Description

EXHIBITION SPACE SYSTEM AND BUILDING AND MANUFACTURING LU501265
METHOD THEREOF TECHNICAL FIELD
[01] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of an exhibition system, in particular to an exhibition space system and a building and manufacturing method thereof.
BACKGROUND ART
[02] In exhibitions and meetings, most of the exhibition blocks and exhibits are placed in an orderly manner, and most of them are made of wood. Most of the exhibition blocks made of solid wood are connected by self-tapping nails, nail guns or adhesives, and all the components are connected. Finally, cloth is mounted on the surfaces of the exhibition blocks for decoration.
[03] The existing exhibition blocks made of wood have a single structure. Each time exhibition meets different exhibition space building requirements, it is often necessary to re-manufacture the exhibition blocks, resulting in a large amount of wood consumption. There are also new problems, such as the manufactured exhibition blocks releasing harmful gases such as formaldehyde, which are harmful to the safety of exhibits and people in the exhibition space. For the exhibition of special exhibits, such as cultural relics, the environmental protection level of exhibition blocks is high, especially the density boards and laminates are often difficult to meet the requirements of cultural relics protection. In addition, wood cutting, grinding, etc. will also produce a lot of dust pollution, etc. Because of the connection process, it is difficult to disassemble, maintain and refit the wood-made exhibition block.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[35] The present disclosure provides an exhibition space system, referring to FIGS. 1-35, which comprises a slope exhibition block and a cube exhibition block which are sequentially folded by a plurality of folding plugboards with different structures; wherein acid-free corrugated paper is used as the manufacturing material of the folding plugboard. In the figure, the solid line shows the cutter tangent line, and the dotted line shows the imaginary broken line. A baffle plate is inserted on the inclined surface of the slope exhibition block. A folded reinforcing part is provided in the cube exhibition block. The slope exhibition block comprises a 45-degree inclined exhibition block and 30-degree and 60-degree inclined exhibition blocks.
[36] Specifically, the 45-degree inclined exhibition block uses four sixth folding plugboards 6 with triangular structures merged in pairs as supports. In order to balance the stress of the inner support structure, the sixth folding plugboards 6 merged in pairs have different corrugated arrangement directions. The slots at the side of the sixth folding plugboards 6 are inserted into two slots on one side of a first folding plugboard 1 with a rectangular structure, and the other side of the first folding plugboard 1 is inserted into the first slot at the bottom of the sixth folding plugboard after being folded along the imaginary broken line. One side of a second folding plugboard 2 with a rectangular structure is inserted into the slot in the sixth folding plugboard 6 at the side where the first folding plugboard 1 is located, and the other side of the second folding plugboard 2 is inserted into the slot at the other side of the sixth folding plugboard 6 after being folded along the imaginary broken line. A third folding plugboard 3 with a rectangular structure is inserted into the slot at the side of the sixth folding plugboard 6 far away from the first folding plugboard 1, and the other end of the third folding plugboard 3 is inserted into the second slot at the bottom of the sixth folding plugboard 6 after being bent along the imaginary broken line. A fourth folding plugboard 4 folded in a concave shape is inserted in the first slot and the second slot at the bottom of the sixth folding plugboard 6. The fourth folding plugboard 4 is inserted to the bottom in the arrow direction. A fifth folding plugboard 5 folded into a rectangular sheet is inserted into the gap of the slot where the first folding plugboard 1 and the second folding plugboard 2 are located, the gap of the slot where the second folding plugboard 2 and the third folding plugboard 3 are located, the gap of the slot where the third folding plugboard 3 and the fourth folding plugboard 4 are located, and the gap of the slot where the fourth folding plugboard 4 and the first folding plugboard 1 are located. Two adjacent folding plugboards are firmly fixed by extrusion and friction. The fifth folding plugboard 5 can be used to provide a baffle plate on the slope to prevent the exhibits placed on the slope from sliding down. When the baffle plate needs to be LU501265 adjusted, that is, when the protruding height of the fifth folding plugboard 5 needs to be adjusted, the adjacent folding plugboard is fixed with a finger and is pushed in the arrow direction with another finger, so that the protruding height of the baffle plate can be higher. When it is necessary to reduce the protruding height of the baffle plate, the baffle plate is pressed inward. When the baffle plate is not used, the baffle plate is pressed to the bottom until it is flush with the slope. Two ninth folding plugboards 9 are symmetrically inserted at both sides of the 45-degree inclined exhibition block, which are used to shield the exposed internal structures at both sides of the exhibition block and improve its aesthetics. The ninth folding plugboard 9 has a triangular structure. A plurality of extended blocks are connected on three sides of the ninth folding plugboard 9 through imaginary broken lines. The ninth folding plugboard is made into a decorative panel after being bent along an imaginary broken line, and then is made into a mirror decorative panel by being folded back along the imaginary broken lines, and then is inserted into both sides of the exhibition block in the arrow direction.
