Abstract
The present utility model relates to the technical field of pipeline cleaning tools, and in particular relates to a residue discharging device for a domestic pipeline. The residue discharging device for a domestic pipeline includes a residue discharging pipe approximate to Y shape, a handle and a piston assembly composed of a valve plate, a valve sheet, a support frame and a pull rod, the piston assembly does piston movement in the residue discharging pipe. According to the present utility model, the valve plate is driven by pulling the pull rod to do piston movement in the residue discharging pipe, residues in a container or a pipeline are discharged out from a discharge hole of the residue discharging pipe by utilizing piston effect. BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present utility model relates to the technical fields of pipeline cleaning tools, and in particular relates to a residue discharging device for a domestic pipeline.
Related Art
During life and production, the occurring of various kinds of wastes and residues continuously disturb people, for example, in life, residual meals or some sundries in a kitchen are not treated in time, so a problem that a pipeline of a clean pool is blocked often occurs, problems that a urinal or a closestool is blocked and the like also often occur due to insufficient water pressure or accumulation of sundries and fecal; in production, residue discharging of a in a biogas digester is generally performed as follows: residues and sediments are discharged out artificially after water in the biogas digester is emptied, and thus labor is wasted, residual biogas has a potential to harm a human body. Thus, there are a variety of residue discharging devices on the market, however, they have problems of poor universality, short service life and unobvious residue discharging effect.
Summary
Aiming at the deficiencies of residue discharging devices in the prior art, it is an object of the present utility model to provide a residue discharging device for a domestic pipeline, which is strong in universality, long in service life and obvious in residue discharging effect.
In order to realize the above object, the present utility model adopts the following technical scheme: A residue discharging device for a domestic pipeline includes a piston assembly and a residue discharging pipe approximate to Y shape, the piston assembly does piston movement in the residue discharging pipe, the piston assembly includes: a valve plate which is provided with a feed port shaped like a palm-leaf fan; a valve sheet which covers on the feed port and is connected to support legs through a shaft rod; a support frame of which the upper end is provided with a connection port, the lower end is provided with three support legs which are integrally formed with the connection port; the inclined angles among the support legs are 120 degrees, the tail ends of the support legs are fixed on the edge of the valve plate, and the support legs are provided with reinforced lugs which are integrally formed with the support legs; and a pull rod of which one end is connected with the support frame through the connection port.
Preferably, the residue discharging device for the domestic pipeline also includes a handle which is connected with the other end of the pull rod and is in a triangle frame body structure, wherein the middle of the frame body of the handle is provided with a support rod.
Preferably, the reinforced lugs are arranged at the outer sides of the upper parts and the inner sides of the lower parts of the support legs.
Due to adoption of the above scheme, according to the present utility model, the valve plate is driven by pulling the pull rod to do piston movement in the residue discharging pipe, residues in a container or a pipeline are discharged out from a discharge hole of the residue discharging pipe by utilizing piston effect. The residue discharging device for the domestic pipeline is simple in structure and convenient to operate. Meanwhile, the integrally formed reinforced lugs are arranged on the support legs of the support frame, so that the tensile strength of the residue discharging assembly is enhanced, and the service life of the residue discharging assembly is prolonged; in addition, the pull rod can be connected with the support frame and the handle in a threaded connection or cast joint manner, so that selection is performed according to practical use requirement of enhancing the tensile strength or facilitating disassembling, and practicability is strong.

Description of Embodiments
The embodiment of the present utility model will be described in detail below in conjunction with accompanying drawings, but the present utility model can be practiced in various different mays defined and covered by claims.
As shown in FIGs.1 and 2, the present utility model provides a residue discharging device for a domestic pipeline, which includes a piston assembly and a residue discharging pipe 1 approximate to Y shape, the piston assembly does piston movement in the residue discharging pipe 1, wherein, the piston assembly includes: a valve plate 2 which is consistent to the residue discharging pipe 1 in inner diameter size and is provided with a feed port shaped like a palm-leaf fan; a valve sheet 4 which is consistent to a feed port 3 in shape and slightly larger in size, covers on the feed port 3 and is connected to support legs 62 through a shaft rod 5; a support frame 6 of which the upper end is provided with a connection port 61, the lower end is provided with three support legs 62 which are integrally formed with the connection port 61; the inclined angles among the support legs 62 are 120 degrees, the tail ends of the support legs 62 are fixed on the edge of the valve plate 2; and in order to enhance the tensile effect of the piston assembly and prolong the service life, reinforced lugs 621 which are integrally formed with the support legs 62 are arranged at the outer sides of the upper parts and the inner sides of the lower parts of the support legs 62; and a pull rod 7 of which one end is connected with the support frame 6 through the connection port 61.
In order to facilitate operating the residue discharging assembly, a handle 8 is connected with the other end of the pull rod 7 and is in a triangle frame body structure, wherein the middle of the frame body of the handle 8 is provided with a support rod 81.
In order to meet practical use requirement, the pull rod 7 is connected with the handle 8 in a threaded connection manner so as to facilitate installation, disassembling and maintenance; the pull rod 7 is also connected with the support frame 6 and the handle 8 in a cast joint manner so as to enhance the tensile strength of the residue discharging assembly and prolong the service life. Meanwhile, the residue discharging pipe 1 is structurally designed according to practical use requirement so as to meet different use conditions of life or production.
