Abstract

An automatic fastening device used for an oscillating power tool includes a pressing rod (1) for placing a pressed piece, a locking piece (6) is arranged in the axial direction of the pressing rod. The locking piece holder (5) is fixed at the outer side of the locking piece. The inner side of the locking piece holder is provided with a guide slope matched with the outer surface of the locking piece. The locking piece holder is arranged on an inner side of a shaft shoulder of the stroke shaft (8). The other side of the stroke shaft is connected to a stroke column (12). A compression spring (11) is sleeved on the outer side of the stroke shaft. The automatic fastening device of the present disclosure can easily and quickly fix the working attachment without the aid of any other auxiliary tools, which makes it convenient to operate and to be more efficient.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD
The present disclosure relates to a power tool, and more particularly to an automatic fastening device used for an oscillating power tool.
BACKGROUND
The oscillating power tool, also known as the multi-purpose tool, has the following working principle. The output shaft of the oscillating power tool creates a highfrequency reciprocating motion and rotating oscillation relative to its own axis. A working attachment is installed to drive the output shaft to achieve the functions of cutting, shoveling, sawing, and grinding. When the working attachment is installed in a conventional oscillating power tool, other auxiliary tools are needed to fix the working attachment. Moreover, the working attachment needs to be replaced and disassembled by other auxiliary tools, which is difficult, time-consuming, and tedious.
SUMMARY
The objective of the present disclosure is to provide an automatic fastening device used for an oscillating power tool, which can easily and quickly fix a working attachment.
The technical solution of the present disclosure is as follows. The automatic fastening device of the present disclosure includes a pressing rod for placing a pressed piece, and a locking piece is arranged in an axial direction of the pressing rod. The locking piece holder is fixed to the outer side of the locking piece, and is installed on an inner side of a shaft shoulder of the stroke shaft. The other side of the stroke shaft is connected to a stroke column. A compression spring is sleeved on the outer side of the

The inner side of the locking piece holder is provided with a guide slope matched with the outer surface of the locking piece. The locking piece and the locking piece holder are installed together on the inner side of the shaft shoulder of the stroke shaft.
A plurality of notches are arranged on the inner side of the locking piece, and can be matched with notches on the shaft of the pressing rod, so as to tightly press the pressed piece.
One end of the locking piece is provided with a spring arm, and the spring arm is provided with a locking piece spring.
The compression spring contacts one end of a limiting piece, and the other end of the limiting piece contacts the shaft shoulder of the stroke shaft. The limiting piece is capable of fixing the compression spring, so as to prevent the compression spring from shaking.
The limiting piece is fixed by a positioning pin which passes through the housing, thereby ensuring the stability of the device.
The working principle of the automatic fastening device is as follows. The stroke column drives the stroke shaft to move to the left, the locking piece holder slides along the guide slope in the inner side of the locking piece holder under the action of the locking piece spring, so that the locking piece contacts the rear cover of the housing, two ends of the locking piece are separated, and the inner diameter of the locking piece increases. At this time, the pressing rod is screwed in, so as to make the shaft of the pressing rod parallel to the notches on the inner side of the locking piece. When the stroke column moves to the right, the stroke shaft and the locking piece are driven to simultaneously move to the right under the action of the compression spring, the two ends of the locking piece are contracted, and the inner diameter of the locking piece decreases, to clamp the notches of the locking piece and the notches of the shaft of the pressing rod. The present disclosure has the following advantages. The automatic fastening device of the present disclosure can easily and quickly fix the working attachment without the aid of any auxiliary tools, which makes it convenient to operate and to be more efficient.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
The present invention will be further described hereinafter with reference to the drawings.
The automatic fastening device includes the locking piece 6, and the locking piece has a symmetrical structure. Each front end of the locking piece 6 is provided with a spring arm. The spring arm is provided with the locking piece spring 7. The outer side of the locking piece 6 is V-shaped. A plurality of circular notches are arranged on the inner side of the locking piece 6. When the locking piece 6 is combined, the inner diameter of the locking piece 6 is smaller than the diameter of the shaft groove of the pressing rod 1. When the locking piece 6 is separated, the inner diameter of the locking piece 6 is larger than the diameter of the shaft groove of the pressing rod 1. The locking piece 6 is fixed on the locking piece holder 5. The guide slope is arranged on the inner side of the locking piece holder 5, and can be matched with the outer surface of the locking piece 6. When the stroke column 12 drives the stroke shaft 8 to move to the right, the locking piece holder 5 slides along the guide slope in the inner side of the locking piece holder 5, so that the two ends of the locking piece 6 are combined, and thus the inner diameter of the locking piece 6 is reduced. The locking piece holder 5 and the locking piece 6 are installed on the inner side of the shaft shoulder of the stroke shaft 8 together. The outer diameter of the locking piece holder 5 is matched with the inner diameter at the shaft shoulder of the stroke shaft 8. In addition, the effective distance between the locking piece holder 5 and the stroke shaft 8 is ensured. The inner side of the extending shaft of the stroke shaft 8 is provided with a thread, which can be connected to the screw portion of the stroke column 12. The limiting piece 10 is sleeved on the stroke shaft 8 and contacts the shaft shoulder of the stroke shaft 8. The other end face of the limiting piece 10 contacts the compression spring 11. The compression spring 11 is located between the limiting piece 10 and the stroke column 12. The assembled stroke shaft 8 and the relevant components are installed in the housing 2. The positioning pins 9 on both sides of the housing 2 pass through the housing 2, and are fixed to the limiting piece lO.The assembled housing 2 and the relevant components are pressed into the rear cover 4 of the housing to ensure that the housing 2 and rear cover 4 of the housing form a tight fit. The rear cover 4 of the housing is connected to the pressing piece fixing plate 3. A plurality of protrusions are circumferentially distributed on the pressing piece fixing plate 3, and can be matched with the groove on the surface of the pressed piece, thereby preventing the pressed piece from shaking, and tightly pressing the pressed piece placed on the pressing rod 1.