[37] The 30-degree and 60-degree inclined exhibition blocks use four eighth folding plugboards 8 merged in pairs as supports. The eighth folding plugboard 8 has an irregular quadrilateral structure. A third folding plugboard 3 is inserted into the first slot at the long side of the eighth folding plugboard 8. The other side of the third folding plugboard 3 is inserted into the slot of the first middle side adjacent to the eighth folding plugboard 8 after being folded. A second folding plugboard 2 is inserted into the slot of the first middle side of the eighth folding plugboard 8, and the other side of the second folding plugboard 2 is inserted into the slot of the second middle side adjacent to the eighth folding plugboard 8 after being folded. A seventh folding plugboard 7 with a rectangular structure is inserted into the slot at the second middle side of the eighth folding plugboard 8, and the other side of the seventh folding plugboard 7 is inserted into the second slot at the long side of the eighth folding plugboard 8 after being folded. A fourth folding plugboard 4 is inserted into the first slot at the long side of the eighth folding plugboard 8, and the other side of the fourth folding plugboard 4 is inserted into the second slot at the long side of the eighth folding plugboard 8 after being folded, and is inserted to the bottom in the arrow direction. A fifth folding plugboard 5 folded into a rectangular sheet is inserted into the gap of the slot where the third folding plugboard 3 and the second folding plugboard 2 are located, the gap of the slot where the second folding plugboard 2 and the seventh folding plugboard 7 are located, the gap of the slot where the seventh folding plugboard 7 and the fourth folding plugboard 4 are located, and the gap of the slot where the fourth folding plugboard 4 and the third folding plugboard 3 are located. The exhibition block can provide slopes with two different angles: 30 degrees and 60 degrees. The protruding height of the baffle plate can be adjusted as required, or can be pressed to the bottom to be flush with the slope. The exposed internal structure at both sides of the exhibition block is shielded by the decorative panel made of the twelfth folding plugboard 12.
[38] Most of the parts between the 45-degree inclined exhibition block and the 30-degree and 60-degree inclined exhibition blocks are common. The 45-degree inclined exhibition block is disassembled, the sixth folding plugboard 6 is replaced with the eighth folding plugboard 8, the first folding plugboard 1 is replaced with the seventh LU501265 folding plugboard 7, and the ninth folding plugboard 9 is replaced with the twelfth folding plugboard 12, thus obtaining the 30-degree and 60-degree inclined exhibition blocks. The general rate of parts between two different types of slope exhibition blocks reaches 50%, which can not only reduce the design and production costs, but also make the molding of the exhibition blocks easier.
[39] As shown in FIG 23, after the tenth folding plugboard 10 is bent along the double imaginary broken line, the baffle plate of the fifth folding plugboard 5 can be replaced. Two or more 45-degree slope exhibition blocks can be inserted into each other and expanded. FIG 24 shows another plug-in combination mode of the 45-degree slope exhibition block and the tenth folding plugboard 10. In this way, the 45-degree slope exhibition block can be expanded, but not limited to the changeable spatial structure as shown in FIG 25(1), FIG 25(2), FIG 25(3) and FIG. 25(4). If the strength requirement of the connection combination between the slope exhibition blocks is not high, two eleventh folding plugboards 11 can be used instead of the tenth folding plugboard 10, so as to save paper.
