Abstract

The invention discloses a sports training system with guiding training function, comprising: a treadmill including a treadmill body and detection device of body fat including a scale body, height detector and input screen, a user database being built in input screen for saving user basic information and making scale body analyze to obtain body fat information according to basic information and measured height and weight and display on display screen; an intelligent guidance mechanism including guidance database, consultation module, analysis module and comparison module, consultation module acquiring first training pattern data according to training purpose, and analysis module acquiring second training pattern data according to body fat, comparison module comparing first and second training pattern data, and displaying comparison result on display screen; a host controlling movement state of treadmill body according to comparison result.The invention can provide guidance training for different users, and improve user safety and training effectiveness.

TECHNICAL FIELD
