By the above-mentioned method, the 45-degree slope block can be expanded but not limited to the changeable space structure shown in fig. 25(1), fig. 25(2), fig. 25(3), and fig. 25 (4). If the strength requirement of the connection combination between the slope display blocks is not high, two eleventh folding inserting plates 11 can be used for replacing the tenth folding inserting plate 10 so as to save paper.
As shown in fig. 26, the twenty-seventh folded board 27 is used to connect the 45 degree slope display in parallel. As shown in fig. 29 to 32, the cube display block adopts two fifteenth folding insertion plates 15 with rectangular structures and three fourteenth folding insertion plates 14 with rectangular structures as a frame, five slots are formed in one long side of the fifteenth folding insertion plate 15, two short-distance slots are formed in one side edge of the fourteenth folding insertion plate 14, and two long-distance slots are formed in the other side edge of the fourteenth folding insertion plate; the three fourteenth folding insertion plates 14 are respectively and vertically arranged with the two fifteenth folding insertion plates 15 which are vertically and symmetrically arranged through the two short-distance grooves; the frame is arranged on a thirteenth folding inserting plate 13 of a rectangular structure, four edges of the thirteenth folding inserting plate 13 are respectively connected with a trapezoidal extending edge through two virtual folding lines, the tail end of the trapezoidal extending edge is connected with a rectangular extending edge through the virtual folding line, two slots are formed in the tail ends of the rectangular extending edges at two short edges of the thirteenth folding inserting plate 13, and three slots are formed in the tail ends of the rectangular extending edges at two long edges of the thirteenth folding inserting plate 13; rectangular extending edges at two long edges of the thirteenth folding insertion plate 13 are inserted into slots of three adjacent fourteenth folding insertion plates 14 through three slots, and rectangular extending edges at two short edges of the thirteenth folding insertion plate 13 are inserted into outermost slots of two adjacent fifteenth folding insertion plates 15 through two slots; the twenty-seventh folding insertion plate 27 is matched with the sixteenth folding insertion plate 16 and the seventeenth folding insertion plate 17 with widened slots, namely other folding structures are unchanged, the seventeenth folding insertion plate 17 with two rectangular structures and the sixteenth folding insertion plate 16 with three rectangular structures are adopted as frames, then the folding is carried out according to the structures, after the folding is finished, the twenty-seventh folding insertion plate 27 is inserted into the frames and used as a reinforcing part, and the cubic unfolding block with the reinforcing structure can be obtained. After the cubic exhibition block is manufactured according to the principle of fig. 29 to 32, the twenty-seventh folded inserting plate 27 is inserted to the bottom along the arrow direction as shown in fig. 33, which is the bottom shape of the cubic exhibition block of the reinforced structure. The cube display block with the reinforced structure is placed upright, the static pressure of the top surface of the cube display block exceeds 50 kilograms, and the structure of the cube display block is still intact after a 24-hour compression test. The strengthening part adopts the seventeenth folding picture peg 27 to make, the seventeenth folding picture peg 27 is the rectangle structure, four edges of the twenty seventh folding picture peg 27 are connected with the rectangle extension limit through virtual broken line respectively, three slot has been seted up respectively to the rectangle extension limit end on two long edges of the twenty seventh folding picture peg 27, two slots have been seted up respectively to the rectangle extension limit end on two minor faces of the twenty seventh folding picture peg 27, the twenty seventh folding picture peg 27 inserts after buckling along virtual broken line and locates frame department and form the strengthening part. Other cubic exhibition blocks in various forms can be manufactured by using the eighteenth folding insertion plate 18, the nineteenth folding insertion plate 19, the twentieth folding insertion plate 20, the twenty-first folding insertion plate 21, the twentieth folding insertion plate 22, the twenty-third folding insertion plate 23, the twenty-fourth folding insertion plate 24, the twenty-fifth folding insertion plate 25 and the twenty-sixth folding insertion plate 26, as shown in the structure after the disassembly of fig. 4, 5 and 6, the cubic exhibition blocks comprise a cuboid exhibition block, a flat cube exhibition block, a cube exhibition block and the like. The series of display blocks are arranged and combined, so that a display space can be built, but not limited to the display space shown in the figure, and the display space is used for placing and displaying the exhibits with various sizes, and a good display effect is obtained.
