Abstract

The invention discloses an energy-saving screw sand washer for mining machinery. The sand washer includes a bracket, wherein a sand washer body is obliquely arranged on the bracket, a water spraying apparatus is arranged on the sand washer body, a detachable blocking-removing member is arranged on the sand washer body, a collecting box is fixed below the bracket, the collecting box is communicated with a sand outlet of the sand washer body, a limiting rod is slidably arranged on the bracket, a first elastic member is symmetrically arranged between the limiting rod and the bracket, a cart is clamped on the limiting rod, and the cart is used for receiving a sand material of the collecting box and transporting the sand material to a needed place. The sand washer according to the invention drives a screw shaft to rotate through a motor, and simultaneously drives the water spraying apparatus to shake, thus not only solving a problem of uneven watering of a water spraying apparatus of a traditional sand washer, but also saving electric energy and reducing production costs, a problem that a water outlet of the traditional sand washer is easily blocked is solved through arranging the detachable blocking-removing member, and manual feeding during sand material conveying is avoided through arranging the collecting box and the cart, so that manpower is saved, and the sand conveying efficiency is improved.

Description

ENERGY-SAVING SCREW SAND WASHER FOR MINING MACHINERY
BACKGROUND Technical Field The present invention relates to a sand washer, and more particularly, to an energy-saving screw sand washer for mining machinery. Related Art Machine-made sand raw materials may carry soil and other compound impurities during mining. If a step of sand washing is not carried out after sand making, sand may be condensed together during storage, thus affecting a use effect of the sand.
A water spraying apparatus in a traditional sand washer has a problem of uneven watering, and washed sand materials are accumulated below a discharge port, so that manual feeding is required during sand material conveying, which not only wastes manpower, and but also has a low sand conveying efficiency.
SUMMARY The present invention aims to provide an energy-saving screw sand washer for mining machinery, which drives a screw shaft to rotate through a motor, and simultaneously drives the water spraying apparatus to shake, thus not only solving a problem of uneven watering of a water spraying apparatus of a traditional sand washer, but also saving electric energy and reducing production costs, a problem that a water outlet of the traditional sand washer is easily blocked is solved through arranging the detachable blocking-removing member, and manual feeding during sand material conveying is avoided through arranging the collecting box and the cart, so that manpower is saved, and the sand conveying efficiency is improved.
The objective of the present invention can be achieved by the following technical solution: An energy-saving screw sand washer for mining machinery includes a bracket, wherein a sand washer body is obliquely arranged on the bracket, a water spraying apparatus is arranged on the sand washer body, a detachable blocking-removing member is arranged on the sand washer body, a collecting box is fixed below the bracket, the collecting box is communicated with a sand outlet of the sand washer body,
a limiting rod is slidably arranged on the bracket, a first elastic member is symmetrically arranged between the limiting rod and the bracket, a cart is clamped on the limiting rod, and the cart is used for receiving a sand material of the collecting box and transporting the sand material to a needed place.
The sand washer body includes a sand washing groove, a motor is fixed on an outer wall at a higher end of the sand washing groove, water outlet holes distributed in an array are arranged at a lower end of the sand washing groove, and a screw shaft is fixed on an output shaft of the motor.
The water spraying apparatus includes a rotating disc, the rotating disc is fixed at one end of the screw shaft far away from the motor, a driving shaft is fixed on the rotating disc, a rocker is rotatably arranged on an outer wall of the sand washing groove, a connecting block is slidably arranged on the rocker, the connecting block is rotatably connected with the driving shaft, a spraying rod is vertically arranged above the rocker, and sprayers distributed in an array are arranged below the spraying rod.
Further, the screw shaft includes a screw shaft body, a through hole is arranged in the screw shaft body, and clamping grooves are arranged at both sides of the through hole.
Further, the blocking-removing member includes a blocking-removing brush, the blocking-removing brush is used for cleaning sand blocking the water outlet holes, a sliding block is slidably arranged on the blocking-removing brush, a second elastic member is arranged between the sliding block and the blocking-removing brush, a rotating member is rotatably arranged on the sliding block, clamping blocks are fixed on both sides of the rotating member, and the blocking-removing member is limited by clamping the clamping blocks in the clamping grooves.
Further, the blocking-removing brush includes a through shaft matched with the through hole, one end of the through shaft is fixed with a brush body, and the other end of the through shaft is provided with a sliding shaft passing through the through hole, one end of the sliding shaft far away from the brush body is provided with a first limiting block, the through shaft is provided with a second limiting block, the sliding block is located on the sliding shaft to slide, and the second elastic member is sleeved on the sliding shaft and located between the sliding block and the first limiting block.
Further, the collecting box includes a box body, a blanking port is arranged below the box body, one end of the box body 1s fixed with a connecting plate, a baffle used for closing the blanking port 1s slidably arranged below the box body, and a third elastic member is connected between the baffle and the connecting plate.
