Abstract
The invention discloses a stratified sampling device in middle and deep soil. The device comprises a handle which us fixedly arranged at a driving part and a sampling part. The sampling part comprises a drill rod and a drill bit. And the handle is fixedly arranged at the top end of the drill rod. One end of the drill rod is in transmission connection with the drive part, and the other end is fixedly connected with the drill bit. The inner wall of the drill bit is provided with a flow-guiding block, while the soil passes through the flow-guiding block into the inner part of the drill bit while the drill bit is rotated, when the drill bit is lifted after the rotation is completed, the inner soil can increase stability and reduce the soil detachment rate, and scales are arranged on the surface of the drill rod.

DESCRIPTION A Stratified Sampling Device in Middle and Deep Soil
TECHNICAL FIELD The invention relates to the technical field of soil quality research, in particular to a stratified sampling device in middle and deep soil.
BACKGROUND It is a key link in soil research to obtain in-situ soil property test data by soil sample collection. It is labor intensive to obtain a large number of surface soil samples in field investigation, but the acquisition of deep soil samples is more time-consuming and laborious. The traditional method is to excavate the soil profile. and then colleet soil samples according to different soil depth. Soil profile excavation not only has high labor intensity, but also has great damage to soil structure. It is relatively casy to obtain deep soil samples with thrust soil drill, and the labor intensity is slightly reduced. However, it is difficult to drill down in the hard soil layer. At present, there are also applications of dynamic deep soil sampler, but its structure is complex. its weight is 100 large, it needs power support, and it is not convenient for field investigation and transportation. Moreover, it is difficult to grasp the depth of soil sampling in deep soil sampling, and it is difficult to obtain the soil samples of the target depth, and the error will be greatly increased.
Therefore, it is urgent to design a stratilied sampling device in middle and deep soil.
SUMMARY The purpose of the invention is to provide a stratified sampling device in middle and deep soil, so as to solve the problems existing in the prior art, increase the stability of the drill bit. reduce the detachment rate of the soil, and make the samples be easy to carry. It can also strengthen the sampling accuracy and complete the stratified sampling by increasing the support to deal with the high hardness of the decp soil.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: The stratified sampling device in middle and deep soil comprises a handle (1), a driving part (2) and a sampling part (3). The handle (1) is fixedly arranged at the connecting part of the driving part (2) and the sampling part (3). The sampling part (3) comprises a drill rod (31) and a drill bit (32). The handle (1) is fixedly arranged at the top end of the drill rod (31). One end of the drill rod (31) is in transmission connection with the driving part (2). and the other end is fixedly connected with the drill bit (32).
The drill bit (32) comprises a first shell (33), a second shell (36) and a cutter (37). A guide block (34) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the first shell (33), and a convex block (35) is fixedly arranged at the top of the second shell (36). The first shell (33) and the second shell (36) are movably connected. and the guide block (34) is matched with the convex block (35) with a gap. A plurality of cutters (37) arc arranged which are circumferentially arranged on the bottom surface of the second shell (36).

Furthermore, the device is also provided with a bracket (4). The bracket (4) can be detachably connected with the handle (1) and the power box (22).
