Claims (14)
1. Une composition de couche de support de tapis comprenant: - entre au moins 10% en poids et 50% en poids ou moins, préférablement 40%en poids ou moins, plus préférablement 30% en poids ou moins, le pluspréférablement 20% en poids ou moins d’une polyoléfine semi-cristalline oud’un mélange de deux ou plus polyoléfines semi-cristallines ladite polyoléfineou mélange de polyoléfines étant caractérisé en ce que le pourcentagemassique d’oléfine C2 (co)polymérisée est de moins de 50 et ce que lepourcentage massique d’alpha oléfine C3-C8 (co)polymérisée est de 50 ou pluset - entre jusqu’à 90% en poids et 50% en poids ou plus, préférablement 60% enpoids ou plus, plus préférablement 70% en poids ou plus, le plus préférablement80% en poids ou plus d’un ou plusieurs matériaux inorganiques de remplissagecaractérisés par un diamètre de particule médian basé sur le volume (D50)compris entre jusqu’à 1000 pm et au moins 10 pm, préférablement plus que20 pm, plus préférablement plus que 50 pm et le plus préférablement plus que100 pm, ou plus encore que 200 pm tel qu’obtenu par mesures de diffusiond’une lumière laser selon ISO 13320; la composition de couche de support (matériau de remplissage inclus) étantcaractérisée en ce que la chaleur de fusion dans l’intervalle de température allantde 10 à 40°C (ΔΗ10”40’0) est de moins de 12,5%, préférablement moins de 10%,plus préférablement moins de 5% de la chaleur de fusion de l’intervalle detempérature allant de 10 à 170°C (AH10~*170’c), la chaleur de fusion étant mesuréepar analyse calorimétrique différentielle.
2. La composition de couche de support de tapis selon la revendication 1 danslaquelle la polyoléfine ou mélange de polyoléfines a une dureté Shore A, selonASTM D 2240 d’au moins 65, préférablement d’au moins 70, plus préférablementd’au moins 75, le plus préférablement d’au moins 80.
3. La composition de couche de support de tapis selon la revendication 1 ou 2, danslaquelle l’alpha oléfine C3-C8 des une ou plusieurs polyoléfines est du propène,1-butène, 1-octène ou une combinaison de ceux-ci.
4. La composition de couche de support de tapis selon l’une quelconque desrevendications précédentes dans laquelle la polyoléfine est sélectionnée dans legroupe consistant en du polypropylène, du poly-1-butène, du copolymère depropène-ethène, du copolymère de propène-1-butène, du copolymère de 1-butène-ethène, du copolymère de propène-1-butène-ethène et du copolymère de1-octène-ethène.
5. La composition de couche de support de tapis selon l’une quelconque desrevendications précédentes, dans laquelle le matériau inorganique de remplissageest sélectionné dans le groupe consistant en le talc, le mica, le carbonate decalcium, le carbonate de magnésium, la dolomite, la barytine (sulfate de baryum),la bauxite, l’hydroxyde de magnésium, l’hydroxyde d’aluminium, le kaolin, ledioxyde de silicium, le verre, ou toute combinaison de ceux-ci.
6. La composition de couche de support de tapis selon l’une quelconque desrevendications précédentes comprenant un ou plusieurs additifs sélectionnésdans le groupe consistant en des cires, des huiles et des tackifiants.
7. La composition de couche de support de tapis selon l’une quelconque desrevendications précédentes dans laquelle les additifs substituent 80% en poids oumoins, préférablement 75% en poids ou moins, plus préférablement 65% en poidsou moins, le plus préférablement 55% en poids ou moins des parts de polyoléfineou des parts du mélange de polyoléfines.
8. La composition de couche de support de tapis selon l’une quelconque desrevendications 1 à 6 dans laquelle les additifs substituent 45% en poids ou moins,préférablement 35% en poids ou moins, plus préférablement 20% en poids oumoins, des parts de polyoléfine ou des parts du mélange de polyoléfines.
9. La composition de couche de support de tapis selon l’une quelconque desrevendications précédentes, caractérisée par une viscosité à l’état fondu à 160°Cdans un viscosimètre rotatif, selon ISO 11443, de 10 Pas à 5000 Pas,préférablement de 20 Pas à 2500 Pas, plus préférablement de 50 à 500 Pas.
10. Tapis comprenant une couche de support de tapis comprenant la composition decouche de support de tapis de l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9.

Le tapis selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la couche de support de tapis a unedensité de surface comprise entre 1600 et 4000 g/m2, préférablement entre 1700et 3500 g/m2, plus préférablement entre 1800 et 3000 g/m2, le plus préférablemententre 1900 et 2500 g/m2 et une hauteur de couche comprise entre 0,4 et 4,0 mm,préférablement entre 0,5 et 3,5 mm, plus préférablement entre 0,7 et 2,5 mm, leplus préférablement entre 0,8 et 2,0 mm.
12. Un procédé de fabrication d’un tapis selon la revendication 10 ou 11, comprenant: a) le revêtement par extrusion de la composition de couche de support de tapis,selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, sur la face arrière d’unmatériau de support primaire, ledit matériau de support primaire ayant uneface avant et une face arrière, une pluralité de fibres attachées au matériaude support primaire et s’étendant de la face avant et exposées à la facearrière et b) le refroidissement de la composition de couche de support de tapis et laformation de la couche de support de tapis.
13. Le procédé selon la revendication 12 dans lequel le revêtement par extrusion estréalisé à une température comprise entre 130 et 170°C, préférablement entre 140et160°C.
14. Le procédé selon la revendication 12 ou 13 comprenant l’étape additionnelle desoumission de la composition de couche de support ayant subi le revêtement parextrusion de l’étape a) à un traitement thermique subséquent à une températurecomprise entre 130 et 170°C, préférablement entre 140 et 160°C sur une périodede temps comprise entre 1 et 60 s, préférablement entre 5 et 30 s, pluspréférablement entre 10 et 20 s, avant le refroidissement de l’étape b).