Further, a clamping groove matched with the limiting rod is arranged below the cart, and when the cart receives the sand material, the baffle is pushed through the cart to slide, so that the blanking port is opened. The present invention has the following beneficial effects: The sand washer according to the present invention drives the screw shaft to rotate through the motor, and simultaneously drives the water spraying apparatus to shake, thus not only solving a problem of uneven watering of a water spraying apparatus of a traditional sand washer, but also saving electric energy and reducing production costs. The sand washer according to the present invention solves a problem that a water outlet of the traditional sand washer is easily blocked through arranging the detachable blocking-removing member, and manual feeding during sand material conveying 1s avoided through arranging the collecting box and the cart, so that manpower is saved, and the sand conveying efficiency 1s improved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION The following clearly and completely describes the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Apparently, the described embodiments are some of the embodiments of the present invention rather than all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the invention, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skills in the art without going through any creative work shall fall within the scope of protection of the invention.
An energy-saving screw sand washer for mining machinery includes a bracket 1. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a sand washer body 2 is obliquely arranged on the bracket 1, a water spraying apparatus 3 is arranged on the sand washer body 2, and a detachable blocking-removing member 4 is arranged on the sand washer body 2. A collecting box 5 is fixed below the bracket 1, and the collecting box 5 is communicated with a sand outlet of the sand washer body 2. A limiting rod 7 is slidably arranged on the bracket 1, a first spring 8 is symmetrically arranged between the limiting rod 7 and the bracket 1, a cart 6 is clamped on the limiting rod 7, and the cart 6 is used for receiving a sand material of the collecting box 5 and transporting the sand material to a needed place.
The sand washer body 2 includes a sand washing groove 21, a motor 23 is fixed on an outer wall at a higher end of the sand washing groove 21, and water outlet holes 22 distributed in an array are arranged at a lower end of the sand washing groove. A screw shaft 24 is fixed on an output shaft of the motor 23.
The screw shaft 24 includes a screw shaft body 241. As shown in FIG. 3, a through hole 242 is arranged in the screw shaft body 241, and clamping grooves 243 are arranged at both sides of the through hole 242.
The water spraying apparatus 3 includes a rotating disc 31. As shown in FIG. 5, the rotating disc 31 is fixed at one end of the screw shaft 24 far away from the motor 23, and a driving shaft 32 is fixed on the rotating disc 31. A rocker 34 is rotatably arranged on an outer wall of the sand washing groove 21, a connecting block 33 is slidably arranged on the rocker 34, and the connecting block 33 is rotatably connected with the driving shaft 32. A spraying rod 35 is vertically arranged above the rocker 34, and sprayers 36 distributed in an array are arranged below the spraying rod 35.
The blocking-removing member 4 includes a blocking-removing brush 41, and the blocking-removing brush 41 is used for cleaning sand blocking the water outlet holes 22. A sliding block 42 is slidably arranged on the blocking-removing brush 41, and a second spring 43 is arranged between the sliding block 42 and the blocking-removing brush 41. A rotating member 44 is rotatably arranged on the sliding block 42, clamping blocks 45 are fixed on both sides of the rotating member 44, and the blocking-removing member 4 is limited by clamping the clamping blocks 45 in the clamping grooves 243.
The blocking-removing brush 41 includes a through shaft 411. As shown in FIG. 6, 5 one end of the through shaft 411 is fixed with a brush body 412, and the other end of the through shaft is provided with a sliding shaft 413 passing through the through hole 242.
One end of the sliding shaft 413 far away from the brush body 412 is provided with a first limiting block 414, and the through shaft 411 is provided with a second limiting block 415. The sliding block 42 is located on the sliding shaft 413 to slide, and the second spring 43 is sleeved on the sliding shaft 413 and located between the sliding block 42 and the first limiting block 414.
The collecting box 5 includes a box body 51. As shown in FIG. 4, a blanking port 52 is arranged below the box body 51, one end of the box body 51 is fixed with a connecting plate 53 for closing the blanking port 52, a baffle 52 used for closing the blanking port 52 is slidably arranged below the box body 51, and a third spring 55 is connected between the baffle 54 and the connecting plate 53.
A clamping groove 61 matched with the limiting rod 7 is arranged below the cart 6, and when the cart 6 receives the sand material, the baffle 54 is pushed through the cart 6 to slide, so that the blanking port 52 is opened.
When in use, the sand washer drives the screw shaft 24 to rotate through the motor 23, and simultaneously drives the water spraying apparatus 3 to shake, thus not only solving a problem of uneven watering of a water spraying apparatus of a traditional sand washer, but also saving electric energy and reducing production costs. A problem that a water outlet of the traditional sand washer is easily blocked is solved through arranging the detachable blocking-removing member 4, and manual feeding during sand material conveying is avoided through arranging the collecting box 5 and the cart 6, so that manpower is saved, and the sand conveying efficiency is improved.

