturing of stainless steel and similar daily metal products, and the like. With the progress of society and the advances in science and technology, the application of metal products in various fields of industry, agriculture and people’s life is more and more extensive, and greater and greater value is also created for society. When a metal product is machined, the metal product is usually punched in a punching and blanking manner. The metal product is easy to move during punching with the existing punching equipment, so that a punching position is deviated, and the punching quality is influenced.
SUMMARY The technical problem that is mainly solved in the present invention is to provide punching equipment for machining a metal product, which is used for positioning a metal product, preventing the metal products from moving in the punching process and ensuring the punching quality. In order to solve the above-mentioned technical problems, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme: punching equipment for machining a metal product, comprising a carrier, a positioning mechanism and a punching mechanism, wherein the positioning mechanism is mounted on a workbench; a metal product is placed on the carrier; the punching mechanism is located above the carrier; and the carrier is located above the workbench; the metal product is a U-shaped pipe, and an upper surface of the carrier is recessed inward to form a positioning slot matched with the metal product, so that the metal product is located and thus prevented from moving in the punching process to ensure the punching quality;

Further, a lower surface of the carrier is provided with positioning holes; and an upper surface of the workbench is provided with positioning posts that correspond to the positioning holes.
Further, a lower surface of the punching plate is provided with a buffer layer, and the buffer layer is a rubber buffer layer, which plays a role in absorbing shock and reducing noise in the punching process.
Further, the carrier is provided with a scrap discharge slot; the scrap discharge slot corresponds to the punching head; and the scrap discharge slot is communicated with the positioning slot.
Further, a lower surface of the rotary rod is provided with a guide slope.
Further, an end part of the locking post is provided with a puller.
The present invention has at least the following beneficial effects: An upper surface of the carrier of the present invention is recessed inward to form a positioning slot matched with the metal product, so that the metal product is located and thus prevented from moving in the punching process to ensure the punching quality.

A lower surface of the carrier of the present invention is provided with positioning holes, and an upper surface of the workbench is provided with positioning posts that correspond to the positioning holes, favoring the replacement of the carrier. A lower surface of the punching plate of the present invention is provided with a buffer layer, which plays a role in absorbing shock and reducing noise in the punching process.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, so that the advantages and features of the present invention can be easily understood by those skilled in the art, and thus the protection scope of the present invention is more clearly and explicitly defined.
Embodiment: punching equipment for machining a metal product, as shown in FIG. 1, comprises 9021 28 a carrier 1, a positioning mechanism and a punching mechanism, wherein the positioning mechanism is mounted on a workbench 4; a metal product 5 is placed on the carrier 1; the punching mechanism is located above the carrier 1; and the carrier 1 is located above the workbench 4; as shown in FIG. 3, the metal product 5 is a U-shaped pipe; an upper surface of the carrier 1 is recessed inward to form a positioning slot 11 matched with the metal product 5; the positioning mechanism comprises a connecting rod 21, a rotary rod 22 and a locking post 23; the locking post 23 is provided with a locking head 231, as shown in FIG. 2; the rotary rod 22 is provided with a locking hole 221 matched with the locking head 231; the rotary rod 22 is rotatably connected to the connecting rod 21; the connecting rod 21 is fixed to the workbench 4; the locking post 23 passes through a mounting plate 24; the mounting plate 24 is fixed to the workbench 4; the locking post 23 is sleeved with a spring 25, and the spring 25 is located between the locking head 231 and the mounting plate 24 to enable the locking head 231 to be inserted into the locking hole 221; the punching mechanism comprises a punching head 31, a punching plate 32 and a punching oil cylinder 33; the punching head 31 is mounted on the punching plate 32; the punching plate 32 is connected with the punching oil cylinder 33; the punching oil cylinder 33 is mounted on a support 34; and the support 34 is mounted on the workbench 4. As shown in FIG. 4, a lower surface of the carrier 1 is provided with positioning holes 12; and an upper surface of the workbench 4 is provided with positioning posts 41 that corresponds to the positioning holes 12. A lower surface of the punching plate 32 is provided with a buffer layer, and the buffer layer is a rubber buffer layer.
The carrier 1 is provided with a scrap discharge slot 13; the scrap discharge slot 13 corresponds to the punching head 31; and the scrap discharge slot 13 is communicated with the positioning slot 11. A lower surface of the rotary rod 22 is provided with a guide slope 222.
An end part of the locking post 23 is provided with a puller 232. LUs02128 In a specific implementation, the metal product 5 is a handrail, and the punching oil cylinder 33 is electrically connected to a controller.
The working principle of the present invention is as follows: the metal product is put in the positioning slot of the carrier; the rotary rod is rotated; the locking head of the locking post is inserted into the locking hole of the rotary rod under the action of the spring to fix the rotary rod; the punching head punches the metal product under the action of the punching oil cylinder; and after the punching, scrap falls into the scrap discharge slot.

Punching equipment for machining a metal product, comprising a carrier (1), a positioning mechanism and a punching mechanism, wherein the positioning mechanism is mounted on a workbench (4); a metal product (5) is placed on the carrier; the punching mechanism is located above the carrier; and the carrier is located above the workbench; the metal product is a U-shaped pipe; an upper surface of the carrier is recessed inward to form a positioning slot (11) matched with the metal product; the positioning mechanism comprises a connecting rod (21), a rotary rod (22) and a locking post (23); the locking post 1s provided with a locking head (231); the rotary rod is provided with a locking hole (221) matched with the locking head; the rotary rod is rotatably connected to the connecting rod; the connecting rod is fixed to the workbench; the locking post passes through a mounting plate (24); the mounting plate is fixed to the workbench; the locking post is sleeved with a spring (25), and the spring is located between the locking head and the mounting plate to enable the locking head to be inserted into the locking hole; the punching mechanism comprises a punching head (31), a punching plate (32) and a punching oil cylinder (33); the punching head is mounted on the punching plate; the punching plate is connected with the punching oil cylinder; the punching oil cylinder is mounted on a support (34); and the support is mounted on the workbench.
2. The punching equipment for machining the metal product according to claim 1, wherein a lower surface of the carrier is provided with positioning holes (12); and an upper surface of the workbench is provided with positioning posts (41) that correspond to the positioning holes.
3. The punching equipment for machining the metal product according to claim 1, wherein a lower surface of the punching plate is provided with a buffer layer; and the buffer layer is a rubber buffer layer.
4. The punching equipment for machining the metal product according to claim 1, wherein the carrier is provided with a scrap discharge slot (13); the scrap discharge slot corresponds to the punching head; and the scrap discharge slot is communicated with the positioning slot.
5. The punching equipment for machining the metal product according to claim 1, wherein a lower surface of the rotary rod is provided with a guide slope (222).