The invention also provides a method for constructing and manufacturing the exhibition space system, which comprises a 45-degree inclined exhibition block manufacturing method, 30-degree and 60-degree inclined exhibition block manufacturing methods and a cube exhibition block manufacturing method; the manufacturing method of the 45-degree inclined exhibition block comprises the following steps:
step one, four sixth folding insertion plates 6 are used as internal support structures, the four sixth folding insertion plates are combined in pairs, and the first folding insertion plates 1 are bent along virtual folding lines and are inserted into slots on one side edge of the sixth folding insertion plates 6;
step two, bending the other side of the first folding inserting plate 1 to the sixth folding inserting plate 6, and inserting the other side into a first slot at the bottom edge of the adjacent sixth folding inserting plate 6;
step three, after the second folding inserting plate 2 is bent along the virtual folding line, a side slot of the second folding inserting plate is inserted into a side slot of the sixth folding inserting plate 6 and shares a slot with the first folding inserting plate 1; bending the other side of the second folded inserting plate 2 to the sixth folded inserting plate 6, and inserting the other side of the sixth folded inserting plate 6 into the slot;
step four, after the third folding inserting plate 3 is bent along the virtual folding line, a slot at one side of the third folding inserting plate is inserted into a slot at one side of the sixth folding inserting plate 6, and the slot and one side of the second folding inserting plate share the slot; bending the other side of the third folded inserting plate 3 to the sixth folded inserting plate 6, and inserting the other side into a second slot at the bottom edge of the sixth folded inserting plate 6;
step five, completing the fourth folding inserting plate 4 into a concave shape, inserting the concave shape into a first slot and a second slot at the bottom edge of the sixth folding inserting plate 6, wherein one side of the fourth folding inserting plate 4 and the first folding inserting plate 1 share the first slot at the bottom edge of the sixth folding inserting plate 6, and the other side and the third folding inserting plate 3 share the second slot at the bottom edge of the sixth folding inserting plate 6;
step six, respectively inserting a fifth folding inserting plate 5 folded into a rectangular sheet into a gap between the first folding inserting plate 1 and the second folding inserting plate 2, a gap between the second folding inserting plate 2 and the third folding inserting plate 3, a gap between the third folding inserting plate 3 and the fourth folding inserting plate 4, and a gap between the fourth folding inserting plate 4 and the first folding inserting plate 1;
and step seven, bending the ninth folding inserting plate 9 along the virtual folding line to form a decorative panel, inserting the decorative panel into two sides of the structure in the step six, and manufacturing a 45-degree inclined unfolding block after finishing.
Optionally, the manufacturing method of the 30-degree and 60-degree inclined exhibition blocks comprises the following steps:
step one, combining every two of the four eighth folding insertion plates 8 as supports, after the third folding insertion plate 3 is bent along the virtual folding line, inserting one side of the third folding insertion plate into a first slot on the long edge of the eighth folding insertion plate 8, and inserting the other side of the third folding insertion plate into a slot on the position, close to the first middle edge, of the eighth folding insertion plate 8;
inserting a second folded inserting plate 2 into a slot at a first middle edge of the eighth folded inserting plate 8, and inserting the other edge of the second folded inserting plate 2 into a slot at a second middle edge close to the eighth folded inserting plate 8 after folding; a seventh folded inserting plate 7 with a rectangular structure is inserted into a slot on the second middle edge of the eighth folded inserting plate 8, and the other edge of the seventh folded inserting plate 7 is folded and inserted into a second slot on the long edge of the eighth folded inserting plate 8;
step three, inserting a fourth folded inserting plate 4 into a first slot at the long edge of the eighth folded inserting plate 8, and inserting the other edge of the fourth folded inserting plate 4 into a second slot at the long edge of the eighth folded inserting plate 8 after being folded;
and step four, respectively inserting a fifth folding inserting plate 5 which is folded into a rectangular sheet at the gap position of the slot where the third folding inserting plate 3 and the second folding inserting plate 2 are located, the gap position of the slot where the second folding inserting plate 2 and the seventh folding inserting plate 7 are located, the gap position of the slot where the seventh folding inserting plate 7 and the fourth folding inserting plate 4 are located, and the gap position of the slot where the fourth folding inserting plate 4 and the third folding inserting plate 3 are located, so as to finish the manufacture of 30-degree and 60-degree inclined unfolding blocks, wherein the unfolding blocks can provide slopes with two different angles of 30-degree and 60-degree.
Optionally, the method for manufacturing the cube tile includes the following steps:
step one, arranging three fourteenth folding insertion plates 14 respectively and vertically with two fifteenth folding insertion plates 15 which are vertically and symmetrically arranged through two short-distance grooves to form a frame;
step two, the frame is arranged on a thirteenth folding inserting plate 13 with a rectangular structure;
step three, the rectangular extending edges at the two long edges of the thirteenth folding inserting plate 13 are inserted into the slots of the three adjacent fourteenth folding inserting plates 14 through the three slots;
