Abstract

The invention relates to medical equipment, namely surgical tools. The goal is to achieve greater stability and reliability of osteosynthesis, which guarantees a normal course of bone tissue safety. The device consists of a rod (1) having a cone-shaped support (2) on one end and a compression mechanism on the other. On the rod (1), anti-cervical plates (3 and 4) are placed, concave on the surface of the bone with a concave surface. The spherical surfaces of the platelets (3 and 4) have holes extending from the working surfaces of the plates. The compression mechanism consists of a support (5) having a concave surface contacting the outer spherical surface of the bonnet (4). The support (5) is rigidly connected to the bushing (6) which is supported by the end surface on the nut (7). The working end (8) of the rod (1) has lateral cuts (9). A locking plate (10) with folded tabs (11) is fastened to the nut (7) from the turning end of the rod (1) by the working end (8). The plate (10) has an opening corresponding to the form of the working end (8) of the rod (1).
