Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of electronic products. Particularly, the present invention discloses an easy-to-assemble/disassemble industrial case, comprising: a framework body, a side plate, a cover plate and a base plate. The framework body is of an integrally formed cuboid-shaped framework structure. The cover plate and the base plate are respectively arranged at the upper and lower ends of the height direction of the framework body. A plurality of the side plates are arranged on four sides of the framework body. The side plates, the cover plate and the base plate jointly form a cuboid-shaped cavity. The present invention avoids the difficulties in plate assembly/disassembly for industrial cases, and improves the maintenance efficiency.

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relate to the technical field of electronic products, and particularly to an easy-to-assemble/disassemble industrial case.
BACKGROUND An industrial case, i.e., a computer case product for industrial control, is generally used in the harsh environment, such as navigation, power plants, chemical industry, mining plants, underground operation and the like. Circumstances with great noise and dust impact have high requirement for the general strength of the case. Plates of existing industrial cases are welded or screwed to form a closed cavity. This can effectively ensure the strength of the case, but poses a challenge in disassembly when a failure occurs in an inner electronic structure during operation. Also, the relatively high weight of the industrial case plates increases the maintenance difficulties and the difficulties in individual operation, which requires cooperation and further leads to low maintenance efficiency. Therefore, there's a need for an easy-to-assemble/disassemble industrial case to effectively solve the above problems.
SUMMARY The present invention is intended to provide an easy-to-assemble/disassemble industrial case, which avoids the difficulties in plate assembly/disassembly for industrial cases, and improves the maintenance efficiency. In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention adopts a technical scheme as follows. Furthermore, the contact structure comprises an elastic element in a generally wavy shape extending along a direction as the mounting slide groove, and upper and lower ends of the elastic element are fixedly connected to upper and lower ends of the slide groove respectively.

As such, electronic components inside the industrial case can be repaired without too many disassembly procedures, thus effectively improving the maintenance efficiency and reducing the maintenance difficulties. Moreover, the integrally formed overall structure of the framework body can distribute the force from a point to an area when it is impacted, providing higher strength and prolonged service life for the product. The assembly after maintenance is also very simple. By inserting the side plates through the insertion slots, the side plates slide down along the mounting slide grooves. When the side plates reach the bottom, the fixing blocks at the bottoms of the side plates mate with the mounting slots of the framework body, the side plates are preliminarily positioned and fixed, and then the cover plate is installed and fixed using bolts. While fixing the cover plate, the embedding blocks at the bottom of the cover plate snap into the insertion slots, and the side plates are fixed in the height direction by contacting. When the side plates reach the bottom, the fixing blocks at the bottoms of the side plates mate with the mounting slots of the framework body, the side plates are preliminarily positioned and fixed, and then the cover plate is installed and fixed using bolts.
While fixing the cover plate, the embedding blocks at the bottom of the cover plate snap into the insertion slots, and the side plates are fixed in the height direction by contacting.
The contact structures arranged in the mounting slide grooves applying pressure to two sides of each side plate finally realize the all-round fixation of the side plates, thus ensuring a convenient disassembly as well as the overall structural strength.

An easy-to-assemble/disassemble industrial case, comprising a framework body (1), a side plate (2), a cover plate (3) and a base plate (4), wherein the framework body is of an integrally formed cuboid-shaped framework structure, the cover plate and the base plate are respectively arranged at the upper and low ends of the height direction of the framework body, a plurality of the side plates are arranged on four sides of the framework body, and the side plates, the cover plate and the base plate jointly form a cuboid-shaped cavity; an insertion slot (11) is arranged at a top of the framework body for throughout insertion of the side plate, a mounting slide groove (12) in sliding fit with the side plate is formed on each of the opposite inner sides along the height direction of the framework body, the side plate is capable of sliding up and down along the mounting slide groove, an embedding block (31) is arranged at a bottom of the cover plate, the cover plate covers the top of the framework body and is detachably connected to the framework body through bolts, and the embedding block is in interference fit with the insertion slot; and the mounting slide groove is provided with a contact structure capable of applying pressure to two sides of the side plate.
2. The easy-to-assemble/disassemble industrial case according to claim 1, wherein the framework body is composed of an aluminized zinc plate.
3. The easy-to-assemble/disassemble industrial case according to claim 1, wherein the side plate is an integrally formed ceramic plate.

The easy-to-assemble/disassemble industrial case according to claim 1, wherein the contact structure comprises an elastic element (5) in a generally wavy shape extending along a direction as the mounting slide groove, and upper and lower ends of the elastic element are fixedly connected to upper and lower ends of the slide groove respectively.
