Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Härten und/oder Verfestigen von Glasgegenständen, bei dem die Glasgegenstände (2) in einer Bearbeitungsvorrichtung (27) mit einer Salzschmelze (4) in Kontakt gebracht werden. Das Verfahren beinhaltet den Schritt des Bereitstellens einer Vielzahl von Kartuschen (8), die ein Regenerationsmaterial zum Regenerieren der Salzschmelze (4) beinhalten, und den Schritt des Einfügens einer der Kartuschen (8) in die Bearbeitungsvorrichtung (27). Außerdem beinhaltet das Verfahren die Schritte des Ermittelns des Wirksamkeitsgrades des in der eingefügten Kartusche (8) befindlichen Regenerationsmaterials (9), und des Entfernens der eingefügten Kartusche (8), wenn das Regenerationsmaterial einen vorgegebenen oder vorgebbaren Wirksamkeitsgrad unterschreitet, Einfügen einer anderen Kartusche (8) der Vielzahl von gleichen Kartuschen (8) in die Bearbeitungsvorrichtung (27). The invention also relates to a plant for hardening and/or strengthening glass objects (2), which has a processing device (27) with a molten salt (4) and a regeneration material for regenerating the molten salt (4).
