Abstract
The present invention relates to the technical field of liquid filling machinery, and in particular to an intelligent efficient wine filling machine. The intelligent efficient wine filling machine comprises a detachable barrel cover, a controller, a machine body, a rotating disk, a conveying belt, a supporting frame, a wine storage barrel and an overhead valve. The rotating disk is installed above the machine body, and the wine storage barrel is installed above the supporting frame; filling devices are installed below the wine storage barrel, a visual mirror is installed at the center of the front surface wall of the wine storage barrel, the detachable barrel cover is installed above the wine storage barrel, the overhead valve is installed above the detachable barrel cover, a handle is installed on the left side of the overhead valve, and the conveying belt is installed above the machine body through a supporting rod. The stainless steel machine body is adopted for the wine filling machine, the wine filling machine is compact in structure, and a control system is perfect, convenient to operate and high in automation degree; and the controller has functions of production speed control, cover lacking detection, automatic stop in case of bottle blockage, yield counting, etc. Fig. 1

BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the technical field of liquid filling machinery, and in particular to an intelligent efficient wine filling machine.
Related Art
Filling machines are mainly a small category of products in packing machines, and can be divided into liquid filling machines, paste filling machines, powder filling machines and particle filling machines according to the packing angle of materials; and the filling machines are divided into semi-automatic filling machines and full-automatic filling production lines according to the production automation degree. Since the filling machines have the advantages of being simple to operate and convenient to use, the filling machines are extensively used. However, the existing filling machines and particularly the liquid filling machines still have great problems in accuracy and versatility, and the intelligence degree also needs to be improved.
Summary
Against the shortcomings in the prior art, the objective of the present invention is to provide an intelligent efficient wine filling machine.
In order to achieve the aforementioned objective, the following technical solution is adopted according to the present invention: an intelligent efficient wine filling machine, comprising a detachable barrel cover, a controller, a machine body, a rotating disk, a conveying belt, a supporting frame, a wine storage barrel and an overhead valve, where the rotating disk is installed above the machine body, adjustable bottle holders are installed above the rotating disk, the supporting frame is installed at the center of the upper portion of the rotating disk, and the wine storage barrel is installed above the supporting frame; filling devices are installed below the wine storage barrel, a visual mirror is installed at the center of the front surface wall of the wine storage barrel, the detachable barrel cover is installed above the wine storage barrel, the overhead valve is installed above the detachable barrel cover, a handle is installed on the left side of the overhead valve, the conveying belt is installed above the machine body through a supporting rod, the controller is installed on the left side of the upper portion of the machine body through a support, and pulleys are installed at the bottom of the machine body.
Preferably, liquid level sensors are installed on the front surface walls of the filling devices, and filling ports are installed on the lower portions of the filling devices.
Preferably, the rotating disk is of a rotatable structure.
Preferably, there are four pulleys in total, and the four pulleys are evenly installed at four corners of the bottom of the machine body.
Preferably, a display screen is installed on the upper left portion of the controller, a control panel is installed below the display screen, a power indicator light is installed on the upper right portion of the controller, a switch is installed below the power indicator light, and an overload protector is installed below the switch.
By adoption of the aforementioned solution, in the present invention, the stainless steel machine body is adopted, the wine filling machine is compact in structure, and a control system is perfect, convenient to operate and high in automation degree; parts which come into contact with materials are made of high-quality stainless steel without dead angle, so the parts can be cleaned easily; the liquid level sensors are installed on the filling devices, the liquid level is accurate, and there is no liquid loss, so that filling process requirements are met; a perfect overload protection device is arranged and can effectively ensure safety of devices and an operator; and the controller has functions of production speed control, cover lacking detection, automatic stop in case of bottle blockage, yield counting, etc.

Description of Embodiments
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below by combination with accompanying drawings, but the present invention can be implemented by multiple different modes limited and covered by the claims.
As shown in FIGs. 1 to 3, an intelligent efficient wine filling machine comprises a detachable barrel cover 2, a controller 4, a machine body 7, a rotating disk 9, a conveying belt 10, a supporting frame 12, a wine storage barrel 14 and an overhead valve 15, where the rotating disk 9 is installed above the machine body 7, adjustable bottle holders 11 are installed above the rotating disk 9, the supporting frame 12 is installed at the center of the upper portion of the rotating disk 9, and the wine storage barrel 14 is installed above the supporting frame 12; filling devices 13 are installed below the wine storage barrel 14, a visual mirror 3 is installed at the center of the front surface wall of the wine storage barrel 14, the detachable barrel cover 2 is installed above the wine storage barrel 14, the overhead valve 15 is installed above the detachable barrel cover 2, a handle 1 is installed on the left side of the overhead valve 15, the conveying belt 10 is installed above the machine body 7 through a supporting rod 6, the controller 4 is installed on the left side of the upper portion of the machine body 7 through a support 5, and pulleys 8 are installed at the bottom of the machine body 7; liquid level sensors 130 are installed on the front surface walls of the filling devices 13, and filling ports 131 are installed on the lower portions of the filling devices 13; the rotating disk 9 is of a rotatable structure; there are four pulleys 8 in total, and the four pulleys 8 are evenly installed at four corners of the bottom of the machine body; a display screen 400 is installed on the upper left portion of the controller 4, a control panel 401 is installed below the display screen 400, a power indicator light 404 is installed on the upper right portion of the controller 4, a switch 403 is installed below the power indicator light 404, and an overload protector 402 is installed below the switch 403. When the machine is used, the switch 403 is pressed down, the filling speed and capacity can be adjusted by selecting keys on the control panel 401, and the heights and sizes of the adjustable bottle holders 11 can be adjusted, so as to adapt to different bottle filling. The overload protector 402 can effectively protect the machine from faults. The filling devices 13 are provided with the liquid level sensors 130, so that the liquid level is accurate, and there is no liquid loss. The conditions in the wine storage barrel 14 can be seen visually through the visual mirror 3. The detachable barrel cover 2 can be detached and cleaned conveniently, and wine can be stored into the wine storage barrel 14 through the wine storage barrel 14.
