Abstract

The present invention relates to an electronic curtain wall, including a first flexible layer, an LED lamp bead array, an insulating film and a second flexible layer. Wires are arranged on a front surface and a back surface of the insulating film respectively; one pin of an LED lamp bead is directly connected with the wire on the front surface of the insulating film, and the other pin of the LED lamp bead penetrates through the insulating film and is then connected with the wire on the back surface of the insulating film; and the wire on the front surface of the insulating film and the wire on the back surface of the insulating film extend to an edge of the second flexible layer and are fixed on a power supply plug-in interface. The LED lamp bead of the electronic curtain wall is arranged between the two flexible layers through the insulating film, and the wires connected with the two pins of the LED lamp bead are arranged on the front surface and back surface of the insulating film respectively, so that short circuit and open circuit of the surface mount device LED lamp beads during the bending of the curtain wall are avoided. The electronic curtain wall has flexibility, can adapt to various walls, is light in weight and easy to mount and maintain, and the input cost of the electronic curtain wall is substantially reduced.

ELECTRONIC CURTAIN WALL Technical Field The present invention relates to an electronic curtain wall, and belongs to the technical field of building curtain walls.
Background Art With gradual maturity of an LED display technology, application of LEDs to curtain walls is rapidly spreading at an unprecedented rate, and the LEDs are widely used for information display and illumination in various public places. An existing LED curtain wall generally includes a glass curtain wall and an LED lamp combination, and the LED lamp combination is fixedly mounted on an inner side of the glass curtain wall through a steel structure. However, the LED curtain wall with such structure is high in production cost, heavy in weight and quite inconvenient to clean. Moreover, for an arc-shaped wall, a glass curtain wall with consistent radian needs to be produced, so that the cost is increased. Technical Problem The present invention is directed to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks in the prior art and to provide an electronic curtain wall. Technical solution The above purpose is realized by the following technical scheme: the present invention provides an electronic curtain wall, including a first flexible layer, an LED lamp bead array, an insulating film and a second flexible layer successively from outside to inside, the LED lamp bead array is fixed on an outer side surface of the msulating film and a light-emitting surface of the LED lamp bead array faces outwards, wires are arranged on a front surface and a back surface of the insulating film respectively, one pin of an LED lamp bead is directly connected with a wire on the front surface of the insulating film, the other pin of the LED lamp bead penetrates through the insulating film and is then connected with a wire on the back surface of the insulating film, and the wire on the front surface of the insulating film and the wire on the back surface of the insulating film extend to an edge of the second flexible layer, and are fixed on a power supply plug-in interface. Detailed Description of the Invention As shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 3, an electronic curtain wall of the present embodiment includes a first flexible layer 1, an LED lamp bead array 5, an insulating film 2 and a second flexible layer 3 successively from outside to inside, the LED lamp bead array 5 is fixed on an outer side surface of the insulating film 2 and a light-emitting surface faces outwards. As shown in Fig. 3, a first wire 6 is arranged on a front surface of the insulating film 2, a second wire 7 is arranged on a back surface of the insulating film, a first pin 8 of an LED lamp bead 51 is directly connected with the first wire 6 on the front surface of the insulating film 2, and a second pin 9 of the LED lamp bead 51 penetrates through the insulating film 2 and is then connected with the second wire 7 on the back surface of the insulating film. The first wire 6 and the second wire 7 extend to an edge of the second flexible layer 3, and are fixed on a power supply plug-in interface (not shown), and the second flexible layer 3 is adhered to a surface of a wall body by an adhesive. In the present embodiment, the LED lamp bead 51 is an edgeless dual in-line package LED lamp bead. The first wire 6 and the second wire 7 are embedded on the front surface and the back surface of the insulating film 2. In order to fix the LED lamp bead more firmly, an insulating third flexible layer (not shown in the present embodiment) may be arranged on an upper surface of the insulating film 2, the LED lamp bead 51 is positioned

In addition, the electronic curtain wall of the present embodiment not only can be adhered to the wall by the adhesive, but also can be fixed on the wall with the aid of a substrate. Particularly, the second flexible layer is fixed on the substrate, and the substrate is fixed on the wall through a connector.

An electronic curtain wall, comprising a first flexible layer (1), an LED lamp bead array (5), an insulating film (2) and a second flexible layer (3) successively from outside to inside, wherein the LED lamp bead array (5) is fixed on an outer side surface of the insulating film (2) and a light-emitting surface faces outwards, a first wire (6) and a second wire (7) are arranged a front surface and a back surface of the insulating film (2) respectively, a first pin (8) of an LED lamp bead (51) is directly connected with the first wire (6) on the front surface of the msulating film (2), a second pin (9) of the LED lamp bead (51) penetrates through the insulating film (2) and is then connected with the second wire (7) on the back surface of the insulating film (2), the first wire (6) on the front surface of the insulating film (2) and the second wire (7) on the back surface of the insulating film (2) extend to an edge of the second flexible layer (3), and are fixed on a power supply plug-in interface.
2. The electronic curtain wall according to claim 1, wherein the second flexible layer (3) is fixed on a substrate, and the substrate 1s fixed on a wall through a connector.
3. The electronic curtain wall according to claim 1, wherein the second flexible layer (3) is adhered to a surface of a wall body by an adhesive.
4. The electronic curtain wall according to claim 1, wherein the LED lamp bead (51) is an edgeless dual in-line package LED lamp bead.
5. The electronic curtain wall according to claim 1, wherein the first wire (6) and the second wire (7) are respectively embedded on the front surface and the back surface of the insulating film (2).
6. The electronic curtain wall according to claim 1, wherein an insulating third flexible layer is arranged on an upper surface of the insulating film (2), the LED lamp bead (51) is positioned between the third flexible layer and the insulating film (2), and the third flexible layer presses the LED lamp beads (51) on the insulating film from above.
