Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of gear speed reducers, in particular to a gear speed reducer special for an environment protection device. The gear speed reducer includes a case, the case is fixed with an end cover, a first inclined gear shaft penetrates through and is connected with the case, the first inclined gear shaft is meshed with a first inclined gear, the first inclined gear shaft is connected with a second inclined gear shaft through a second inclined gear, the second inclined gear shaft is meshed with a third inclined gear, the third inclined gear is connected with a stainless steel output shaft, a O-shaped seal ring is sealed between the case and the end cover, the inner wall of the case where the second inclined gear shaft is located is inlaid with a gland, the lower end of the gland is provided with a plurality of seal lips, and the seal lips are bent upwardly to form a cusp shape. According to the present invention, the case is provided with a plurality of seal mechanisms, which plays a role in resisting corrosion on the environment device and bearing different water temperatures and is capable of reducing probability of reducing leakage; the output shaft adopts stainless steel, which takes an effect of preventing rusting and prolonging the service life; the gear speed reducer is simple and reliable in structure.

GEAR SPEED REDUCER SPECIAL FOR ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION DECIVE
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the technical field of gear speed reducers, and in particular to a gear speed reducer special for an environment protection device.
Related Art
At present, a speed reducer is limited in size due to its structure, an input shaft direction and an output shaft direction are intersected but a space location is relatively single, and the speed reducer is generally composed of a case, an end cover, an output shaft, a bearing and a gear. A Chinese patent discloses a compact type gear speed reducer (publication No: CN203822951U), which includes a case, a motor and a motor shaft arranged inside the motor, a connection flange is arranged between the case and the motor, and is respectively connected with the motor and the case through screws; the inside of the shaft of the motor is sleeved with an input gear; the inside of the gear is provided with a primary speed reducing transmission gear set and a secondary output gear set which are meshed in turn, the input gear shaft is meshed with the primary speed reducing transmission gear set, and the input gear shaft, the axes of the primary speed reducing transmission gear set and the secondary output gear set are located in the same plane; the inside of the case is provided with a power input hole and a penetrate-through power output hole, the primary speed reducing gear set is arranged in the power input hole, and the secondary output gear set is arranged in the power output hole; the primary speed reducing transmission gear set includes a primary gear shaft, a primary gear fixedly sleeved on the primary gear shaft and a pair of first positioning bearings, and the primary gear is meshed with the input gear shaft; the second output gear set includes an output shaft, a secondary gear fixedly sleeved on the output shaft, a support bearing and a second positioning bearing, and the secondary gear is meshed with the primary gear shaft. However, this speed reducer is poor in sealing property, so when this speed reducer is applied to the environment protection device, it cannot bear different water temperatures to easily cause leakage, and possibly leads oil leakage. Hence, this speed reducer cannot be applied to the environment protection device.
Summary
With respect to the above disadvantages of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a gear speed reducer special for an environment protection device.
In order to realize the above object, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme. A gear speed reducer special for an environment protection device includes a case, wherein the case is fixed with an end cover, a first inclined gear shaft penetrates through and is connected with the case, the first inclined gear shaft is meshed with a first inclined gear, the first inclined gear shaft is connected with a second inclined gear shaft through a second inclined gear, the second inclined gear shaft is meshed with a third inclined gear, the third inclined gear is connected with a stainless steel output shaft, a O-shaped seal ring is sealed between the case and the end cover, the inner wall of the case where the second inclined gear shaft is located is inlaid with a gland, the lower end of the gland is provided with a plurality of seal lips, and the seal lips are bent upwardly to form a cusp shape.
Preferably, a bearing is arranged between the output shaft and the case, and one side of the bearing is provided with a seal cover.
Preferably, a bearing is arranged among the first inclined gear shaft, the second inclined gear shaft and the case.
Preferably, the front end of the stainless steel output shaft is provided with a mechanical seal and a carrying device.
Due to adoption of the above scheme, the case is provided with a plurality of seal mechanisms, which plays a role in resisting corrosion on the environment device and bearing different water temperatures and is capable of reducing probability of reducing leakage; the output shaft adopts stainless steel, which takes an effect of preventing rusting and prolonging the service life; the gear speed reducer is simple and reliable in structure.

Description of Embodiments
An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with accompanying drawings, but the present invention can be implemented in different modes defined and covered by claims.
As illustrated in FIGs.1-3, a gear speed reducer special for an environment protection device includes a case 1, wherein the case is fixed with an end cover 2, a first inclined gear shaft 3 penetrates through and is connected with the case, the first inclined gear shaft is meshed with a first inclined gear 4, the first inclined gear shaft is connected with a second inclined gear shaft 6 through a second inclined gear 5, the second inclined gear shaft is meshed with a third inclined gear 7, the third inclined gear is connected with a stainless steel output shaft 8. An O-shaped seal ring θ is sealed between the case and the end cover, the inner wall of the case where the second inclined gear shaft is located is inlaid with a gland 10, as illustrated in FIG 3, the lower end of the gland is provided with a plurality of seal lips 11, and the seal lips are bent upwardly to form a cusp shape. A bearing 12 is arranged between the output shaft and the case, and one side of the bearing is provided with a seal cover 13. A bearing 12 is arranged among the first inclined gear shaft, the second inclined gear shaft and the case. When in use, the motor inputs power, the first inclined gear 4 drives the first inclined gear shaft 3 to rotate, the first inclined gear shaft makes the stainless steel output shaft 8 to output power by virtue of the second inclined gear 5, the second inclined gear shaft 6 and the third inclined gear 7 in turn. According to the present invention, the case is provided with a plurality of seal mechanisms, which plays a role in resisting corrosion on the environment device and bearing different water temperatures and is capable of reducing probability of reducing leakage; the output shaft adopts stainless steel, which takes an effect of preventing rusting and prolonging the service life; the gear speed reducer is simple and reliable in structure.
