Abstract
The present invention relates to the technical field of pneumatic rods, and in particular to a pneumatic rod with two-chamber structure. The pneumatic rod with two- chamber structure comprises a U-shaped clamp (1), a seal head (2), a seal ring (3), a seamless steel tube (4), a floating piston (5), a damping plate (6), a piston (7), a guide sleeve (8), a stop plate (9), O-rings (10), Y-shaped seal rings (11) and a piston rod (12), wherein the piston rod (12) is disposed in the seamless steel tube (4), the floating piston (5) is arranged at the center of the piston rod (12), the U-shaped clamp (1), the seal head (2) and the seal ring (3) are arranged on one side of the floating piston (5), the O-rings (10) are arranged on the seal head (2), the piston (7) and the guide sleeve (8) are arranged on the other side of the floating piston (5), the stop plate (9) is disposed in the guide sleeve (8), and the damping plate (6) is arranged at the front end of the piston (7). The pneumatic rod with two-chamber structure has a simple structure; and the floating piston is additionally mounted between the piston and the seal head, so that a gas cylinder is divided into two chambers to seal gas and seal oil, and no leakage is ensured, resulting in prolonging of the service life.

PNEUMATIC ROD WITH TWO-CHAMBER STRUCTURE
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a pneumatic rod, and in particular to a pneumatic, rod with two-chamber structure.
Related Art A gas spring is an energy accumulation component, it can store and release gas pressure energy, and due.to its large stroke, stability in operation and excellent nonlinear characteristic, the gas spring is widely applied to opening and closing of a passenger car back door, opening and closing of a hatch cover of a ship, adjusting of the height of à chair and the like. However, like an enterprise hydraulic component, the gas spring has a leakage problem to trouble people all the time, and because the gas spring belongs to disposable components, it is irreparable when generating leakage.
Summary
In view of disadvantages in the prior art, an objective of the present invention is to provide a pneumatic rod with two-chamber structure.
In order to achieve the objective described above, a technical scheme adopted by the present invention is as follows: a pneumatic rod with two-chamber structure comprises a U-shaped clamp, a seal head, a seal ring, a seamless steel tube, a floating piston, a damping plate, a piston, a guide sleeve, a stop plate, O-rings, Y-shaped seal rings and a piston rod, wherein the piston rod is disposed in the seamless steel tube, the floating piston is arranged at the center of the piston rod, the U-shaped clamp, the seal head and the seal ring are arranged on one side of the floating piston, the O-rings are arranged on the seal head, the piston and the guide sleeve are arranged on the other side, of the floating piston, the stop plate is disposed in the guide sleeve, and the damping plate is arranged at the front end of the piston.
Preferably, the Y-shaped seal rings are arranged at the two ends of the guide sleeve.
By adopting the foregoing technical scheme, the pneumatic rod with two-chamber structure has a simple structure; and the floating piston is additionally mounted between the piston and the seal head, so that a gas cylinder is divided into two chambers to seal gas and sèal oil, and no leakage is ensured, resulting in prolonging of the service life and excellent practical value.

Embodiments of the present invention are described below in detail in conjunction with accompanying drawings, but the present invention may be implemented by various manners limited and covered by the appended claims.
As shown in FIG. 1, a pneumatic rod with two-chamber structure, provided by the present invention, comprises a U-shaped clamp 1, a seal head 2, a seal ring 3,. a seamless steel tube 4, a floating piston 5, a damping plate 6, a piston 7, a guide sleeve 8, a stop plate 9, O-rings 10, Y-shaped seal rings 11 and a piston rod 12, wherein the piston rod 12 is disposed in the seamless steel tube 4, the floating piston 5 is arranged at the center of the piston rod 12, the U-shaped clamp 1, the seal head 2 and the seal ring 3 are arranged on one side of the floating piston 5, the O-rings 10 are arranged on the seal head 2, the piston 7 and the guide sleeve 8 are arranged on the other side of the floating piston 5, the stop plate 9 is disposed in the guide sleeve 8, and the damping plate 6 is arranged at the front end of the piston 7. The Y-shaped seal rings 11 are arranged at the two ends of the guide sleeve 8.
The floating piston 5 is mounted between the piston 7 and the seal head 2 so as to divide a gas cylinder into two chambers, including a gas chamber on the left and an oil chamber on the right, the gas chamber is filled with nitrogen gas, and stores and releases pressure energy through compensation and expansion of gas, and the oil chamber is full of wear-resistant hydraulic oil; the piston moves in the oil chamber, so that spaces between the piston rod and the Y-shaped seal rings oil are full of the oil, seal gas becomes seal oil, and the oil is sealed so that the gas is difficult to leak. Therefore, such structure can prolong the service life of the gas spring.
