Abstract
The present invention discloses a plastic steel fastener element. The fastener element includes a meshing portion meshing a left fastener element with a right fastener element and a fastener element root fixed on a woven belt, wherein the upper meshing surface of the meshing portion is provided with a first meshing protrusion portion and a first meshing concave portion; the lower meshing surface of the meshing portion is provided with a second meshing concave portion and a second meshing protrusion portion; and the first and second meshing protrusion portions and the first and second meshing concave portions are respectively interlaced on the upper and lower meshing surfaces so that when upper and lower adjacent fastener elements are meshed, the first meshing protrusion portion is meshed with the second meshing concave portion, and the first meshing concave portion is meshed with the second meshing protrusion portion. The plastic steel fastener element is smaller in fastener element body, saved in used material and light in weight, and also has better bending flexibility and softness

PLASTIC STEEL FASTENER ELEMENT
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a zipper, and particularly to improvement of a fastener element structure of a zipper.
Related Art
Plastic steel zippers have been developed for decades, but a fastener element meshing manner has not been changed all the time, the whole plastic steel zipper product has no originality in a structure and has low level sense, and the flat tension brute force and bending strength of the plastic steel zipper cannot be improved all the time.
Summary
With respect to the disadvantages of the above prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a plastic steel fastener element.
In order to realize the above object, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme: A plastic steel fastener element includes a meshing portion meshing a left fastener element with a right fastener element and a fastener element root fixed on a woven belt, wherein the upper meshing surface of the meshing portion is provided with a first meshing protrusion portion and a first meshing concave portion; the lower meshing surface of the meshing portion is provided with a second meshing concave portion and a second meshing protrusion portion; and the first and second meshing protrusion portions and the first and second meshing concave portions are respectively interlaced on the upper and lower meshing surfaces so that when upper and lower adjacent fastener elements are meshed, the first meshing protrusion portion is meshed with the second meshing concave portion, and the first meshing concave portion is meshed with the second meshing protrusion portion.
Preferably, the first meshing protrusion portion has the same wideness as that of the first meshing concave portion, and the second meshing concave portion has the same wideness as that of the second meshing protrusion portion.
Preferably, various end surfaces of the fastener element root are planar surfaces; the first and second meshing protrusion portions are protrusions protruding from the upper and lower end surfaces of the fastener element root; and the first and second meshing concave portions are sink slots having notches at sides, and the slot ports of the sink slots are parallel and level to the upper and lower end surfaces of the fastener element root.
Preferably, the outer end surfaces of the protrusions and the notches formed in the sink slots are parallel and level to the front and back end surface of the fastener element root.

According to the fastener element disclosed by the present invention, when the upper and lower adjacent fastener elements are meshed through the first and second meshing protrusion portions and the first and send meshing concave portions interlaced on the upper and lower meshing surfaces, the first meshing protrusion portion and the first meshing concave portion are correspondingly meshed with the second meshing concave portion and the second meshing protrusion portion to ensure correct alignment of the fastener elements after a zipper is meshed, improve flat tension strength, provide a bran-new pulling handle feeling and bring a comprehensive improvement of the level sense of the plastic steel zipper.
According to the present invention, various end surfaces of the plastic steel fastener element are all planar surfaces, the fastener element root is combined with the first and second meshing protrusion portions protruding from the upper and lower end surfaces of the fastener element root, the slot ports, the notches and the first and second meshing concave portions parallel and level to the upper and lower end surfaces of the fastener element root, so that the plastic steel fastener element has briefer and smoother appearance and a smaller-size fastener element body. The smaller-size fastener element body makes the softness of the zipper better and allows the fastener element to be arranged more densely, thereby further improving the flat tension strength of the zipper.

Description of Embodiments
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to accompanying drawings, but, the present invention can be implemented in various different modes defined and covered by claims. A plastic steel fastener element as illustrated in FIGs. 1, 2, 5 and 6 includes a meshing portion 20 meshing a left fastener element with a right fastener element and a fastener element root 30 fixed on a woven belt 10.
As illustrated in FIGs.1 to 4, the upper meshing surface 21 of the meshing portion 20 is provided with a first meshing protrusion portion 21A and a first meshing concave portion 21B; the lower meshing surface 22 of the meshing portion 20 is provided with a second meshing concave portion 22B and a second meshing protrusion portion 22A; and as illustrated in FIG.4, the first meshing protrusion portion 21A has the same wideness as that of the first meshing concave portion 21B, and the second meshing concave portion 22B has the same wideness as that of the second meshing protrusion portion 22A.
As illustrated in FIGs, 1 and 2, the first meshing protrusion portion 21A and the second meshing protrusion portion 22A are interlaced on the upper and lower meshing surfaces 21 and 22 and the first meshing concave portion 21B and the second meshing concave portion 22B are interlaced on the upper and lower meshing surfaces 21 and 22 to form a distribution state that the first and second meshing protrusion portions 21A and 22A and the first and second meshing concave portions 21B and 22B are respectively interlaced on the upper and lower meshing surfaces 21 and 22, so that when upper and lower adjacent fastener elements are meshed, as illustrated in FIGs. 5 and 6, the first meshing protrusion portion 21A of a lower fastener element D is meshed with the second meshing concave portion 22B of an upper fastener element C, and the first meshing concave portion 21B of the lower fastener element D is meshed with the second meshing protrusion portion 22A of the upper fastener element C. The plastic steel fastener element provided by the present invention has a meshing manner like a metal fastener element, for example, thereby not only ensuring the correct alignment of the fastener elements after the zipper is meshed and improving the flat tension strength but also providing a bran-new puling handle feeling and bringing the comprehensive improvement of a level sense of the plastic steel zipper.
As illustrated in FIGs. 1 to 6, various end surfaces of the fastener element root 30 of the plastic steel fastener element provided by the present invention are planar surfaces; the first and second meshing protrusion portions 21A and 22A are protrusions protruding from the upper and lower end surfaces 31 and 32 of the fastener element root; the outer end surfaces of the protrusions are parallel and level to the front and back end surface 33 of the fastener element root 30; the first and second meshing concave portions 21B and 22B are sink slots having notches at sides, and the slot ports of the sink slots are parallel and level to the upper and lower end surfaces 31 and 32 of the fastener element root; the notches formed in the sides of the sink slots are parallel and level to the front and back end surface 33 of the fastener element so that the plastic steel fastener element has briefer and smoother appearance and a smaller-size fastener element body. The smaller-size fastener element body makes the softness of the zipper better and allows the fastener elements to be arranged more densely, thereby further improving the flat tension strength of the zipper.