[40] As shown in FIG 26, the twenty-eighth folding plugboard 28 is used for parallel connection of 45-degree slope exhibition blocks. After the twenty-eighth folding plugboard 28 is bent along the double imaginary broken line and a ribbon is sandwiched, the twenty-eighth folding plugboard 28 is inserted into two juxtaposed 45-degree slope exhibition blocks, so that two or more slope exhibition blocks can be stably juxtaposed and connected. According to this method, it is possible to obtain, but not limited to, the expansion styles of the slope exhibition blocks shown in FIG 27(1), FIG 27(2), FIG 27(3) and FIG 27(4). After the same exhibition block is inserted into each other, different placement methods are used and the baffle plate is adjusted, various exhibition purposes can be obtained.
[41] As shown in FIG 28, changeable space separation can be further provided on the same slope, which is suitable for placing thin exhibits of different sizes, such as books with different editions.
[42] As shown in FIGS. 29-32, the cube exhibition block uses two fifteenth folding plugboards 15 with a rectangular structure and three fourteenth folding plugboards 14 with a rectangular structure as frames. Five slots are provided at one long side of the fifteenth folding plugboard 15. Two short-distance slots are provided at one side of the fourteenth folding plugboard 14 and two long-distance slots are provided at the other side thereof. The three fourteenth folding plugboards 14 are provided vertically to the two fifteenth folding plugboards 15 which are vertically symmetrically provided through two short-distance grooves, respectively. The frame is provided on a thirteenth folding plugboard 13 with a rectangular structure. Four sides of the thirteenth folding plugboard 13 are connected with a trapezoidal extended side through two imaginary broken lines, respectively. The ends of the trapezoidal extended sides are connected with a rectangular extended side through imaginary broken lines. Two slots are provided at the ends of the rectangular extended sides at two short sides of the thirteenth folding plugboard 13. Three slots are provided at the ends of the rectangular extended sides at two long sides of the thirteenth folding plugboard 13. The rectangular extended sides at two long sides of the thirteenth folding plugboard 13 are inserted into the slots of three LU501265 adjacent fourteenth folding plugboards 14 through three slots. The rectangular extended sides at two short sides of the thirteenth folding plugboard 13 are inserted into the outermost slots of two adjacent fifteenth folding plugboards 15 through two slots. Twenty-seventh folding plugboards 27 are used to match the sixteenth folding plugboard 16 and the seventeenth folding plugboard 17 with widened slots, that 1s, other folding structures are unchanged. Two seventeenth folding plugboards 17 with a rectangular structure and three sixteenth folding plugboards 16 with a rectangular structure are used as frames, which are then folded according to the above structures. After being folded, the twenty-seventh folding plugboard 27 is inserted into the frame as the reinforcing part, so that cube exhibition blocks with a reinforced structure can be obtained. After the cube exhibition block is manufactured according to the principle of FIGS. 29-32, the twenty-seventh folding plugboard 27 is inserted to the bottom in the arrow direction as shown in FIG 33, which is the bottom form of the cube exhibition block of the reinforced structure. After an article in which a cube exhibition block of the reinforced structure is place forward and the top surface has a static pressure exceeding 50 kg is subject to a 24-hour compressive test, the structure of the cube exhibition block is still intact. The reinforcing part is made of a twenty-seventh folding plugboard 27. The twenty-seventh folding plugboard 27 has a rectangular structure. Four sides of the twenty-seventh folding plugboard 27 are connected with rectangular extended sides through imaginary broken lines, respectively. Three slots are provided at the ends of rectangular extended sides on two long sides of the twenty-seventh folding plugboard 27, respectively. Two slots are provided at the ends of rectangular extended sides on two short sides of the twenty-seventh folding plugboard 27, respectively.