An energy-saving screw sand washer for mining machinery, comprising a bracket (1), wherein a sand washer body (2) is obliquely arranged on the bracket (1), a water spraying apparatus (3) is arranged on the sand washer body (2), a detachable blocking-removing member (4) is arranged on the sand washer body (2), a collecting box (5) is fixed below the bracket (1), the collecting box (5) is communicated with a sand outlet of the sand washer body (2), a limiting rod (7) is slidably arranged on the bracket (1), a first elastic member is symmetrically arranged between the limiting rod (7) and the bracket (1), a cart (6) is clamped on the limiting rod (7), and the cart (6) is used for receiving a sand material of the collecting box (5) and transporting the sand material to a needed place; the sand washer body (2) comprises a sand washing groove (21), a motor (23) is fixed on an outer wall at a higher end of the sand washing groove (21), water outlet holes (22) distributed in an array are arranged at a lower end of the sand washing groove, and a screw shaft (24) is fixed on an output shaft of the motor (23); and the water spraying apparatus (3) comprises a rotating disc (31), the rotating disc (31) is fixed at one end of the screw shaft (24) far away from the motor (23), a driving shaft (32) is fixed on the rotating disc (31), a rocker (34) is rotatably arranged on an outer wall of the sand washing groove (21), a connecting block (33) is slidably arranged on the rocker (34), the connecting block (33) is rotatably connected with the driving shaft (32), a spraying rod (35) is vertically arranged above the rocker (34), and sprayers (36) distributed in an array are arranged below the spraying rod (35).
2. The energy-saving screw sand washer for mining machinery according to claim 1, wherein the screw shaft (24) comprises a screw shaft body (241), a through hole (242) is arranged in the screw shaft body (241), and clamping grooves (243) are arranged at both sides of the through hole (242).

The energy-saving screw sand washer for mining machinery according to claim 2, wherein the blocking-removing member (4) comprises a blocking-removing brush (41), the blocking-removing brush (41) is used for cleaning sand blocking the water outlet holes (22), a sliding block (42) is slidably arranged on the blocking-removing brush (41), a second elastic member is arranged between the sliding block (42) and the blocking-removing brush (41), a rotating member (44) is rotatably arranged on the sliding block (42), clamping blocks (45) are fixed on both sides of the rotating member (44), and the blocking-removing member (4) is limited by clamping the clamping blocks (45) in the clamping grooves (243).

The energy-saving screw sand washer for mining machinery according to claim 3, wherein the blocking-removing brush (41) comprises a through shaft (411) matched with the through hole (242), one end of the through shaft (411) is fixed with a brush body (412), and the other end of the through shaft is provided with a sliding shaft (413) passing through the through hole (242), one end of the sliding shaft (413) far away from the brush body (412) is provided with a first limiting block (414), the through shaft (411) is provided with a second limiting block (415), the sliding block (42) is located on the sliding shaft (413) to slide, and the second elastic member is sleeved on the sliding shaft (413) and located between the sliding block (42) and the first limiting block (414).
